A somewhat disgusting Turkey Bacon Avacado Sandwich which is missing the tomato spread
Zachary R.

I wouldn't recommend this location. Not to anyone, ever. The Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich I ordered was disgusting. Wilted old veggies coupled with turkey lunch meat which was exceptionally slimey and translucent. It was missing the tomato spread and had almost no avocado. I ended up throwing it away it was so bad. A waste of almost $8. I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY. I don't think it's an exaggeration to say that I could have made a better sandwich by dumpster diving outside a grocery store. Pathetic, PLEASE do us all a favor and SHUT DOWN.

2/21/2019 - The lox plate with side of fruit.

I am not a fan of going into this location just for convenience. First of all - the parking lot is usually a bit of a mess due to this being on the corner and people cruise fast around the corner. Next up I go to the counter spot which says order here and after five minutes the person on the other end which says to pay here says she can help. It just seems silly to have this two locations and not enough people to man both spots. With that said, I do love their food. My new favorite is their lox plate which is a bagel open face with cream cheese, red onion, tomato, lox and capers plus a side of...well, I get a side of fruit. Its a great breakfast treat though they also have sandwiches for your lunch as well, smoothies and quite a few other options. Their food is a bit pricey for an everyday option but for a once in a while thing not so bad.

We got here not long before closing, so while it wasn't busy, there weren't a huge choice of bagels left. We thought the bagels were ok, we wouldn't go out of our way to have them again. Staff was friendly.

Great stop for breakfast! Very affordable and a good selection to choose from. The offer many drinks as well. This is a nice spot to hang around awhile while getting work done and eating breakfast. They have many locations in portland and so far every one of them have been great.

Avocado bagel!

This place has abysmal reviews. It's a franchise. It is not a specialty bagel shop. So it is held to different standards. 1. Is the product consistent? 2. Is the place clean? 3. Does the price match the expected quality? 4. Decent customer service? It is obvious to me that the employees of this location are very unhappy with their jobs. Which speaks to the management more than the corporate franchise as a whole. I have been to other locations with a lot happier staff. Which makes for a much more positive customer experience overall. The bagels are good for franchise bagels. The prices are good. I like the avocado bagel. The price point is good for what you get. I enjoy the pumpernickel bagel. My girlfriend likes the coffee. Over all this place gets a solid 3 stars which is really the highest any franchise joint will get from me.

A long imbedded black straight or body hair in bedded in the bacon .
Britt R.

My husband just order a bagel for breakfast and I took two bites and saw a long straight hair in bedded in the it so sickening , that the food place don't have very strict rules with how there handling and serving the food to customers. I don't have to worry about COVID-19, I have to worry about other people body hair in my food . The Food and health services should give you a F- on this location and a huge fine . Am going to be send this to the Food and Health of Oregon because I have to worry about how my food is being made with Body hair In my food or other things from people who don't probably handle food .

To go bagel $1.35

Let me start by saying I didn't take pictures. For anyone who reads my reviews, that's a big part…read moreof them: ALL THE PICTURES. Presentation, portions, half eaten, etc... but I didn't. Because the food was so damn good. Look - I'm going to start off by saying I grew up practically on The Hill. Out here, you'll have to Google it (make sure to add 'RI' to the search or you'll get some political BS), but back east, "alls you's have ta say" was those two words and anyone would know you knew your Italian, food and otherwise. There isn't anything on this coast that vaguely compares to The Hill's food, but walking into and biting out of Geraldi's was having a little piece of home. There's this little shop in the old town where the owner knew your voice when you called to order... you'd walk in, and you heard "hey cousin!" whether you were or not, and that's the vibe you get from Geraldi's. The food is much the same - you get something that looks like Nonna was at the range all day with her sauce (it's not gravy - no meat) and you came home looking like you haven't eaten in weeks: "I'm gonna fatten you up before you leave" and you walked out the door with a sub (sandwich, that is - not a submarine) that weighed the same as a newborn. We got three of those babies: a Chicago Beef (seal of approval from the orderer - only 'complaint' was that they had to eat it all in one day because the bread was quote too soggy to make it to lunch the next day - travesty), an Italian sausage (just as delicious when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and a Chicken Parmeroni (I thought somehow even better when 1/2 was reheated the next day) and I could have absolutely gone back the next day if it weren't for A. the leftovers 2/3 of us had and B. the meal planning we'd done for the week. I also grabbed a side of giardiniera because I will get it anytime I see it available and I inhaled it - I need to know if I can by it by the vat instead of the side cups because it too was similar to what I can find at home (about practically nowhere out here) and amazing!! I'm still upset I didn't take pictures though!

Locals mentioned this spot when I asked about good sandwiches! They were not lying!…read more A small spot with pizza, subs, and salads. I can only speak to the sandwiches. I started with the Spicy Geraldi, which is normally cold - but you can get it hot - highly recommended! It was toasty and amazing! Packed full of meat - the half would have been enough for me - but the whole left some for later! I will be back to try more. Prices are moderate.

We had heard of mix reviews from Steakadelphia in Beaverton, on Saturday my son and I took a trip…read moreto taste for ourselves, we were not disappointed. The shop is located right after the Budget Rental Car building off of Canyon Road, you turn left going east into the parking lot as you pass the Budget building, the sandwich shop is right next to the hot tub shop on the left of the lot, ample parking is available. The interior has a few tables but seating is limited if you plan on eating in. The menu board is basic and to the point. You can create your own sandwich or select from the various options. A key fact, they only serve one size sandwich a 12 inch. I ordered the chicken with pepperjack cheese, hot peppers (they are hot), black olives, pickles and mayo (I will share that you might ask for a smaller spread of mayo if you are not a huge mayo fan), my son ordered the Supreme with steak, mayo, unions, lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, mushrooms and steak sauce on a soft white roll. The bread was amazingly soft and holds up well with all of the toppings. The sandwich taste was amazing, it took about 8 min or so to get our order but well worth the wait, they sandwiches were packed with toppings, nice and hot proteins, we also ordered fries with cheese dip, the french fry order was much larger than expected glad that we shared them, the cheese dip is also very tasty. We look forward to our next sandwich.

This place nails the things that make a good cheesesteak: awesome bread, ribeye and cheese whiz…read more Unfortunately the last few times we ate here, portions have been getting smaller and the breads been burnt. I'm not asking for it to be like it was, with meat and cheese bursting out of the roll, but give me meat through the last bite, please!

After grabbing a cheesesteak from East Coast Eddie's, I can definitely say I love them! You get service with a smile and quick too. I ordered the original with provolone, came with fries. The sandwich itself was sizable, lots and lots of meat, peppers, onions and melty cheese. The meat was seasoned perfectly, and tender with crispy edges. Yummers!! The pile of fries was enormous! I normally don't like thick cut fries. These were great --- fully cooked through with a good crunch outside and good potato flavor throughout. They appeared to be hand cut. Right amount of salt, not greasy. In fact, I took half home and air fried them for lunch the next day. Very little oil on the surface and crisped up nicely. Judging by the other reviews, Eddie's is apparently the real deal and high quality for a cheesesteak. All I know is this food was really good and reasonably priced. I am going back whenever I get the craving!

I appreciated the right bun AND that it wasn't overwhelmed by too much cheese. Service was fabulous too, as he brought our lunch out to us and took the time to provide a bit of presentation.

Added a side of baked beans 9/10 for both the beans and sandwiches. Great portion sizes, the sandwiches were overflowing with meat. The sauce to meat ratio was perfect. The café itself is simple, clean, and cozy, with a small outdoor seating area available. Their menu features a variety of sandwiches and burgers to choose from. On a previous visit, I tried the elk burger, which was excellent. This time, I ordered the roast beef sandwich, and it did not disappoint. The bread was lightly toasted, the portion of meat was generous, and the sandwich itself was hearty and satisfying. Service was quick and efficient, making it an ideal spot for a casual lunch. While the space is modest, it is well-maintained and comfortable. They also operate a butcher shop next door, which has become one of my favorite places to purchase quality meats--I plan to review that separately in the future. Overall, I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.
