The bagel was good. The atmosphere was not. The ladies' restroom did not have toilet paper and one toilet was beyond nasty. Then, as I was sitting trying to read my and drink my coffee, one of the servers begins vacuuming the entire floor where people were sitting. Very inappropriate while people are present eating. Buyer Beware. I am a native Philadelphian, so if your looking for a good bagel that is remenicient of the Jewish bakeries back home, this place is in the ballpark. However, BUYER BEWARE!!! This place is a price gouger. I went in on a Sunday with my daughter and ended up paying almost $8 for bagel sandwiches that are listed for $5 a piece. They charged me over $2 per sandwich for a tablespoon of cream cheese on the side and a jelly packet you could find for free at your local McDonalds. We live about 45 minutes away so we buy 3-4 dozen at a time and like many, freeze them to last us three weeks or so. We bag them in six packs and use them as we go. I'm twenty years of doing this we have never had this happen. Within 7 days the bagels were harder than rocks and we had to throw away 90% of the almost $40 in bagels. They also talked my wife into Pre slicing the bagels, knowing we freeze or fridge them. First, the cuts were all different, jagged and deformed. We could not recover a good portion of the cut bagels. I called twice and spoke with Ben and then the manager. Both were of little help and offered zero in options to help us beyond just their $40 away. It's a shame that in this day and age when vendor's are fighting for business Einstein bagels would just tell you "Oh well, your loss." Don't ever try and buy more bagels then you can eat in a few days from this place. They don't care about making anything right. read more

Always out of bagels by 8:30 am. Last week we drove 20 min past this one to the one in Lawrenceville and what a difference . They said they'd MAKE what we wanted if they were out. I was so looking forward to a nova lox bagel brunch deal which comes with a hashbrown and chocolate croissant, but so very disappointed. I started out this fine 4th of July morning placing this order, but the clerk rung up a brunch for two which I didn't order. Then, she seemed perplexed that I asked her to cancel it and just give me 4 bagels and I asked for a hashbrown on the side, but instead she recommended I get half a dozen bagels which will be cheaper. So riddle me this how does ordering more bagels make it cheaper? So she added insult to injury. At that point I was pretty much done. Granted both the clerk and I had masks on which made communication difficult and she seemed new because she didn't know what the "schmear society" program was about and asked her manager. Speaking about him, he handed me my 4 bagels, but seemed kind of snarky with his attitude that I only ordered 4 bagels only. Gee, if your clerk was more competent I would have ordered more stuff, but never mind you lost not only more business today, but my patronage at this particular location which is closer to my home. Probably the wimpiest "everything" bagel I've ever had...I've had some good bagels from Einstein's before. This was my first time at this location...the Buckhead locations are much better. They were very busy, and I understand they were doing the best getting orders out as quickly as they could, but we had to "send back" (meaning the guy had to run back twice to correct the order). We got one toasted everything's bagel, to-go, with smoke salmon cream cheese, and we asked that it be cut in half since we were sharing. First time, he brought it out on a basket, and when I told him it was to-go (which was also written in 3 different places on the receipt), he walked away too fast, so when he came back, I had to remind him that it was supposed to be cut in half. read more

The food at Einstein is really good, the service however is not so great. I usually go through the drive thru and it takes forever and sometimes they get my order wrong. I usually get the bacon, egg and cheddar on an asiago cheese bagel and a chai tea latte. The food is delicious the chai tea is a little too milky for me but I still order it because it compliments the above really nicely. It is pretty expensive for a breakfast place though but I guess being open only half the day will do that to pricing. I wish the employees were a little more friendly at the window but other than that I'll still visit because the food is yummy! read more

YUMMY! Heaven for your mouth is an Everything bagel with egg and cheese! These brothers know how to do bagels the right way. They are slightly toasty on the outside and warm and slightly chewy on the inside. No dentist is needed after eating one, just pure enjoyment. The room is very Starbucks-ish but don't let that spook you if you are not a fan of that coffee house. All the varieties of beautiful bagels are on display at the front counter along with other mouth-watering treats. Place your order and try not to drool over the juices and waters while you wait for your toasted delight to be made. The orange juice is the best I have ever tasted! The tables and chairs are comfortable and there are larger tables available for small meetings with clients or friends. I come in here every morning. Every morning I get the same thing: everything bagel with jalapeño smear not toasted. This morning I wait in the drive thru and have my order taken the same as I always do. Get to the window and am told they are out of everything bagels...at 7:30am. Why I ask? I order the same menu items every time I visit Einstein Bros Bagels. This particular morning I ordered the same items I order every time I visit, a blueberry bagel with strawberry Cream Cheese. I get to the window to pay and they have my blueberry bagel but instead of strawberry cream cheese they give me strawberry jelly. This is not a big issue because it can be fixed by simply switching out the jelly packets for cream cheese. But when I inform the window cashier that I ordered cream cheese instead of jelly she closes the window (to fix the problem I assumed) but instead a different cashier comes to the window and ask me if I want cream cheese instead to which I say yes, that's what I ordered. The cashier then proceeds to tell me "well you ordered and paid for jelly not cream cheese!" I replied politely that I did not order jelly I did however, order cream cheese. And the cashier rudely told me I had ordered differently when I in fact did not order differently because I order the same items every time I visit. My problem is that it is not the employees place to tell a customer what they did or did not order, especially in such a rude manner as what took place in the drive through. It's one thing to say, we must have heard your order incorrectly, let me fix it or what did you mean to order? But to instead, accuse the customer of ordering wrong instead of just politely fixing the situation. This just goes to show this establishment fails to train employees to treat customers the way they would want to be treated. read more

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I ordered a caramel iced latte with extra whip cream through the drive thru. There wasn't a line at all and when we pulled up to the window we can see it wasn't slammed on the inside, and there were even employees standing around talking. Took the lady 9 minutes to get to the window (we timed it since we were on our way to church) to take our payment, which at that moment she handed us a Frappuccino... ?. You'd think a bagel/coffee joint would know their espresso drinks... but obviously not. We didn't bother having her make us another drink since we needed to head on to church. When we told her how long it took for her to get to the window, she gave us attitude saying she can "only move as fast as the machine." I wanted to say something about her weight playing a major factor in it... But it was a Sunday. I used to work as a Barista when I was younger. Took me only about 3 to 4 minutes to make any specialty drink, so her claiming that was some bull. Thankfully one of the ladies heard our dismay and handed us all free pastries. Just horrible service! Even the frappuccino she gave us had huge chunks of ice in it. Disgusting. Never will be back again, and will gladly spread the word to others in the area. read more

I had only been to one other Einstein Brothers Bagels in Jacksonville, FL and LOVED it! I was excited to find one locally. They have a great selection and everything was fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful! I love the variety avaliable anything from French Toast bagels to 9- grain bagels. Mondays are 12 for $6. I WILL BE BACK! read more

I often stop here after a run, early Saturday mornings. Everyone is very nice, the coffee is always brewed fresh and they have never been out of my favorite pretzel bagel. Warm atmosphere, great for groups or a quiet breakfast. read more
