Gin Blossom in such pretty glassware

Came for Girls Night on a hot August night. Too hot to sit outside and listen to the live music unfortunately. We sat inside the jewel-toned gorgeous interior. So lovely. With such good service! They have no vegan options unfortunately. The first drink I ordered they were out of a key ingredient. So right off the bat two misses for me. And their drinks are way overpriced. We ended up having a fun night. We ordered drinks and food. It was a week night so they were not busy though they did usher us and everyone inside out before 9pm. Service was kind and prompt. And again the interior is beautiful. Food is just ok. I would come back if I was meeting people here for sure.

Oh my gosh- this was the BEST place I've been to in Frisco. The staff was extremely friendly and such a treat to chat with. The live music was incredible. I ordered the Margherita and the fig pizza. The crust was incredible (homemade) and the best pizza sauce I've ever had. Gabriela and Sebastian were the best at the bar. I'd come back again for the amazing food, the ambiance, and how incredible the staff was. Thank you Eight-11!

We came here for S'mores and we had reservations, turns out that the S'mores grill was out of order even though we had reservations specifically to do S'mores! Then they told us the two S'mores grill behind us was reserved, even though we were there the entire time, nobody showed up! Very disappointed! Also, on the menu for S'mores, no price was shown, it just stated small 4, large 8, so we thought the pricing was for small, it was $4, and large was $8, but NO, it turns out large was $15, totally not worth it! As for the ambiance, music was played by two singers and the music was good!

Walking into Eight 11 was a bit odd because the foundation is slanted so the table was titled. It was a cold December evening and they had a musician outdoors but not enough space heaters. I thought the food was just okay. Nothing stood out to where I need to go back and try it again.

Had a great date night here. The weather was so nice so we decided to sit outside and enjoy the live music. The charcuterie board was fantastic and had a large variety of items to choose from. The Meaty pizza was large enough to share and tasted great. Our server was sweet and offered great recommendations for both food and wine pairings. Would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful ladies night at Eight 11. I had never been before and we got amazing weather for us to enjoy the outdoor seating. This place is set up for you to sit, laugh, eat and enjoy. Especially appreciated the live music which enough added to the ambiance. We had a great server who recommended the sweet wine flight. They say 2 oz but it is a very heavy pour which I appreciated. The Godfather pizza was fantastic and definitely large enough to share. I look forward to bringing my husband back for a date nite.

I visited here recently with my friend and we had a wonderful time! I had read that this place was expected to close but was bought out by new ownership, so we wanted to check it out again. The ambience was perfect out on the patio for a fun girl's night and thankfully the heat was not too bad with the fans they have outside. Additionally, the hostess and waitress were both very attentive and made a point to ensure we were comfortable. Our waitress even brought over a mini fan and food cover to keep away flies! We began with the truffle chips and happy hour cheese board as our appetizers. My friend also ordered a glass of white wine which she enjoyed. The truffle chips were delicious, although the parmesan cheese was not completely melted atop the chips completely. The cheese board was one of my favorite parts of the night. It was the happy hour cheese board so it was smaller than the other one they offer at full price. It included two variations of cheese, grapes, pepperoni & prosciutto, cranberries, crostini, crackers, apple slices and honey. All of the elements were delicious and paired well with each other. It was the perfect amount for two people! For our entrees, I ordered the prosciutto and goat cheese panini, and she chose the happy hour pizza with added pepperonis. The panini was absolutely wonderful. The bread was toasted to perfection and the combination of goat cheese, arugula, fig jam & balsamic glaze was excellent. Additionally, I received a side of regular, kettle cooked chips which were great as well. My friend enjoyed her pizza, which was the perfect personal size coming from the happy hour offer. Overall, I would love to return with my friends again for a girl's brunch, lunch or night! Our waitress did a wonderful job and I am happy to see this place succeeding. Thank you so much!

I came here after several years. It was Friday night and the patio was full because they had live music. We sat down inside and we could still enjoy the music. This is the perfect spot for drinks and apps! I had the sparkling wine flight and it was decent pours and it was a better deal money wise. We had the salmon appetizer, green apples and brie and bruschetta. All delicious. Service was great and they were very busy so that says a lot! Looking forward to visiting again.

Ask the Community - Eight 11

Ok weird question...does this place have AC? I only ask bc it's gonna be 90 degrees when I want to go with my party but I want everyone to be comfy and not sweat lol

Indoor seating - yes. Outdoor patio areas - no. But that's where all the fun is. And they have umbrellas & large fans everywhere with misters.

Are small dogs allowed outside if they are well behaved?

No, no pets I was told. Too bad!

What is the indoor eating like (large/small booths, tables only, etc)? Can you hear or see music from inside?

15 tables inside. Dining room seats 34. Can be made as small as table for 2-tables of 10/12. French doors are open and lead to outdoor patio. You can absolutely hear the live music from inside. Hope this helps

Is it unbearable to sit on the patio in 95 degree weather?

It depends on the humidity. they have a water vapor cooling system outdoors, with fans and other equipment and it compensates for the heat by spraying cool water vapor into / all over the back yard.

Can you talk across the table with your friends without having to raise your voice when there's live music?

No. It's the only thing we didn't like.

Our server was amazing--very personable, attentive, and gave us some great recommendations. We started with the dry-rub jerk wings, which were tasty and a generous portion, although I would have loved a little more of that bold jerk seasoning. The deviled eggs were a fantastic appetizer, and the Glazed Bison meatballs were another standout. Now, let's talk about the drinks! They definitely did not disappoint. Let's just say we both left feeling a little tipsy because they were that good! I ordered two mojito, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced. My bestie had the honey, gin, and lemon cocktail, and if you're a fan of tart, citrus-flavored drinks, that's definitely the one to order. Overall, Bottled In Bond Kitchen delivered great food, excellent service, and outstanding cocktails. It's a great spot for a girls' night, date night, or simply enjoying a relaxing meal with friends. The selection is thoughtfully curated, with robust flavors and quality ingredients. I ordered the Wood Grilled Shrimp, a House Salad with added Salmon, a glass of Moscato, and a slice of Cheesecake for dessert. My entire ticket was under $80 which I thought was a great value for the quality and experience! And I have to give a special shoutout to my waiter, CJ! He was such a delight and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and the flavors. One thing I've noticed at many restaurants is that the waitstaff sometimes doesn't seem to actually eat where they work , so I really appreciate when a server can genuinely speak on the food and make recommendations with confidence. We fully understood that we were early and were told that we had been checked in and that our table would be ready closer to our reservation time. We had absolutely no issue with that. While waiting, we found an area near the bar and ordered appetizers and drinks, spending close to $300 before we were ever seated for dinner. At approximately 8:20 p.m., after our reservation time had passed and we had received no update, we approached the host stand to make sure they knew we were still waiting. We were told that they were waiting for seats to become available and that we would be seated soon. At 8:30 p.m., we were still waiting. When we approached the host stand again, the response was noticeably less courteous. We were told that they could not ask people to leave their tables and that we would be seated when they could accommodate us. At some point during this exchange, we were also told that once we were eventually seated, they would provide us with complimentary appetizers. I want to be very clear: this was never about receiving free food or having something taken off our bill. We had already spent close to $300 on drinks and appetizers while waiting. I neither wanted nor needed complimentary appetizers. What I wanted was for our reservation to be honored within a reasonable amount of time--or, at the very least, for someone to communicate honestly with us, acknowledge the problem, and treat our family with respect. Offering free appetizers did nothing to address the actual issue. By approximately 8:35 p.m.--20 minutes after our reservation time and nearly 50 minutes after we initially checked in--it was apparent that there was no urgency to seat us and, more importantly, no meaningful communication about when we could expect to be seated. At that point, General Manager Landry became involved. Unfortunately, rather than attempting to de-escalate the situation or offer any reasonable solution, his attitude made an already frustrating situation substantially worse. When I reminded him that we had an 8:15 reservation and asked when we could realistically expect to be seated, he again told us that we would be seated when they could seat us. I explained that our party included a pregnant mother-to-be who had not eaten and was beginning to feel unwell, as well as a young child. There was no apparent concern or effort to accommodate the situation. When I pressed him for a more specific timeframe, Landry responded that "it's just a reservation." That statement was astonishing to me. A reservation is a commitment made between a restaurant and its customer. I certainly understand that restaurants run behind and that unexpected circumstances occur. What I do not understand is a General Manager dismissing a customer's reservation as though it carries no significance whatsoever. I asked Landry what Sixty Vines' policy would be if I had arrived 30 minutes late for my reservation. Instead of addressing the obvious point behind the question, he accused me of being "aggressive" and informed me that, if he wanted to, he could simply ask our party to leave. That response was completely inappropriate. Rather than acknowledging that his restaurant had failed to honor our reservation, apologizing for the delay, or attempting to find a solution, the General Manager chose to threaten to remove a family that had been patiently waiting and had already spent nearly $300 at the restaurant. A few minutes later, Landry walked past our group and visibly shook his head at us. It was dismissive, disrespectful, and entirely unbecoming of someone entrusted with managing a restaurant and representing the Sixty Vines brand. Ironically, the person who demonstrated the most professionalism and empathy that evening was the young server who had been taking care of us near the bar. She observed what was happening, approached us on her own, apologized for the situation, and asked whether there was anything she could do to help. Her response stood in stark contrast to that of the General Manager. By this point, we had closed our tab. The pregnant member of our party had become so unwell while we waited that she actually vomited. We informed Landry of what had happened, and again there appeared to be little concern. His primary focus remained his assertion that we had "yelled" at him. To be clear, customers who have waited well beyond their reservation time, received virtually no meaningful communication, and then been told by the General Manager that "it's just a reservation" are understandably going to become frustrated. A capable General Manager should know how to manage that frustration professionally rather than escalating the situation and threatening to remove the customers. Ultimately, we left without ever having the birthday dinner.

I was surprised, but they offer Happy Hour even on weekends! Both my hubby and I chose from the Happy Hour menu - a Pinot Noir for him and the Chardonnay for me. I was bummed, the Chard wasn't great and I wasn't planning on having more than a glass. Next time I'd skip the Happy Hour wines and just choose a better wine off the menu. Food. We came here for date night and I was starving. I was surprised to see such a small and limited menu. I think they're limiting themselves by only offering sharable items or single items at such a steep price. I started with Juan's Tostada for myself and my hubby chose the Notorious P.I.G.. The tostada was delicious! Fresh and tasty, but I was still hungry. But for $19 there was no way I was ordering another one. I'm sorry but $40 for two single appetizers is insane, plus I figured I might still be hungry. So instead I ordered the Notorious P.I.G. with no cheese (I'm dairy free). It was good, but not amazing. Half the pizza was burned and the sauce was barely there. As I looked around there was a group of women having a birthday dinner and one other couple who arrived on a date. The couple split a meat + cheese board and left. The birthday party nursed their glasses of wine the entire time we were there. For my disappointment wine, my hubby's two glasses of wine, our two pizzas and my tostada we spent $87 before tip. For a mediocre offering that was insanely expensive. My girlfriends meet up frequently to catch up and I would suggest this place if it was half the cost, but we can go to plenty of places nearby and get a better glass of wine with more affordable food options instead. I don't forsee Wine a Little lasting long in this new development.
