I want to thank Celeste personally for her attention to detail and always checking in on me to make sure everything was good. This was my first time in Vegas and was craving a Mexican style breakfast to test out the food here. It did not disappoint! Celeste was attentive to getting the food out whenever it was ready and not letting it get cold. She was very energetic and it felt like I was at home, being cared for by my mother. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vegas for the first time based on the delicious food and the caring atmosphere by the staff. The location itself has TVs to watch sports and has a welcoming environment overall, will visit again when I'm in town. Gracias Celeste, quidate mucho y fue un placer conocerte :)
Excellent brunch menus as its business name 'Eggscellent'. the 'box' menu was just excellent. We came here twice for the Brunch in our 3 day Vegas stay. This is an honest business. my husband forgot his credit card 2 d ago after paying. We returned two days later, they check our ID and returned his credit card with no fraud transactions. Celeste was an amazing server. She was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable. We ordered the spicy box and the eggselent box. The spicy box was very good! It had a lot of meat. The eggselent box was good too! It had a lot of spinach. I loved the artwork inside. The attention to detail was insane. Overall a good place to have brunch in Vegas. Ask for Celeste!
Decent brunch spot. The pancakes were good, tasted like regular pancakes. Got their pile up sandwich on sourdough as well. Good. Cons: Their fries were salty, & their water tastes like it comes from the sink
Everything about our experience was Eggscellent - the food, ambience and service. Ismael was our server and he was amazing, very friendly and attentive to our needs. We ordered the Eggs Benny and the Spicy Box which he had recommended to us. The food was amazing and so delicious. We will definitely come back again the next time we are in Vegas.
The food was so good, I had to make my waitress take my plate before I finished just so I didn't stuff myself.., service was excellent and the cost was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend
I went for the carnitas stack. It was delightfully memorable. Company enjoyed: patty melt and carne asada stack respectively. Everything was soooo good! "How good was it?" It was soooo good that it was enough to overcome a chat with two men about intentional victimization of women not counting if the women thought they might get paid. Friendship intact --because the breakfast was just that good.
My family and I came for breakfast. We are not locals. However, we were able to find this cute little breakfast spot way off the strip. I love this down home comfortable feeling. Their food was very good. Their service was friendly. In fact, our server was so sweet. We had all these different questions about menu items, and whether or not certain ingredients were inclusive in certain dishes. She went above and beyond to find out all of this information for us. I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of all of this because I do have food, allergies, as well as other folks in my family. So, sometimes ordering from a restaurant where you're unfamiliar with their menu, it raises a lot of questions and concerns. She took all of them in stride and she was so quickly able to get answers for us. I know that I really appreciated that. Our waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, made some really great recommendations. One of them, in fact, it was ordered by our table. It was delicious. I wasn't so sure about the combination of ingredients and what not but it really came together quite nicely. I really enjoyed their French toast. For whatever reason, on this trip to Vegas, I seem to have my heart set on French toast and trying French toast, dishes all over the city. This one was very good. It was light and fluffy. Nothing was overpowering or too sweet. It was just right. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are all very friendly. Parking is free and available in the lot just outside. Hopefully we will come and visit again.
Wow this place is our new favorite breakfast spot when we visit Vegas. The name did not disappoint, their food was eggcellent! Our daughter loves the stuffed croissant French toast, and it wasn't too sweet with the compote on the side. Adding the fresh strawberries really balanced the dish. The carne asada hash was amazing, we even ordered a second one after! Perfectly cooked steak, and their hollandaise sauce was super tasty. Staff was friendly and the space is bigger than we expected with plenty of seats. We went at 11am on a Saturday and got seated right away.
If you're looking to escape the strip here's your spot less than three miles away. It's located in more of a residential commercial strip. Inside is bright and welcoming with some style and character. I tried the eggsplicit box and it lived up to its punny name. Bacon, poached eggs, spinach, micro greens, topped with a chipotle hollandaise sauce in a toasted cube of bread. The sauce was great, and I don't like hollandaise. I opted for fruit and the small brown had a nice variety of fresh fruit and berries, not just melon and strawberries like many places. The uniqueness of the box was what drew me to order it. I thought it was hollowed out and wondered what they did with the insides but I soon discovered it was smashed in the center to make rooms for the other items that made up the dish. At first I wasn't sure how to attack it but the steak knife sticking out of the top gave a clue. I cut a corner off, piercing the yolk of the perfectly poached egg and it immediately became a slightly (fun) messy to eat mashup of everything, including that great sauce. Maybe the best part was once the filling were gone, breaking off pieces of the perfectly golden bread box to sop up the remaining egg from the plate.
Before heading out of Vegas, I thought I would stop for breakfast at a local joint Checked out EGGscellent Breakfast & Lunch--a local favorite with a 4.8 on Google--and it did not disappoint. I got the Spicy Box, and this thing was no joke... basically built on what looked like a quarter loaf of grilled bread with Texas toast vibes The carne asada and chorizo were both top-notch Great little off-the-Strip spot if you're ever in Vegas and want a local favorite.
Food was amazing as also. My soup was packed with chicken and veggies. This is the second time Mark ordered the Mexican Benny. Also the croissant French toast. Our server was Alexis (?) very good with us. Of course the place was filling up once we arrived. The music and sounds of people have conversations is great.
Came through to Eggscellent and it definitely lived up to the name. Even though the place was packed (always a good sign), everything moved smooth. Walked in and was greeted right away, got seated, had a drink in hand, and placed my order all within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency is rare. Shoutout to Ismael for top-tier service--attentive, quick, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. I ordered the Eggsplicit Box with country potatoes and it did not disappoint. Solid portions, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're coming in hungry. The food was very tasty overall and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant--great energy all around. Only thing to note: there aren't any baby changing stations in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you've got little ones with you. If you're looking for a spot that's busy for a reason but still runs like a well-oiled machine, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

We had a fantastic first experience at Eggscellent. Our server was wonderful and walked us through the menu since it was our first time. There are plenty of options no matter what you're in the mood for. I had the Baja Chicken Hash Stack and it was delicious. The cheese omelette came loaded with cheese, and the Monte Cristo was enjoyable as well. As a tea drinker, I appreciated the large selection of teas they provided - an often overlooked section of the hot drink menu. Everything was reasonably priced as well. A truly a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. We've been coming here for over two years, and it has become a special tradition for my husband and me every Sunday. The food is always amazing, comes out quickly, and never disappoints. Gina is hands down the best server--she's who we always ask for. She's attentive, friendly, and makes every visit feel special. Today we celebrated my husband's birthday here, and the service was exceptional. They even sang Happy Birthday, which made the moment even more memorable. The menu offers a huge variety of delicious options, and the ambience is warm and welcoming. Every visit feels just as great as the last. I got the EGGselent box and asked for a bit more chipotle hollandaise sauce to help eat the bread part. It was delicious. Tried looking for a decent breakfast place not in a Hotel or the strip and found this about 15 min away from MGM Grand. food looked excellent and i was right it was great and prices were very respectable in todays inflated market. the waffles and pancakes and avocado toast was excellent, tried the bigger 1lb burger too, love it and it lived up to its expectations. read more

After staying a night in the area, I used Yelp to find a breakfast place. This was close by and had good reviews so I decided that it was worth a try. I'm glad I did. I like the wall art but the food and service were even better. I was brought coffee as soon as I asked and it was hot and fresh. I took my time reading over the menu--it's quite extensive. There is something for everyone. I tend to be an omelette or Benny person so I looked especially at those two areas. I decided to order the El Diablo omelette. Great choice. The omelette is filled with andouille sausage, red bell peppers, pepper jack cheese, and topped with avocado and a "hint" of blackened seasoning. You can see the seasoning in the photo. I got breakfast potatoes and marble rye toast. They also give you the option to add peppers and onions on the potatoes and I added that. Before the breakfast came, my server was there witha coffee refill. Then she brought the main event. It was a good tasting omelette. El Diablo suggests it's spicy, but it's not. I put some Cholula on the omelette and I made it extra Diablo. When I was finished, she asked if I wanted a coffee to go. I declined because I had another stop planned just up DI from the restaurant. Service was great, the food was very good, and the restaurant is a pleasant place with lots of fun wall art. One note: on the entrance, there is a sign on the door asking customers to pay in cash to avoid bank fees they must pay. I had the cash available so I paid that way. Normally I'd just put it on my card. Just be aware that they prefer cash. read more

We decided to to come here after reading the reviews and this place did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was delicious. The food was great, the coffee was great, the juice was great and the service was excellent! Celeste gave us great recommendations and we were all pleased with our choices. I liked that the restaurant was busy but not crowded. We were also sat fairly quickly. We all agreed we would definitely return next time we're in town. Food was incredible. We had Celeste as our waitress and she was incredibly attentive even though her section was packed. She gave great recommendations and was super knowledgeable! This place is always a great experience, from the food to the staff everything is always quality. I got the healthy avocado toast for something light with just the right amount of grains, The seven grain toast they use is very good though I do prefer eight grains, they did everything else so well it wasn't an issue. Always a pleasure to have Gina as awaitress she's nice and attentive, always checking to make sure you have everything you need. Also be hungry because huge portions. read more
The food here was very good but don't come here if you have plans to be somewhere later. It took at least 50 minutes after ordering for our food to come out, and I think our orders only came out earlier than it would have only because we asked our server about it, otherwise we might have needed to wait even longer. I ordered the EGGs Benny with Sausage and Hash Browns ($14.99). Both of the yolks in the benedicts were perfectly runny, and the english muffin on the bottom was toasted so well that it was still crispy even when it was saturated with the yolk. The hash browns were also good, but I personally would have liked them a bit crispier than they were. Our food took forever to come out but our server was very apologetic and was very accommodating to hold us over until our actual orders arrived. She was great and it wasn't her fault, but it was definitely frustrating to have to wait so long for 2 dishes. I would come back for the food, but only if I have time to kill and went early so that I don't end up absolutely famished before getting my food. read more
The staff were so so so friendly and helpful that even if the food were bad - which it wasn't - I would come back just because of that. The fruit I got with my eggs benny was super fresh. I also loved that they provided a little steak knife to cut through the muffin. I personally did not enjoy the hollandaise sauce but the meal overall was good. There's lots of seating and they were able to accommodate my group of 8 without reservation (They don't take reservations). read more

With a family of 8, finding a restaurant that can handle our eggstra-large crew isn't always easy, but Eggscellent eggsceeded our expectations! They served up eggceptional service and made sure we felt right at home. Being a family that loves to share and sample, we didn't hold back--we cracked into everything: Fruity Pebble French toast, farm omelet, Monte Cristo, avocado toast, chorizo hash, burger & fries, pancakes, stuffed French toast, and the Baja Chicken Hash Stash. Every single bite was eggquisite. The wait time? Shockingly short for a Saturday morning! After adding our name to the waitlist, we were seated in under 25 minutes--an eggcellent win when dining off the Strip. The fresh orange juice was eggstraordinary, and every dish was seasoned to perfection. Nothing took too long to arrive, making the whole experience feel as seamless as it was eggceedingly delicious. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming--not too fancy, just the right vibe to settle into after stepping off a plane. It was the perfect atmosphere to unwind and dig into some comfort food. read more

Eggscellent is a fantastic spot for a breakfast and lunch. They serve breakfast and lunch meals crafted with the fresh ingredients . Everything is made fresh from scratch, and you can tell that's a high level of a breakfast/lunch place. Upon entering the place, we were surprised how spacious the restaurant is and how beautiful decor is, great for taking photos. It was energizing and relaxing at the same time. The food was served very quickly and it was delicious. We had: Chicken Finger B.L.T, Chacha Chicken Sandwich, Bigger Better Burger and Fresh Strawberry Crepes. Everything was delicious and the patty was perfectly cooked the way we liked it. The flavors were satisfying and the portions were great too. The service was exceptional, very attentive and friendly. If you're in the area and looking for a delicious breakfast with outstanding service, we highly recommend this breakfast spot. They are definitely worth visiting, you won't regret it. read more

I've been doing the keto diet and coming to Eggscellent was literally the best choice! I was able to have a farm omelette with chicken breast, cheese, spinach, red peppers, and avocado with a side of cottage cheese. The music they were playing was pop hits and the lighting and vibe in the restaurant was really great. But most of all, my favorite part was my friendly server Celeste. She helped me pick out my order from the menu, was super knowledgeable about everything, and most of all she was incredibly kind and friendly :) Thanks Celeste for helping me achieve my keto goals and big blessings to you and the entire restaurant! read more

The regular coffee is watered down and the caliente omelet was eggs and cheese with red sauce. There were no chunks of chorizo in it. It had no flavor. Very unhappy with the quality. Honestly disappointed. read more

This place was rated high on the list for breakfast and I can see why. My party was seated right away and we had the most efficient server I've ever had to take care of us, unfortunately I can't remember her name but very quick and very good. I had the croissant French toast with eggs and bacon. The croissant was delicious as were the eggs but the bacon was a bit tough. My friends had steak and eggs which they said were pretty tasty. Not the best we've had but pretty good. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated with A fun egg theme. I would come back again for the simple fact of how great the service was. read more

They do not take reservations. First come first served. Weekend morning are busiest. You can go and put your name in and ask for an estimated wait time, to be honest, it is worth the wait.
Do you have mimosas?
They do not sell any alcohol. But they have one of the best breakfast you eat in Vegas. You'll see when you get there because even though they don't alcohol, they are always packed.
Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered chicken that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free home fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.
