My family and I came for breakfast. We are not locals. However, we were able to find this cute little breakfast spot way off the strip. I love this down home comfortable feeling. Their food was very good. Their service was friendly. In fact, our server was so sweet. We had all these different questions about menu items, and whether or not certain ingredients were inclusive in certain dishes. She went above and beyond to find out all of this information for us. I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of all of this because I do have food, allergies, as well as other folks in my family. So, sometimes ordering from a restaurant where you're unfamiliar with their menu, it raises a lot of questions and concerns. She took all of them in stride and she was so quickly able to get answers for us. I know that I really appreciated that. Our waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, made some really great recommendations. One of them, in fact, it was ordered by our table. It was delicious. I wasn't so sure about the combination of ingredients and what not but it really came together quite nicely. I really enjoyed their French toast. For whatever reason, on this trip to Vegas, I seem to have my heart set on French toast and trying French toast, dishes all over the city. This one was very good. It was light and fluffy. Nothing was overpowering or too sweet. It was just right. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are all very friendly. Parking is free and available in the lot just outside. Hopefully we will come and visit again.

If you're looking to escape the strip here's your spot less than three miles away. It's located in more of a residential commercial strip. Inside is bright and welcoming with some style and character. I tried the eggsplicit box and it lived up to its punny name. Bacon, poached eggs, spinach, micro greens, topped with a chipotle hollandaise sauce in a toasted cube of bread. The sauce was great, and I don't like hollandaise. I opted for fruit and the small brown had a nice variety of fresh fruit and berries, not just melon and strawberries like many places. The uniqueness of the box was what drew me to order it. I thought it was hollowed out and wondered what they did with the insides but I soon discovered it was smashed in the center to make rooms for the other items that made up the dish. At first I wasn't sure how to attack it but the steak knife sticking out of the top gave a clue. I cut a corner off, piercing the yolk of the perfectly poached egg and it immediately became a slightly (fun) messy to eat mashup of everything, including that great sauce. Maybe the best part was once the filling were gone, breaking off pieces of the perfectly golden bread box to sop up the remaining egg from the plate.

Before heading out of Vegas, I thought I would stop for breakfast at a local joint Checked out EGGscellent Breakfast & Lunch--a local favorite with a 4.8 on Google--and it did not disappoint. I got the Spicy Box, and this thing was no joke... basically built on what looked like a quarter loaf of grilled bread with Texas toast vibes The carne asada and chorizo were both top-notch Great little off-the-Strip spot if you're ever in Vegas and want a local favorite.

At Eggscellent for breakfast today. After house cleaning we deserve a fun experience and great food.

Food was amazing as also. My soup was packed with chicken and veggies. This is the second time Mark ordered the Mexican Benny. Also the croissant French toast. Our server was Alexis (?) very good with us. Of course the place was filling up once we arrived. The music and sounds of people have conversations is great.

Came through to Eggscellent and it definitely lived up to the name. Even though the place was packed (always a good sign), everything moved smooth. Walked in and was greeted right away, got seated, had a drink in hand, and placed my order all within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency is rare. Shoutout to Ismael for top-tier service--attentive, quick, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. I ordered the Eggsplicit Box with country potatoes and it did not disappoint. Solid portions, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're coming in hungry. The food was very tasty overall and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant--great energy all around. Only thing to note: there aren't any baby changing stations in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you've got little ones with you. If you're looking for a spot that's busy for a reason but still runs like a well-oiled machine, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent. The CFS was well made and breading stayed on. Gravy was good. Eggs were well cooked. The chilaquiles were also excellent. The taste was all there without the unnecessary spice. Only issue would be that of temperature. It was a bit cold. Maybe the dish sat too long before pickup. Which brings me to service. Very friendly but slow. We were asked for refill on coffee about one minute after served and then nothing for over 30 minutes. Overall I would say service was a miss, not because of the server, but because of the training. Ambiance was okay. Felt good and music okay and not too loud. Overall improve service and temperature and this would be 5 stars. For now can give 4. Also forgot to the toast and payment took way too long.

Went this morning around 11am. Such a cute atmosphere from the start. Welcomed in right away. Tons of workers. All busy. First thing I noticed was this cute painting in the wall. Then how clean this place was. I mean clean. The ceiling fans looked like they had just been cleaned. The vents were clean. "Where can you go eat that either of those are ever clean?" Nowhere but here for me, and I like to eat out. I really wanted to try a waffle but yet I also wanted an omelet. So I splurged and got both. My other half, ordered ham, eggs and pancakes. So, when food came out I was so excited. Look how good it looks?? It tasted better than it even looked. I mean, the waffle had the best flavor. The best little bit of crunch. My omelet was simple but delicious. I mean you can't go wrong. Looking at all the food being brought out looked incredible. I cannot wait to go back. I give them a 10. The presentation, greeting, taste, friendly, quick etc. everything was outstanding!!!!! Thank you for setting the bar so high, that I will only want to come visit your establishment.

The service was fine and the atmosphere was decent, but the food didn't really stand out. Unfortunately, the sausage biscuits and gravy were pretty disappointing -- the flavor was off and didn't taste fresh. To be honest it tasted like dog food and I had to spit it out. The rest of the meal was average, but nothing we'd go out of our way to come back for.

First of all, I have to give a huge shout out to whoever was the interior designer of this restaurant! The interior bright yellow color contrasted by the deeper wood tones gives this place such a cheerful vibe! There are quite a few plants inside, which give it a vacation in paradise atmosphere. There is also a wall mural of the Vegas Strip, which makes you feel like you are looking out from a restaurant down on the strip. Our waiter was Jose. He was familiar to my husband because he's recently taken to going to this place which is just around the corner from us. Jose gave us eggceptional service! I ordered the Ultimate D'Lox Benny with a side of cottage cheese. It was presented on my plate with an orange twist. They have freshly squeezed orange juice and it was a big sized glass! Delicious! The menu is extensive and it will take you a few minutes to decide what to eat. They also have a promo going where you can get a free short stack of pancakes or a croissant French Toast if you like and post for them on FB, Insta, & Tiktok. I will definitely be back again! I think I found a new favorite!

After a busy weekend and not much food, my friend and I woke up starving on our last day in Vegas and I'm so glad we found this spot. It was busy and we could tell this was gonna be delicious. I ordered the stuffed toast? All I remember was that there was carne asada, chorizo, and poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and MY GOD I'll be thinking about this for a while. My friend ordered the Mexican Benedict. We were both so happy - definitely a must try in Vegas!

Came here on New Years Day. Located a couple miles from the main strip in a small mall complex. Expect a small wait as the restaurant gets pretty busy during brunch hours. The food overall was good. Stuffed French Toast is definitely a unique highlight because they use croissant for the bread. The chicken was dry for the chicken stack but tasted great. Portions are relatively large and prices are pretty standard (15-17 dollars per person). Service is fast and friendly. Definitely will come back. Great breakfast option in Vegas.

Restaurant has tons of seating. Came later in the day. The mornings are usually fuller but you get seated quickly.

Came in to eat with my friend and got greeted by Celeste almost immediately and took our food order. Food came out so quickly it felt unreal ! The regular coffee is watered down and the caliente omelet was eggs and cheese with red sauce. There were no chunks of chorizo in it. It had no flavor. Very unhappy with the quality. Honestly disappointed. read more

This place was rated high on the list for breakfast and I can see why. My party was seated right away and we had the most efficient server I've ever had to take care of us, unfortunately I can't remember her name but very quick and very good. I had the croissant French toast with eggs and bacon. The croissant was delicious as were the eggs but the bacon was a bit tough. My friends had steak and eggs which they said were pretty tasty. Not the best we've had but pretty good. The restaurant is clean and brightly decorated with A fun egg theme. I would come back again for the simple fact of how great the service was. read more

Can I just say Claudio did an amazing. He was very attentive and made sure me and family had all the things we needed and asked every 20 minutes if everything was good and if we needed anything. Me and mother in law had coffee and he made sure he refilled the cups all the time. I ordered the Greek salad and it was yummy. Just forgot avocado but wasn't his fault. Thank you again. Stopped in for breakfast on my way to pick up a rental car. I sat at the bar, and April was my server. She was great! Very attentive and called me "Baby" the whole time. I presented her with two options, one an omelette and the other the Spicy Box. She recommended the Spicy Box as it is what they are known for. I ordered that with the hash browns and a side of avocado. The Spicy Box is a hollowed out end of a bread loaf stuffed with eggs, chorizo, hollandaise sauce and other goodies. It was tasty. I added a little hot sauce. The place was packed, and the atmosphere is perfect for a great breakfast place. Famous egg people on the walls leading to the bathroom. I enjoyed this breakfast spot! My sister, son and I, wanted to do a quick trip to Vegas. We stayed on the strip, but we enjoying venturing off the strip to find good local food. We saw the reviews for Eggscellent and it was an easy decision to stop in. We came in on a Monday morning, we were a little worried there would be a wait, since it seems so popular. We called to ask the wait time and there was no wait. We showed up about 10 minutes later to restaurant about half full. It was kind of warm inside, but considering it was well over 100 outside it was better than the outside temp. Unfortunately, we were seated next to the door so every time it opened we were met with a gust of hot air. Our waitress, I'm sorry, I wish I could remember her name, was so pleasant. She was so attentive and a joy to talk to. We even had our free Yelp check in offer sitting on the table, and she brought out the free cinnamon roll right away. We didn't even say anything. She told us she saw it while talking to us and made sure we got the item. Not many people do that. There are many food options on the menu. I opted for the Nasty Box. This was loaded with plenty of brisket and onions, my only issue is there was so little Hollandaise that it ate very dry, even with the egg yolk running all over it. My son had a bacon and cheese omelette with hash browns which he enjoyed. My sister had the Irish box which she liked as well. The free cinnamon roll was great. My son had never liked them before and since trying the cinnamon roll at Eggscellent he is now hooked. Overall it was a good meal. The service was fantastic and the food pretty good. I would return next time I'm in Vegas. read more

We came here because our first choice of restaurants was very crowded. Lucky choice in our case. When we arrived, the place was very busy but we were seated quickly. Coffee and water arrived in short time and our food came in record time. We ordered a Denver omelette, 4 egg size so we split it with an extra order of hash browns, Lots of toast too. Everything was very tasty. Very impressed with this establishment and the service. Definitely a highly recommend breakfast place, IF, you're looking for good food with a local atmosphere I will come back again for good eats. read more

I've left several reviews for this spot, because the food and service are consistently 5. My last visit, I sat at the counter and Gina was my server. She was eggscellent. However, I do have a few notes. No baywatch, go lighter on Britney Spears, and one visit I listened to Billie Jean (MJ) performed by different artists, SIX times in a row. What a great little hidden gem! We were looking for a yummy breakfast and boy did we get it! Don't be fooled by the strip mall not appealing walk up. You walk in...super clean, super cute with fun decor! Food was great (giant portions so take note) and our waitress was ON IT. I took a friend here for her birthday breakfast, you know to get the day started right, and the experience was great from the moment we walked in. The host greeted us warmly and seated us right away. Ordered omelette, omelette was hot but sides weren't. french toast with eggs, eggs were cold, bacon not hot and very dry. a cheese burger with chips. Chips weren't fully cooked. The atmosphere was fun and lively, and it was clear that people were there to have a good time. The karaoke DJ was absolutely the highlight of the night. He was talented, enthusiastic, and incredibly warm and welcoming -- the kind of host who makes everyone feel like a star whether they can sing or not. I also loved the karaoke app, which notifies you when your turn is coming up. That's such a thoughtful touch and takes so much anxiety out of the experience. Karaoke kicked off at 10pm and the energy in the room was infectious once it got going. The drinks were good -- well-made and enjoyable -- though on the pricier side for what you'd expect at a casual karaoke vegas bar. Not a dealbreaker, but worth knowing going in. Now for the constructive feedback, shared in the spirit of hoping this venue reaches its full potential: The table reservation situation was genuinely confusing and a bit stressful. I had made what I believed to be a table reservation ahead of time, but when we arrived, the host at the door informed us that table reservations aren't actually accepted. I showed her my reservation confirmation, and unfortunately she was dismissive about it rather than empathetic or helpful. For a group arriving excited for the night, that interaction set a frustrating tone. A little kindness and acknowledgment -- even just "I'm so sorry for the confusion, let me help you find a spot" -- would have gone a long way. Because we couldn't be seated at the tables until 10pm, we were left waiting at the bar, which was extremely crowded with other guests in the same situation. Getting a drink was a real challenge with so many people packed in waiting for seating to open up. It felt like a bit of a bottleneck that could easily be improved with clearer communication upfront about the table policy -- or better yet, actually offering reservations. We also weren't able to order food at the Front Yard, which was a surprise. We ended up heading over to the Village Pub to eat, which worked out fine, but it would be so much more convenient to be able to grab a bite without leaving the venue. Despite all of that, my friends and I left smiling. The DJ truly carried the night, and the outdoor space is something Ellis Island should be proud of. With a few operational tweaks -- clearer reservation policies, a friendlier front-of-house experience, and maybe some food options -- the Front Yard could easily be one of the best karaoke spots in Las Vegas. We'd come back and give it another shot! :)

I had the most wonderful experience at this breakfast spot, and a huge part of it was the incredible service we received from the host, cant remember his name but he was the short Hispanic man. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile and a genuine welcome that made us feel like we were at home. I can't begin to tell you the EXCEPTIONAL food AND customer service we received at this establishment. My husband and I ordered the florentine hash and the stuffed French toast with mascarpone cheese. I've never had anything like it. I mistakenly thought my French toast had butter in the middle, but it was really melted marscapone cheese. Without asking... they brought me an extra side of marscapone cheese. We let them know that it was our 7 year anniversary and the bought us a FRESH cinnamon roll. The BEST CINNAMON ROLL I'VE EVER HAD!!! What a thoughtful thing to do and smart customer service. Stopped in for breakfast and had a great experience. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, flavorful, and definitely hit the spot. The food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. My girl Gina is the 1& not the 2 definitely somebody that you should see as soon as you hit that door she will give you excellent hospitality. She will give you communication. She checks the table to make sure that your order is how you want it,and if there's a problem she will fix it immediately she's like a magician. I have to say I'm really picky when I order a Reuben sandwich because I want the meat to be tender, flavorful, and sliced really thin. I decided to give the sandwich a try and I totally loved it. It was THE best Reuben sandwich I've ever eaten!!! it was absolutely delicious. And I ordered onion rings with it instead of any other side and they were also delicious. Most of the time when you get onion rings it's the skin of the onion and there isn't any "meaty" part of the onion in it. But not the case with these. And the service was great too!!! Five stars, no question. We stopped into Eggscellent while visiting Las Vegas and had the pleasure of being served by Celeste. She struck that perfect balance of friendly, professional, and genuinely engaging. She was attentive without hovering, upbeat without being over-the-top, and seemed to anticipate what we needed before we even asked. Good food brings people in, but great service is what makes a place memorable. Celeste made us feel welcome, taken care of, and like we were more than just another table. Great breakfast! Claudio greeted us at the door and was our main server throughout. We were in early breakfast so thankfully got a booth seat. The place definitely got filled up by the time we were leaving. Lots of options, almost hard to choose. The cinnamon roll was soft and gooey! I finally settled on the nasty box to try something new and it didnt disappoint. The bread was thick and soft, it was stuffed to the brim with meat! It was actually quite a big portion I couldnt finish it. The eggs were perfect and the hollandiase tasty. Would def order both again read more

This is our first time trying Eggscellent and the name fits perfectly. Our waiter JJ was amazing and the food was great. I got the huevos rancheros with extra green salsa and it was chefs kiss. My man got the stuffed French toast; come hungry for this because it's a LOT of food. The orange juice was fresh and refreshing. The coffee was delicious and overall a great experience and we have made this place one of our go to breakfast spots when visiting.
