I regularly place online orders and they always complete them quickly and accurately. The only mistakes have ever been with the drinks, which I more infrequently get anyhow. This is a cheap, fast/easy, and relatively health breakfast option for folks in the area. I have not checked into this store before as I had been disappointed but was with a friend and were waiting for a nearby Q place to open. Upon entry we stood for about 10 minutes before the order was taken by a friendly lady and there were only a couple of people in front of us. I went to clean off a table. After about 15 minutes the order was ready. A nice young lady wearing St. Patrick's Day glasses called out that the order was ready. The staff was working as fast as they could but they could have used some extra help. The staffs' attitude today kicked it up a star. Came back this year to give it another go... Still 1 Star. 10:00 a.m. my boys ordered the last Everything and the last Garlic. Before they pulled them out, the guy behind us ordered them and they added them to his dozen. As we both stood at the register this was explained. They were going to remove the bagels from his box, but my boys said they would order something different. What an awkward situation. They also had to remake my coffee because the person who said she was going to make it and would remember to give me half the vanilla actually passed the responsibility on to somebody else that did not get the message. Einstein bagels just opened in Hill Country Galleria. Everyone who works there seems to be happy and helpful. I had not been to Einstein in a while so I was impressed by the selection: bagels, bagel sandwiches, paninins, coffee, pastries, parfaits - sure to meet your needs for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or just to satisfy your sweet tooth. I got an egg with spinach, mushroom and swiss on a honey wheat bagel and it was excellent. The bagels are freshly baked, very soft and flavorful. Einstein offers cappuccinos and the like but I went for a regular coffee, which was surprisingly good. Not that it would compete with an espresso bar serving Cuvee, but surely better than most other chains. Plus they offer five kinds of coffee to choose from: dark and light roast, decaf, vanilla hazelnut and a cinnamon holiday blend. read more

After reading some bad reviews about this Einsteins I was hesitant to come, but I'm glad I did! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable about their menu. It wasn't very crowded in there so the wait time was about 5 minutes or less for two bagels with just cream cheese. The bagels tasted great like any other Einstein bagel companies! The only thing I did noticed is that they left some tables dirty, which seems would be an easy clean up with the few customers they had and the amount of staff, but this isn't big issue. All in all I think this Einsteins was great compared to others. I will be coming back for more! read more

My husband and I love this place! Not sure why it has such low reviews! We are always greeted by the kind staff and get service pretty quickly! We love the "Asiago" bagel with garden veggie schmear. We also tried the French toast bagel with maple schmear! So stinkin delicious! I always get a sweet cream cold brew which is one of the best coffees for the price in town ! I love it . I've been a religious Einstein's fan for years. We moved here from Houston three years ago, and this branch of the franchise has never failed to impress. I've seen the same staff here for awhile, and they seem to always adjust based on the current customer flow.
