6/6/26 FYI. Sausage, egg, cheese sandwich
    Lee D.

Quality/Quantity - It has been a long time since I shopped for this brand. I actually stood in the hour + long line when you first opened at Cosmo. I sadly did not enjoy it the first two times I ate there. Today we got the following: Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwich - My wife LOVED this. And I thought it was good also. Far from my first two experiences, thank you. And I got the Vanilla Cream Cold Brew - It was VERY sweet. I had to add water to it to be able to drink it. Also, it was a small (tall) size with excessive ice. Not a good value. Ambiance - Open kitchen and the food is made fresh. Nice to be able to see the team work so hard. Great job to the management here. Small seating area. Thanks for having picture menus; I always also appreciate that. Service - Overall good. They finally opened a second register, but it was not very smooth or organized. Price - $19 + tip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success.

They had such amazing breakfast sandwiches! There was a super long line but it was truly worth it in the end. Everything tasted so delicious. I wanted to try their sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and it was so yummy. We also tried their truffle hash brown which were delicious if you like truffle. If you aren't a fan of truffle, you may not like it but I recommend at least trying them! I also ordered their cold brew coffee and it was delicious. Who doesn't love a breakfast sandwich with iced coffee?! Such a good pairing. I am so happy I was able to try this place out! Next time we're back in town, we will be visiting again!

(3.5/5) I was in Vegas last week and decided it was finally time to try Eggslut, and since I deem myself a slut for eggs, I was sure that there would be some merit in crossing this one off my list. As I was staying at the Rio, my boyfriend helped bring back some takeout. He said the line was quite long, but the food was still surprisingly warm. I thought the sandwich was good, but nothing extraordinary. The truffle hashbrowns were crispy, aromatic, and delicious, but the portion size was small. This is likely worth a try if you're staying at the Rio and want decent breakfast food (that isn't the mid hotel breakfast buffet). I would likely try other locations if the opportunity arises.

Yelp Review 2026 #42: Eggslut is a solid breakfast option now with 2 locations on The Strip. This one at the Rio Hotel is easier to get to and less busy compared to the one at Cosmopolitan. However, their menu seems to a bit limited. My favorite sandwich is Gaucho (seared wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions and dressed arugula in a warm brioche bun) which they don't have here. A big bummer. SLUT: cage-free coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette. Any visit to Eggslut would not be complete without a Slut. 4/5 TRUFFLE HASHBROWN: Mini seasoned hashbrowns tossed in duck fat and finished with truffle rosemary salt. Mild hint of truffle. Perfect crunchy accompaniment to their soft sandwiches. 4/5 FAIRFAX: Cage-free soft scrambled eggs and chives, cheddar cheese, caramelized onions and sriracha mayo in a warm brioche bun. The Sriracha Mayo gives this sandwich a nice zing. 4/5 SAUSAGE, EGG & CHEESE: House-made chicken sausage, cage-free over medium egg, cheddar cheese and honey mustard aioli in a warm brioche bun. I like the fact they use chicken sausage instead of pork. The brioche is fluffy and soft. 4/5 VANILLA CREAM COLD BREW: A nice iced coffee with a nice balance of sweetness and smokiness. 4/5 They keep utensils and condiments behind the counter so, you have to walk up and ask for them. The ketchup comes in a teenie tiny cup with a lid - you have to break apart the hashbrowns so you can dip them in ketchup. Despite the convenience, I prefer the Eggslut at Cosmo so I can get my Gaucho.

Really enjoyed the sandwiches. I tried two different one, and it was really good. Not a long wait as well, over all good breakfast!

Get your schoolgirl giggling ready: Rio Rita is now announcing "Eggslut" over the PA system. Eggslut is an LA-based chain that now has two locations in Las Vegas. This is the second one and is a gem for the continued Rio revitalization attempts. I finally went to grab breakfast for lunch with a buddy. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese ($11.00) sandwich is a great carnivorous option. The bread is soft, the egg is nicely fried with a runny orange yolk, and the bacon is quite crispy and just crumbly enough. It was not too salty at all. The Truffle "Hashbrowns" ($8.00) are actually tater tots. Every morsel is fried to crispy perfection, which is great since the portion is small enough to match the sandwiches I didn't pick up much rosemary, but the truffle oil wasn't too overpowering; the overall saltiness did have me reaching for a beverage occasionally though. And if you don't mind the small portion, their Orange Juice ($7.00) is a great drink pairing. It's richer in orange flavor than I usually expect at a breakfast spot, and it's not too sweet. You can also ask for a complimentary cup of ice to help keep the OJ ice-cold-killer cold, but they won't provide a cup of water. Since Eggslut accepts Rio Rewards stuff fully, I'll probably be back here in the future for a quick, easy breakfast. It's the best breakfast in this casino and is still worth considering for a small breakfast even if you're not visiting the Rio.

Service was friendly. I had a nice conversation with the woman who took my order. Food on the other hand was average, at best and below average for the price It looked tasty, but wasn't - disappointing for $18 plus tip. (1 person) Recommendation: NO

3.5/5 Yummy breakfast spot. Super chill - order at the counter and wait for name to be called. Like was long on a Wednesday morning but moved quick. Seating is not the best. Some seating right near the restaurant but more than half the patrons take over nearby seating in the casino (which we had to do too). Egg sandwiches were good. Tater tots were good. Typical breakfast food. Nothing out of this world. I like the restaurant name haha.

Was recommended this place by a friend while visiting Las Vegas. There are two locations and somehow we ended up at the one off of the strip. Decided to get their namesake dish - the SLUT which is a "coddled egg on top of a smooth potato purée, poached in a glass jar, topped with gray salt and chives, served with slices of baguette" according to their website. It was very good however the 3 tiny slices of baguette were not even close to enough for dipping. I did like my truffle hash brown very much but there was something lacking about my experience. The staff were nice enough but the location itself left something to be desired. I wanted to love it as much as my friend but I think I need to try to location inside the Cosmopolitan next time!

Walked back when I saw the lines at Eggslut at Cosmo! The one at Rio definitely has a much shorter line but the environment is not great. There's cigarette smell everywhere. I got takeout of a Fairfax, sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a French toast stick. I would say the first bite of my Fairfax was pretty good but it gets more average as I eat it. The sausage sandwich tastes good but kind of like a better McDonald's. The French toast is definitely a lot it's better for sharing. Anyway I had to try it but likely won't come back!

Was the line wrapped around? Yes. Did it move fast? Yes. Was it worth the wait? Yes. Harty sandwich that was filling but surprisingly quick to eat with its airy brioche bread, fluffy eggs and bacon. There is seating available around the eatery. The orange juice even though served in a small cup was refreshing and lasted throughout my meal. I kept looking at the cup trying to figure out why my juice at home doesnt last more than 3 sips.

I came to this place because I was staying at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. This place was recommended by a friend of a friend, so I decided to try it. The sandwiches were pretty good, but they weren't the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. Customer service was okay. It seemed like the cashier was rushing a little, which is understandable due to the long lines. Will I try this place again? Yes, if I'm staying in that hotel, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there.

We visited Eggslut on a recent staycation at the Rio.. this is the newest location (I believe the OG Las Vegas location is in the Cosmo). On a Saturday morning there wasn't much going on in the RIO but when we arrived at Eggslut there was a line of 20+ people waiting to order, more waiting to pick up orders and almost all of the tables were full of happily fed people. Let's be honest here .. they're not reinventing the wheel.. but they're doing something that's been done before by thousands of restaurants, bodegas (in NYC) and fast food joints for a hundred years or more... But they do it well, and they consistently do it well.. sure there's only a few items on the menu but they flawlessly execute those few menu items. Our sandwich was outstanding.. the menu says over medium egg and it was indeed an over medium egg with a rich orange yolk, the chicken sausage patty was fantastic. Our first visit but definitely not our last.

It was decent, not great but not bad either. Honestly, I didn't like the sauce on the breakfast sandwiches. It was too sweet for my liking.

One of the things that we really appreciate is the dill pickle spear that we get with each of our sandwich orders. Having that pickle on the side really makes the order feel complete. It's like having a burger and fries or chips and a sandwich. At the deli, you expect the pickle with your sandwich. This was not the case the last time that we ordered food from here. We stopped in on Mother's Day. We ordered our sandwiches. Everything seemed fine. Our sandwich containers got pushed along the line and when they were ready, they called our name. Simple right? No. Not exactly. The cashiers were quick to take our money and we were just as quick to bring our sandwich back, upset and disgruntled. We felt gypped. None of us got pickles. We didn't know why. The hubby was upset! He went to the cashier to complain. He told them that he would like to be refunded his tip, simply for the fact that they never mentioned the fact that there were no pickles available today. He was not asking for a refund on his sandwich. He just thought that they could've pasted a bit better discretion and making sure that all of the customers there knew that there were no available for Sandwiches today. I can't even tell you how upset he was. Like I said, I know it seems like a silly thing, but it's like missing the fries to your burger or the chips to your sandwich. The whole entire sandwich felt incomplete!!! So like I said, a refund for the tip was requested. Instead, the cashier ended up refunding the entire cost of one of the sandwiches. We tried to compromise with the deli, asking that maybe we buy a side of potato salad, but instead because of the problem with the pickle being unavailable, maybe they only charge half of the regular price of that sign. We're trying to upsell ourselves. Not Conley. The cashier didn't say anything. She just had a crunching. She didn't make eye contact. She never said sorry. She just went ahead to refund the cost of no one and that wasn't. Now, granted that was still a good amount, but the whole ordeal really so simple to dissolve. We were really disappointed in the lack of enthusiasm in the cashier trust us. We were also even more upset with the fact that the deli wouldn't let people know ahead of their ordering that there were no pickles. The hubby suggested that maybe they put out a sign saying that there were no pickles available today. One of the employees said, "oh no, we can't do that!!" I have a feeling they were worrying about the pickle situation and announcing it because then people would turn away from the restaurant. But, I understand that. For some people, a pickle is serious business. I know it seems crazy but at the same time. I get it. There's plenty of ample seating in and outside of the deli. It's always fun to sit there with people watch. Sometimes the line at the deli is exceedingly long, but don't be discouraged. Unless of course they're out of pickles, the line moves pretty quickly. Hopefully the next time that we pay this deli a visit, the pickle situation will have been resolved.

Store Complaint - Flamingo & Decatur Location…read more I very rarely visit this location at Flamingo and Decatur because historically it has had issues, but I stopped by this evening after visiting a friend to pick up two sandwiches before heading home. I arrived at approximately 10 minutes before closing, and there were no signs posted anywhere in the store stating that the last orders are taken 30 minutes before closing or that the grill would already be shut down. The store hours posted indicate they are open until 8:00 PM. When I requested two cheesesteaks with fried onions, sweet peppers, and mushrooms, the female employee immediately began yelling that the last orders go in at 7:30 PM and that she had already cleaned the grill. Her behavior was extremely unprofessional--she was slamming items around, muttering under her breath, rolling her eyes, and eventually went to sit down while visibly upset about the request. What made the situation more concerning is that she was not in the proper uniform and was wearing a large nose ring, which raises potential health code concerns regarding food service standards. Thankfully, another employee--a heavyset gentleman with a beard--stepped in and handled the situation professionally. He politely asked what I would like and made the sandwiches without any issue. He was respectful, calm, and clearly understood how to treat customers properly. He deserves recognition for his professionalism. For context, I work in the EMS medical field, and I was still in uniform at the time. In our profession we cannot simply refuse service to someone because we are close to the end of our shift. If the business is open and customers arrive within posted hours, they should be treated respectfully. This type of behavior from an employee reflects poorly on the entire store and the brand. I have already informed the area manager and shared the video of the interaction because this is not the level of professionalism customers should experience. I will also be following up with corporate and store management. My goal is not to attack the business itself--because the food was good and the other employee handled things properly--but situations like this drive customers away and damage the reputation of the store. I hope management addresses this issue so the location can improve and provide the level of service customers expect.

We went with a thanksgiving specialty sandwich . The Bobbie," a cold sub that features slow-roasted…read moreturkey, cranberry sauce, handmade stuffing, and mayonnaise on a sub roll. They also had gravy to pour on the side to top it off. Overall it was pretty good and a good combination of everything. It was a good balance of sweet, salty, and hearty. This sandwich spot I don't go to often because I'm not too familiar with the menu, but I know it's pretty popular in the LV area.
