This location has a drive-thru, music to my ears, especially on a Sunday morning. Service is good, just double check your order just like you would at any other establishment before pulling off. Theres plenty of parking at this location, easy to get in and out of and This location is much larger than the SouthEnd location and has lots of tables inside. Drive thru vs going inside: I haven't found one to be quicker than the other and I've tried both many times. Keep in mind that the earlier that you get here, especially on the weekends, the better bagel selection that will be available. I have seen/heard people lose their mind in the drive thru behind me when the kind employee tells them that they are out of the specific bagel. Lets be realistic people!!

Einstein Bros was a favorite stop on Monday's when I lived in COS. I would often stop by on Monday's to pick up the bakers dozen special for my colleagues. Since moving to NC, I've frequented the establishment twice (different locations). I ordered through the app. There's a free medium coffee applicable when you order through the app. I found a special on the nova lox which included a muffin and hash brown. Food was ready within the time indicated. My husband said his food was great. He asked why I didn't get him another muffin Fosbury, told him no other choices given. My sandwich was okay. It wasn't bad but it was good. There's plenty of parking spaces. There's a drive thru which I used to pick my food. Staff was nice. Overall good.

During Covid 19, we have been in social isolation and on occasion do order via the drive up window at some places. We saw employees wearing gloves but no masks. As for the bagels, we do enjoy the quality and selection offered. Prior to this covid 19 we have been in store for coffee. The store had always been clean when we have visited and employees friendly. They offer a senior discount and prices reasonable. A dozen bagels $11 and change, a 13th bagel free

I haven't been to this place in ages; in fact, I just assumed it bit the dust years ago. The fact that it is hidden within a business park and is unseen from either of the busy Ballantyne roads that border it doesn't help; however, after running a couple of errands in the area, I found myself with a serious yen for a bagel just as I was driving by... SCR-E-E-E-TCH! Within 10 minutes, I was noshing on an applewood bacon and cheddar on an Everything bagel and it was pretty darned good. What I enjoyed just as much however, was its large and comfortable Panera-like dining room with all types of seating ranging from hi-top tables to retro leather wrap around chairs. They are somewhat reminiscent of, what I believe to be the industry standard, Brueggers. One big difference however is that they serve Caribou coffee. They are a bit pricier as my coffee and bagel ran $8.50. Most of the egg bagel combos are around 5 bucks. They also serve lunch. Rounding things out, service was friendly and everything appeared clean in spite of an unspectacular 92 sanitary rating. Given the lack of alternatives, I will return the next time that I am accosted by a bagel craving.

Sous-vide eggel.....

I just don't understand how I'm paying $5 for something that's essentially the size of the topside of a sliced bagel--that's supposed to be "fluffy" and appetizing... Sous-vide eggs are fluffy and moist--but not absolute mush....you enjoy foods that don't require much chewing, this may be it for you. Stuck to the container, didn't even give me silverware to attempt to eat it. Someone eat this and let me know what you think!

I know I made it look very pretty in my photos, but don't be fooled. Here is the complete review. We found the green tomatoes bland and appeared to have been frozen before being prepared. The "Gravy Train" with the mini biscuit was inedible. The gravy itself was OK. Nothing special, not one of the three were "great." But the mini biscuits were terrible, hard, dense chunks of dough. I ate one of them and discarded the rest. The "Chicken Ditch the Waffle" was equally terrible. Whatever they did to turn the biscuit into "fake" French toast is a 100% fail. They were as dense and unappealing as the mini biscuits. The chicken itself was fine. If I was only rating the chicken I'd probably give it a 3.5. The best dish was actually the "GOAT." It was served with a Standard biscuit which we thought was still too dense and dry. I recommend finding an independent restaurant that serves real, "from scratch" food. I should point out that the service crew in the dining room who delivered the food as well as provided cleanup and assistance, were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and focused on customer service. I'm sure they deserve more than they are being paid. It was obvious many of them were spanish-speaking immigrants. Not everyone in the restaurant treated them with the respect and gratitude they deserve. Here's the detail of our order from their menu. GRAVY TRAIN mini biscuits with samples of our gravies: sausage, mushroom, and smoked gouda mornay 9.25 FRIED GREEN TOMATOES O hand-breaded and served with ranch or pimento cheese (+1) 8.5 CHICK 'N DITCH THE WAFFLE we've ditched the waffle and replaced it with our biscuit-style french toast with a buttermilk fried chicken breast and Mike's Hot Honey 13.25 THE G.O.A.T. buttermilk fried chicken breast, sweet pepper jelly, goat cheese 12.25 DARK & SPICY BLOODY MARY poblano-tomato mix, vodka, garnish 11.25 (Overpriced and underwhelming)

They even have a "Dietary Preference" menu (look for it online), with keto, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. Some servers aren't aware of this menu, but they will see it in their Toast device if they look for it. We have landed on a couple of favorite dishes that are repeats for us. I like the Spanish Omelet keto-style. Instead of a biscuit and grits, you get a half of an avocado (sliced) and a roasted tomato. The omelet is always full of flavor, and I love it. My husband's favorite is their White Chocolate Bread Pudding Pancakes, with bacon ($2 extra). Don't let the name deter you--these pancakes aren't too thick. They are slightly chewy, and the white chocolate whiskey sauce is amazing. He rarely uses the syrup! Ruby's coffee is always good and strong, and their service is great, no matter who you get. I'm already thinking of when we will return next!

The service is always fast and friendly, and of course, the food is good! I started with the fried green tomatoes, and they were easily the highlight of the meal. They were fried so well and topped with bacon, tomato, lettuce, and a tasty remoulade. I'm still thinking about them honestly! For my entrée, I ordered the 3 Little Pigs Omelet. Unfortunately, it was a bit underwhelming. It was smaller than I expected and didn't really resemble an omelet. It was a little messy and slightly runny for my taste. On the side, I added a single pancake and a bowl of grits, both of which were delicious though. I had a good experience and will definitely be back. I just wish the omelet had been prepared a little better.
