This is a nice little local place with a clean dining area and plenty of tables. Celeste greeted me and gave me a nice booth to take my time and enjoy my morning. Celeste brought me coffee, very good coffee, BTW. I measure a restaurant by many things, one of those is good coffee. She walked me through the popular items on the menu then suggested a couple things. Celeste brought me out a Cinnamon roll while I decided and I ordered the Spicy Box. I enjoyed my coffee and Cinnamon roll while I waited, not very long. The roll is flavorful and soft. The icing was just enough and not too sweet. The Spicy Box a good size portion and not very spicy, but a good flavor. The meat filling was seasoned and tender. The eggs were slightly more done than I like, but they went well with the meat and hollandaise. The bread "Box" is a unique idea. The bread is slightly sweet and very soft and delicious. Overall EGGscellent is a very good place for breakfast. Next time I'll have to try the lunch items.

Celeste was an amazing server. She was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. We ordered the spicy box and the eggselent box. The spicy box was very good! It had a lot of meat. I went for the carnitas stack. It was delightfully memorable. Company enjoyed: patty melt and carne asada stack respectively. Everything was soooo good! "How good was it?" It was soooo good that it was enough to overcome a chat with two men about intentional victimization of women not counting if the women thought they might get paid. My family and I came for breakfast. We are not locals. However, we were able to find this cute little breakfast spot way off the strip. I love this down home comfortable feeling. Their food was very good. Their service was friendly. In fact, our server was so sweet. We had all these different questions about menu items, and whether or not certain ingredients were inclusive in certain dishes. She went above and beyond to find out all of this information for us. I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of all of this because I do have food, allergies, as well as other folks in my family. So, sometimes ordering from a restaurant where you're unfamiliar with their menu, it raises a lot of questions and concerns. She took all of them in stride and she was so quickly able to get answers for us. I know that I really appreciated that. Our waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, made some really great recommendations. One of them, in fact, it was ordered by our table. It was delicious. I wasn't so sure about the combination of ingredients and what not but it really came together quite nicely. I really enjoyed their French toast. For whatever reason, on this trip to Vegas, I seem to have my heart set on French toast and trying French toast, dishes all over the city. This one was very good. It was light and fluffy. Nothing was overpowering or too sweet. It was just right. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are all very friendly. Parking is free and available in the lot just outside. Hopefully we will come and visit again.

If you're looking to escape the strip here's your spot less than three miles away. It's located in more of a residential commercial strip. Inside is bright and welcoming with some style and character. I tried the eggsplicit box and it lived up to its punny name. Bacon, poached eggs, spinach, micro greens, topped with a chipotle hollandaise sauce in a toasted cube of bread. The sauce was great, and I don't like hollandaise. I opted for fruit and the small brown had a nice variety of fresh fruit and berries, not just melon and strawberries like many places. The uniqueness of the box was what drew me to order it. I thought it was hollowed out and wondered what they did with the insides but I soon discovered it was smashed in the center to make rooms for the other items that made up the dish. At first I wasn't sure how to attack it but the steak knife sticking out of the top gave a clue. I cut a corner off, piercing the yolk of the perfectly poached egg and it immediately became a slightly (fun) messy to eat mashup of everything, including that great sauce. Maybe the best part was once the filling were gone, breaking off pieces of the perfectly golden bread box to sop up the remaining egg from the plate.

Before heading out of Vegas, I thought I would stop for breakfast at a local joint Checked out EGGscellent Breakfast & Lunch--a local favorite with a 4.8 on Google--and it did not disappoint. I got the Spicy Box, and this thing was no joke... basically built on what looked like a quarter loaf of grilled bread with Texas toast vibes The carne asada and chorizo were both top-notch Great little off-the-Strip spot if you're ever in Vegas and want a local favorite.

At Eggscellent for breakfast today. After house cleaning we deserve a fun experience and great food.

I took my wife here for her birthday and the food was phenomenal. My favorite brunch dish is anything with corn beef hash and the Irish Box was probably the best corn beef hash dish I've had to date. My wife got the Red Rock Benny with asada instead of bacon (thank you Jose for being so accommodating) and she throughly enjoyed it! We will definitely be back!

Came through to Eggscellent and it definitely lived up to the name. Even though the place was packed (always a good sign), everything moved smooth. Walked in and was greeted right away, got seated, had a drink in hand, and placed my order all within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency is rare. Shoutout to Ismael for top-tier service--attentive, quick, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. I ordered the Eggsplicit Box with country potatoes and it did not disappoint. Solid portions, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're coming in hungry. The food was very tasty overall and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant--great energy all around. Only thing to note: there aren't any baby changing stations in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you've got little ones with you. If you're looking for a spot that's busy for a reason but still runs like a well-oiled machine, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent. The CFS was well made and breading stayed on. Gravy was good. Eggs were well cooked. The chilaquiles were also excellent. The taste was all there without the unnecessary spice. Only issue would be that of temperature. It was a bit cold. Maybe the dish sat too long before pickup. Which brings me to service. Very friendly but slow. We were asked for refill on coffee about one minute after served and then nothing for over 30 minutes. Overall I would say service was a miss, not because of the server, but because of the training. Ambiance was okay. Felt good and music okay and not too loud. Overall improve service and temperature and this would be 5 stars. For now can give 4. Also forgot to the toast and payment took way too long.

This is now the 3rd trip, but by far the best trip... Notice the change on the inside... Owner did well to invest as really is nice and relaxing.... I believe i said good and bad last time, so cinnamon rolls were I am sure on that list ( doughy) rest of food on point, portions always good here and I wish I had gotten her name because service was really on point... My first time here with my family. We heard great things about this place and finally came to check it out. I had the spicy box and my dad had the nasty box. Amazing that's all I have to say Claudio was our server and he did an amazing job giving us his recommendations. It was my dads bday and they sang to him and even gave him a free dessert. read more

Food and service matches the name perfectly, it was eggscellent. Found this place looking for somewhere to eat breakfast and it caught my attention, me and my family gave it a try and were not disappointed. The staff is very nice and make you feel very welcomed from the start to the end of your visit. Now onto the food, it is very good. They have great variety of food and have certain dishes with their own twist to it, from their dish called the "Spicy Box" to a more traditional steak and eggs on their menu as well. If you want a great, affordable, and great experience I highly recommend this place if your visiting Las Vegas. read more

I was looking for a good spot for breakfast and came across Eggscellent. I read some of the reviews & seen that they were following Covid guidelines. Plus the food looked really good. Initially, I want to take my wifey to Mimosa Gourmet but I found out they had reviews and even made it on the News. When we arrived at Eggscellent we noticed all the employees were were mask. The tables were separated from each other. The staffed wiped all the tables and chairs after guest left. Definitely, makes you feel a bit better. The guest are also required to wear mask. All the staff was really friendly and took the time to talk to us. They definitely make you feel welcomed. I enjoy going to small businesses who care about their guest. I ordered French toast with eggs and sausage. Plus I had to try the corn hash. My wifey order a sandwich with onion rings. The portions were so big that we both took food back to our room. All the food came out quick and hot. This place will definitely be my new spot for breakfast. read more

Food is good for a breakfast place. Not great. There are other places with better breakfast however they are not in the area. Service can be not so great depending on staff. I ordered food and coffee to go. The coffee was burned and watered down. I asked for a refund for just the coffee and was told by staff that the coffee is non refundable due to "everyone liking our coffee" which I'm sure they do, when it's not burned and watered down. Coffee is a low cost item to the restaurant. This restaurant will not budge an inch when it comes to customer satisfaction. Buyer beware. read more

I have been here several times and have yet to have anything I did not like. I finally tried the stuffed French toast today(sort of last meal before I deliver my child on Monday), It's all that I've been wanting since my first time here. Unfortunately, it wasn't the best and it's possibly because it was delivered (Grubhub). Although I live a block and a half away, the stuffing was melted and all over the box and bag. The taco salad we ordered was huge and tasty so no complaints there. Maybe I'll try again with the French toast some other time or stick to the waffles. My only suggestions is to get there early because there is always a wait. read more

Went to pick up my order I put on Grub hub and the little lady hostess barley wanted to help me or speak english. Than a bald head guy comes out from The kitchen area very aggressive to people upon giving them their orders or speaking to them asking there names. Just because your busy dont mean you be short and off coming to people. I wont order here again. Food is great but STAFF IS HORRIBLE. read more

Eggscellent? Based on my experience, not so much. To begin with, we were greeted by the owner who was complaining about a previous customer. That is not a great look. I get it, people can be a pain in the ass, but that venting should be kept amongst staff. When we sat down, we were greeted by a very friendly waitress. She took our order, returned to fill our coffee, and that was the last we saw of her until the bill came. She never checked in with us to find out. How our meal was. My wife got one of the breakfast bowls, which she enjoyed, although the portion size was enormous, which could be a pro for many people. I opted for the Denver omelette with hashbrowns and a blueberry pancake. The inlet was decent, and the pancake was delicious. However, the hash browns were extremely greasy, to the point that after one bite, I couldn't eat them. As mentioned above, no one bothered to ask how my food was, which was disappointing, especially since most of it was still on the plate when they cleared the dish. My three star review is based on not only the service experience, but the quality of one of the pieces of food that I had. I'm not saying that this restaurant isn't worth trying, but my first impression was not a good one. Maybe they were just having an off day. read more

Food was delicious. We were full and satisfied. My pork chop was nice and flavorful. Wasn't dry. My auntie's omelette was flavorful and big. I enjoyed my service from Gina and Sean. Mom, sister & I visited this spot for the first time on a Sunday morning around 10am. I called in & was told wait time was about 30 minutes so we decided to go any way but upon arrival the hostess asked if we wanted to be seated at the breakfast bar area instead & we were seated right away instead of waiting so that was a plus. I knew this place was good because my mom & sister didn't complain at all (LOL) my mom truly appreciated the hospitality & more so because the staff all seemed to be bilingual so she felt more comfortable being able to order her food just how she wanted it with no judgement which is equally important to me. My mom had the 'El Diablo Omelette', sister had something called a spicy box? I can't remember the exact name but it was definitely a unique dish & was delicious! Basically a loaf stuffed with meat, it was really good! I ordered the Hoodoo Hash & although I really liked it at first, my only complain is that the sweet potato was overwhelming for me, I'm sure I could have subbed the sweet potato for regular so that was my mistake but now I know for my next visit! I'm excited to go back to try out their benedicts!! Would definitely recommend this place read more

Great food Great service! Jazmin is a wonderful server, kind, patient and there when you need her. Sean did a great job making us welcome and masterfully packing up our abundant leftovers. The food is excellent--we had the stuffed french toast, wild salmon hash, onion rings, and a scramble. All were very good--especially the wild salmon hash with asparagus. We will be back. read more

My son and I randomly decided to eat brunch here on a Saturday morning. Luckily we got there when we did because we got seated right away.. there was quite a wait afterwards so we definitely got lucky! The service was friendly and fast! My son ordered the "all American" with eggs white, bacon and white toast... he loved it! And I ordered the patty melt with onion rings and it was delicious.. not oily at all. Both portions were generous. The menu is very extensive there was so much I wanted to order so I will definitely be back to try more! read more

We were very happy with our decision to dine here. We were visiting The Strip on vacation and wanted to try some breakfast off strip to elevate the price gouging of Vegas hotels. My husband got the Hoodoo Hash, which definitely had a kick to it, and it was delicious! I got the Red Rock Benny, which is their house Benny and the foccasia bread was such a great touch! Definitely recommend dining here for an off the strip breakfast! Total bill came out to $30 for 2 drinks and 2 meals. Would have been closer to $40-$50 on The Strip. read more

When we opened the food, the eggs weren't at all to order, they didn't give us enough syrup, the pancakes were missing the toppings, and the bread on the sandwich was so soggy it was falling apart. read more

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine welcome that made us feel like we were at home. I can't begin to tell you the EXCEPTIONAL food AND customer service we received at this establishment. My husband and I ordered the florentine hash and the stuffed French toast with mascarpone cheese. I've never had anything like it. I mistakenly thought my French toast had butter in the middle, but it was really melted marscapone cheese. Without asking... they brought me an extra side of marscapone cheese. We let them know that it was our 7 year anniversary and the bought us a FRESH cinnamon roll. The BEST CINNAMON ROLL I'VE EVER HAD!!! What a thoughtful thing to do and smart customer service. My girl Gina is the 1& not the 2 definitely somebody that you should see as soon as you hit that door she will give you excellent hospitality. She will give you communication. I have to say I'm really picky when I order a Reuben sandwich because I want the meat to be tender, flavorful, and sliced really thin. I decided to give the sandwich a try and I totally loved it. It was THE best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten!!! it was absolutely delicious. And I ordered onion rings with it instead of any other side and they were also delicious. Most of the time when you get onion rings it's the skin of the onion and there isn't any "meaty" part of the onion in it. But not the case with these. And the service was great too!!! Five stars, no question. We stopped into Eggscellent while visiting Las Vegas and had the pleasure of being served by Celeste. She struck that perfect balance of friendly, professional, and genuinely engaging. She was attentive without hovering, upbeat without being over-the-top, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Great breakfast! Claudio greeted us at the door and was our main server throughout. We were in early breakfast so thankfully got a booth seat. The place definitely got filled up by the time we were leaving. Lots of options, almost hard to choose. The cinnamon roll was soft and gooey! I finally settled on the nasty box to try something new and it didnt disappoint. The bread was thick and soft, it was stuffed to the brim with meat! This is our first time trying Eggscellent and the name fits perfectly. Our waiter JJ was amazing and the food was great. I got the huevos rancheros with extra green salsa and it was chefs kiss. My man got the stuffed French toast; come hungry for this because it's a LOT of food. The orange juice was fresh and refreshing. The coffee was delicious and overall a great experience and we have made this place one of our go to breakfast spots when visiting.
