Love this place since the day I found it. My daughter n I always order our pad thai from here. Its very authentic is very tasty.

The food is really good. Proteins, noodles, rice dishes, soups, really everything is very tasty. If this were just a review of their food it would be 4.5 stars. Sadly it is not. The service is brutal. Like absurdly slow. There can be only two tables of people and you still may not have your order taken within 20 minutes. While the food here is good, the portions are the issue. We had take out the other night and were extremely disappointed. Examples: We ordered fresh rolls, which the menu indicated had four in an order. The order contained two fresh rolls, each cut in half, so there were four pieces. At $8.95 this is a complete rip-off. We ordered a seafood dish that barely had any seafood in it (and even though the menu didn't include the ingredient, the dish contained imitation crab -ick!). At $16.95 we again felt ripped off. Lovely little place to get your Thai fix. It's a very quaint little, brightly-colored restaurant with a cute outdoor arch that draws you in. Although small, the inside was still comfortable and offered a quiet and cozy dining experience. We tried out the Thai sausage, dumplings, duck noodle soup and pad ga pow (stir-fried ground pork with veg). It was all delicious and my wife (who is Thai and very picky with Thai cuisine) loved it all, especially the duck noodle soup. The sausage and dumplings were all made in-house and very flavorful. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area! We'll certainly be back. On another note, the city of Dedham has free street parking for the month of Dec. Perfect time to stop by! read more

But overpaying for bad food is the worst and if you care anything about getting your money's worth, I would advise going elsewhere. I ordered the spicy basil with salmon and rice and it came with 2 flat, miniature salmon pieces, with delivery, this came out to $25. The food was greasy and tasteless, just incredibly oily with slightly burnt/charred undertones. It's weird because the food had the right herbs but there was just missing something. Attention, Foodies! This place is a find. We had a meal there yesterday that was absolutely amazing. We shared the grilled pork ball appetizer. The meatballs and sauce were both exceptional. We had to force ourselves to put the dish aside to ensure that we'd have enough room for our main courses. (We came back to them and finished them in the end!) I had the garlic shrimp rice plate. The shrimps were perfectly cooked, not over or under cooked. They were, as stated, tossed in a garlic sauce and served with an egg and rice. It may seem silly to rhapsodize about the way an egg is cooked, but again, perfection. Runny yolk, firm white. My partner had one of the curries with beef, and he kindly allowed me to have a taste. It was pretty spicy, which is the way he likes it, but I know they'd tone it down if I wanted to order that dish. Service: typically Thai friendliness and efficiency. You feel as if they are actually glad to see you. No unctuous hello-my-name-is-Brad stuff, but a really welcoming attitude. The restaurant itself is in a surprisingly sunny semi-basement, painted cheerful colours, with many fun decorating touches. Granite tables, comfortable chairs, and the funniest signs to indicate which bathroom is for which gender. It is a modest space; don't go there if you're looking for fancy schmancy. But it's immaculate, and homey. And oh, my, the food................ I think the best thing about this place is that they have dishes that are a departure from those featured in other Thai restaurants. You can still get the standard Thai fare, but there are other dishes to try. The owner told us that their chili sauce is homemade, and that's always a good thing! Each of us got the Crispy Chicken Pad Thai. The chicken was a little dry but the meal itself overall was fantastic! Great food, good value and a fantastic portions! Friendly staff with a neat dining environment. Very mlm and poppy shop. Vegetable Fresh Roles were could but could use a stronger kick such as cilantro. Peanut sauce was very good. Just sweet enough. Pad Thai was very tasty and reasonable size for dinner, but a little bit expensive in my opinion. Be sure to ask for utensils on take out because they forgot mine. read more

I found this place by accident and am glad I did!!! Extremely cute little hole in the wall (or should I say basement) cafe with happy bright orange walls and super cute decorations. They have an open kitchen which was a nice touch, very clean and everyone working behind it seemed to be having a good time. Service was very friendly and the food came out fast. The little restaurant is located on the 1st floor/basement, no parking on that tiny little street, which is a negative because I encountered a person who lives next door complaining my car was in there way. I walked into the restaurant and it was pretty clean and spacious. They were still working on our food but I talked to the lady a little bit and they had just opened four months ago! I ordered: Apps: Roti: it was alright, the dipping sauce could've been better Rolls: typical fried vegetarian spring rolls Fresh rolls: I didn't really like it here, they didn't feel fresh and their dipping sauce was oyster sauce which normally is peanut sauce Papaya salad: I asked for extra spicy and I def got it! A very cute family business with delicious food. A small space but seating was plentiful on Saturday night. They seem to still be working out a few kinks with service, as I was given the shrimp version of my dish before I told the waitress I had ordered tofu because I am vegetarian. My dad's dish came with a fried egg (seems like the theme of the restaurant) but it came out later on a separate plate. Finally, we waited about 15 minutes for the mango sticky rice, which was pretty good but not the best I've had. This may not be the best place to bring a large group, I'm not sure they could handle it. Despite these issues I'm basing my rating mostly on the quality of the food, which was excellent. Ordered the Crispy chicken Pad Thai dinner with crab rangoon. Well, how is the chicken supposed to be crispy when it isn't even fried?!? It had no flavor at all and the portion was much too small for the price. Additionally, they didn't even use the correct noodles for the dish. The crab rangoon looked good, just as long as you didn't look inside. It looks as though they were stuffed with pimento cheese(I'm not entirely sure they weren't) and the flavor just wasn't there. read more

This thai restaurant might look like its inside someone's basement but cot dammit food is friggin good! The lady who greeted us is friendly too. Tasty food and clean place. Its a bit hard for parking tho. They only have a tiny parking space. Most likely you will end up parking on the street. I live in Dedham and it was my first time dining there. The food was fresh and delicious! Can't wait to go back

We tried this place last weekend (see the pictures I've posted). Note the entrance is down a slanted driveway. It looks like the place is in someone's house/basement. It was a bout 90 degrees outside and this place had no more than 2 window air conditioners trying to cool the place. We found it humid and sticky inside, which prevented us from fully enjoying the meal. The food has good tastes, pretty authentic. Pad Thai is a popular dish so we had to get it...in fact we got 2 dishes of it, one veggie and another with crispy chicken. It tasted pretty good. The portions, however, were nothing like the next table who ordered the same things. That was pretty disappointing since our order was on the smaller side but whatever. The crispy fish that was like $16 (without rice) has ZERO flavor. They put some chopped up things on top that gives it some flavor, but the crispy fish itself has nothing. The Gra Pow chicken with fried egg had good flavors but the egg yoke was solid. I'm used to Thai places serving the egg a tad runny, or at least not solidly cooked. Other than these gripes, food was good, portions inconsistent, and service is pretty slow. You'd think there is one chef running the whole joint, and that the chef was also the waitress. There's no option to give 3.5 stars so I'd have to go with 3. read more

Attractive signage and numerous positive reviews on Yelp peaked my interest. The food was far above average. We were treated promptly upon entrance by both the chef and the server. The interior is elegant, nothing crazy but effort was put into making the space attractive. Seat yourself in the dining room, be carful of seats in the front of the restaurant near a laptop computer playing music. From a distance the volume may be ideal, however, up close its overpowering and makes conversation difficult. The tables are adorned with battery operated candles that aren't functional, or at least not turned on during lunch service. Solo diner seated at the table adjacent to ours tried unsuccessfully to turn his candle on. Bursting with flavor and fresh, crisp produce, the pork fried rice is a must have. Melt-in-your-mouth pork, coupled with fresh produce and a sweet, more than salty finish, this is a well-executive take on an American Chinese Food staple. The chicken dumplings had a crisp outer layer that opened to a warm, tender and flavorful filling. Chicken Satay were delicious, slightly undercooked for my liking but, tasty and edible, served with a bland peanut sauce and what the menu called a cucumber sauce. The sauce left over from the beautifully prepared and very tasty Crab Rangoon paired with the Chicken Satay better. The service was attentive, however one server was not enough to maintain the numerous full tables in the restaurant. The server did her best to juggle the requests of everybody in the restaurant. The kitchen is in plain view of the public, sanitary and organized. The food was delivered hot and fast from the kitchen. Extra points for a very clean table and shiny, clean silverware. read more

We ordered the Seafood Typhoon, Veggie Lo Meir, Veggie Dumplings and a side of sticky white rice. I asked for each to be Mild but everything came so spicy that we couldn't eat the food. The rice they gave wasn't sticky white rice, it was over cooked brown rice that tasted old. On top of that, they said 45 minutes until it was ready, I waited 45 mints to leave and once I got there, I had to wait another 45 minutes for this horrible food. We won't be getting food from here again read more

Usually I am in love with the food. Today I am annoyed. They messed up my order - quickly redid it, and now it lacks in flavor. PLUS So many restaurants up charge when you don't want rice! What the hell. Today they pulled the same stunt on me also. I ordered a dish with no rice previously, it's one cost. Order another comparable dish with no rice and it's a spike in price. So basically because I want less food, I have to pay more. Makes no sense. At least let the pricing be consistent. And then there's the language barrier. Super annoying. read more

Omg this place is amazing. My boyfriend gets the crispy chicken pad tai and loves it. I always get the pad see ew and highly recommend. I've never been the biggest fan of pad tai because it's almost too sweet for me. But the pad see ew is a more savory sauce and they make it with a bit of heat that is absolutely perfect. We've also had the fried rice which was very good, and the crab rangoons which were seriously sooooo good. Dumplings are also great. Basically you can't go wrong. read more

This place is in an unfortunate location because it's beyond the area people like walking to in Dedham Center. I also find their name really odd, but I guess it want you to know they have breakfast there too. I never tried their breakfasts but I ordered Thai food for take out from them a couple times. The food was pretty good, although not anything to rave about. Parking is tough, although I think they allow you to pull in to that driveway for a few minutes. read more
