None of the employees want to be there and it shows. We got 2 sandwiches, the lox and the Texas brisket. We asked for lettuce on the side and they forgot, which is fine. When we told them she gave us one piece of lettuce.... I had to ask her for one more. The lox sandwich was literally one super thin piece of lox and like a sad amount of onions. The Texas brisket was even sadder. It was like a tablespoon of meat, one slab of cheese, and just a little bit of garlic aioli, all in the center. So the edges of the sandwich was just bagel with nothing on it. We got 2 drinks which were not filled to the brim. And when we asked for more garlic aioli for our sad sandwich, they begrudgingly gave us like a tablespoon of it. I love Einstein bros, but this location was terrible. Best Einstein location in GA. I love this Einstein. All the employees are always extremely generous and welcoming. Ben is very helpful and the kindest person ever. Worst service took 40 minutes for a bagel . No system had to ask about the order if not started wanted to cancel. Didn't make as requested. No toasted bun. This is part of my routine I've been coming here nearly once a week for over 5 years. I love Einstein's coffee, especially the medium roast and hazelnut. The coffee is just really good black with no creamer. I like this location's spacious dining room. Have gotten almost all of the bagel sandwiches here including the many varieties of bagels. The sandwiches are hearty and perfect to take to the golf course for an early tee time because they hold up so well on the bagel. For spreads the bagels Einstein calls it shmear not cream cheese, and they have a lot of flavors. Lately I have been getting the spinach florentine bagel toasted with plain shmear and a large coffee. The staff is friendly and task-oriented getting orders out quickly even when the morning rush is on. read more

I can't believe i never been here before. I wanted to get some breakfast but didn't think much of this place. Boy was I wrong. This placed had a great environment and it was full of morning people. The wonderful smell of fresh bagels and coffee! We had the spinach and bacon sandwich and the farmhouse I believe. Wow! What a great sandwich. The flavor were something new and exciting to me. Everything tasted fresh, the eggs, cheese, bacon...all great. I was even happy to see the Caribou coffee sign. I used to love their coffee before Starbucks monopolized the country. I've tried this location 4x (convenience) and every time they are out of items I would like to order. They've never had salmon schmear in stock and the one time I ordered the lox the bagel was soggy and there was only a small sliver of actual salmon, not even enough to cover the bagel. For the price they should make sure it's made correctly. Other flavors of schmear are barely applied like other locations (maybe half quantity). This is the only EBB I've ever had issues with order quality. read more

They run out of plain bagels pretty quickly so if you go after noon or even earlier, you're SOL. Otherwise, I just get a cup of coffee or hot chocolate with the nova lox. This place is on my way home from work, and when i do stop, i always get the same thing, Nova Lox on an onion bagel and a large coffee. Due to time issues, i haven't been for a while. What has happened? For reference, the time is currently 6:15 am. I'm the second Customer of the day to eat in the dining room. First, the restroom was disgusting; Dried urine on the floor and i don't can't even to describe the top of the urinal! There was something nasty all over the mirror. I felt like i needed a shower after. The floors in the dining room are in need of a good scrub and vacuum. There are baskets at the garbage cans from yesterday, and although i haven't looked, I'm guessing the garbage is from yesterday as well. Next, the staff were all as welcoming and inviting as a wet bag of worms. The person who took my order never even greeted me, just walked up to the register and waited for me to order. I gave my order, then she gave me the total. I paid, she handed me my change and coffee cup, then walked away. No thank you, no receipt. A few seconds later she slides a box at me and walks away again. I sat down, opened my box, and i got a cold onion bagel with the thinnest "schmear" of cream cheese, I've ever seen. I have never been served a cold bagel, at this location or any other EB location. I took my order back to the counter, and another person asked what i needed, and I pled my case. She looked at person who helped me first and said "he didn't know he had to ask for the bagel to be toasted". A few minutes later, a new bagel was slid to me. Again, the thinnest "schmear" of cream cheese I've ever seen, anywhere. The bagel was stale. The coffee is bitter and tepid, like they reheated yesterday's coffee. Never again. I paid $10.26 for this. If this continues, this place will not be around long. read more

It is not the local bagel shop, but it is the best option around and for the most part is a pretty good franchise. I say this because they bake the bagels fresh each morning on location and the menu is always changing to offer new bagel and breakfast experiments. This location in particular has been pretty good. Friendly staff and good quality breakfast menu and tasty coffee. I personally enjoy the nova lox on am everything bagel. Which for the record lox and nova are not the same thing, but I don't care what they call it as long as it tastes good :). Overall a good spot for a bagel and coffee. read more

I like this chain-- bagels of every incarnation, smooth coffee, free wi-fi, ample dining area and moderate prices. The employees are friendly enough but the service can be slow at times. The dining area is mostly clean, and this place is never excessively crowded, but to be fair I've never been here in the morning during their prime time rush. I appreciate the fact that this chain is attempting to make moderate caloric choices available. They now promote three "Smart Choices" meals under 390 cal each. Kudos to them. EXCELLENT!!! Everyone here was SUPER nice. The place was slammed!! I did not know what I wanted and felt a little stressed. I was NOT rushed at all. I ordered 2 Farmhouse bagels, a coffee, and 13 bagels and the cashier (HE) never rushed me and made me feel I was the only one ordering. I had to ask about the cream cheese (first time here) and he did not act bothered at all, he was so helpful and friendly. They were out of the cream cheese and they had to restock, and the lady restocking, WAS SO FRIENDLY!!! Then my food was ready and the lady who serviced me was SO FRIENDLY!!! read more

Super disappointed at the blatant lack of customer service or sense of urgency during the breakfast hour at an establishment that is serving breakfast items. I came this morning before work for coffee because Dunkin Donuts was in the other direction and when I can help it I don't patronize Starbucks. Caribou Coffee has held a warm place in heart because I'm High School there was one across the street from my house and I would go daily :) :) :) Fast forward back to today, when I got my order taken it was only myself and one customer before me. There was atleast 5 employees at the bagel station and 3 at the drive thru window. All I ordered was an ice coffee...it took almost 10 minutes for a 1 minute act. And that was AFTER one of the employees on the bagel line noticed I was still standing there when 3 other customers came in and got their orders within 2/3 minutes TOPS. I asked the young lady who got my coffee room for cream as I had ordered it and she looked like she was perturbed. She obliged but I said Thank you with a smile and she didn't say anything, so I said thank you AGAIN and she just looked at me with a blank face. :( Really? Sorry you had to come to work on a dreary Saturday...so did I! Management needs to do better with their staff. My co-workers have had poor experiences here as well.
