In town and short walk from the Hilton where we stayed. It was busy but I was able to get on the wait list before heading over. The hostess stand is a little confusing. You walk in and it's located across the restaurant but there is signage on the wall, which I missed. An employee walking by pointed me where to go. After a short wait we were told our table was ready but they didn't have any menus, so it was a few more minutes. Our server was super nice and upbeat. I ordered the Corned Beef Hash & Eggs Breakfast Bowl. The eggs were over medium, just as I wanted them. Tender pieces of corned beef, potatoes, onions, and peppers. It was great. My BF ordered the Denver Omelette. It came out on the well done, almost burnt side but he actually likes it that way so it was fine. My only room to improve comment would be how the server upgraded parts of the meal without presenting it as an additional charge. I still would have ordered the same, fine paying more but I felt it wasn't presented well. With my Breakfast Bowl he asked if I wanted toast, fruit or a pancake. I went with the pancake which ended up being $4.50. Again, I would've ordered it anyway but I think presenting it that way makes it seem all choices are included and maybe someone doesn't want to pay the extra. The server did the same with my boyfriend's potatoes. He asked if he wanted them "homestyle" with onions, peppers, and cheddar cheese. My BF said yes and we noticed later in the day it was $1.50 for the onions and peppers and $1.15 for the cheddar cheese. Again, would've ordered the same but since I work in hospitality, I could see people complaining about not knowing the extra charge.
