This is very similar to the one that I am used to in the Valrico area. This place opened up not too long ago. From what I heard, it used to be a Boston Market. We came here to grab brunch on a Sunday. Of course, always busy as any other breakfast joint. We only had to wait about 15-20 minutes until our table was ready. The turn over rate was pretty quick and the food they were pumping out looked delicious. I decided on the Power Wrap...three egg whites, mushrooms scallions, and pepper jack cheese wrapped in a tortilla and served with a cup of fruit. Of course I can't forget the side of super crispy and tasty bacon I ordered along with my meal. My girlfriend ordered the High Energy Power Bowl. This was a mix of quinoa, rice, black beans, corn, and grilled chicken breast. It was topped with diced tomatoes, sour cream, sliced avocado and tortilla strips. She ate about half because it was a pretty good size. I actually couldn't finish my wrap either. You get two good size wraps. The service was great and we didn't have to wait to long for our food or refills on our coffee. The only thing that I have an issue with, is that I wish they would take the check instead of people having to stand over another patrons table, in line, waiting to pay. Our first time here. I took my mom an sister to a new spot we found on Yelp. Overall nice friendly staff and it's clean inside but the food left us feeling a little green. Pros : nice friendly staff. We were greeted and sat right away. Our waitress was nice and attentive and brought coffee refills and stayed on top of refills. A+ for service Cons : Country Fried Steak - was not completely cooked and arrived pink in the middle. Lots of breading and covered in thick packaged gravy New Tampa Benedict : asparagus was so overdone it was limp and mushy. The bacon must have been fried in old grease at is left a rancid taste in your mouth. I immediately sent this back and they took it off the Bill. Muffins : great! Probably the best item there. They offered to grill it. The paper was left on and it melted to the muffin and you could not get the paper off the muffin. Probably should take the wrapper off before heating up . The Country skillet: filling, lots of potatoes. No issues. Overall - I think with some tweaks to how the food is prepared and the quality of the food it could be a decent breakfast spot. read more

The place is cute and new. The food was subpar. They do not use actual Nutella they use an off brand. I specifically came here for Nutella crepes. I got them with banana and Nutella only. Came out with Carmel and "Nutella". Upon appearance you can tell it's not Nutella the color is off and the texture (looked like chocolate syrup). I sent it back and it came out with no Carmel. Still does not look nor taste like Nutella. So if you're gonna say you have Nutella, then make it with it. Everyone can tell the difference! Service was horrible at best, the host pretty much served us. Had to ask others for water and it's in a tiny glass about the size of a double shot glass. We watched 2 tables who sat after us order and get food before we could get water. Coffee was cold. Will not return. Was overcharged and has to wait to get the bill fixed for 5 min. I ordered the stuffed strawberry French toast and my husband ordered a burger with home fries. He absolutely loved his burger as it was pipping hot off the grill and the home fries were soft. I tasted the home fries myself and they were seasoned very well, I would have liked a tad more crunch but they were good nonetheless. My French toast looked absolutely amazing!!! I was excited to go in for my very first bite but was completely caught off guard. My food came out at room temperature, the cream cheese spread was slapped on so thick between the toast and it lacked a sweet flavor I was anticipating. The service was very good. This is for the location in new tampa that just opened. I'm willing to go back in a couple months and see if they work out the kinks but right now I wouldn't really recommend it. To start, my husband ordered the chicken tortilla soup. He asked the waitress how it was and she said no one has ever ordered it in the two weeks they have been open. Guess that should've been a sign but he got it anyway. Ate about four bites then got a mouth full of plastic. He thought it was a tomato skin at first but pulled it out of his mouth and it was a piece of saran wrap. Someone probably opened the soup for the first time since no one ever orders it and scooped out some of the plastic wrap into his bowl. They took it off our bill but it was really a bummer because the soup was actually very good. I ordered a blueberry muffin and the waitress had it griddled and covered in powdered sugar without asking. I don't mind it being warm and griddled but I did not want all that extra sugar. My omelet came with avocado and sour cream, and like you would expect the sour cream was on top. The avocado however was inside the omelette and warm and I honestly couldn't tell if it was plain avocado smashed or guacamole. Either way I wasn't a fan but that's just personal preference and I should have asked instead of assuming it was sliced avocado on top. Seasoned potatoes actually have no seasoning and are just boiled potatoes. Love the biscuits and when I looked around everyone else seemed to be ordering pancakes and waffles so that might be more of their specialty area. Overall just okay but like I said, I will give them one more try once they aren't "new" anymore. read more

Normalee is the epitome of customer service. She was polite, patient, and just wonderful. She knew her products and offerings and communicated them well. We've eaten here three times. The first time was great. The food was good and the service was great. The second time we actually got the same server who actually remembered us. The food this time was ok. I had an omelette which was over cooked. But they were great about fixing it. Both times we wore masks and our server wore a mask. This last time we got a different server who didn't wear a mask even though we wore ours. I would think that if he saw that we were wearing masks, indicating we were concerned about the new variant, that he would be considerate enough to put a mask on. So I had the quiche. This was not quiche, bit some sort of bacon and onion pie. It tasted horrible. There was no egg in it at all. Needless to say we will not be going back to this place.
