I'm disappointed. I've been to numerous Einstein's and ordered the same thing each time - the Hummus Veg Out - however, at this location there was little to no shmear and the tomatoes in the sandwich were not fresh and I had to take them out. Good polite service, but the area where they make the food (bagels and cream cheese containers etc) looked disgustingly dirty (and unkept) last time I was there. I also found a piece of clear soft plastic in my bagel twice before. Recently, my bagels had too little cream cheese in them...like less than 1/2 the amount that was supposed to be there. The drip coffee options all tasted dirty like they didn't clean the containers, etc. For the money, dirty food is not worth their asking price. read more

Terrible service. I was the only one in the restaurant, so my order should have been a slam dunk - a Turkey, Bacon, Avocado sandwich with no tomato. Pretty simple, right? Apparently not. I waited in line 10 minutes while the employees were in the back, and the shift lead approached me to take my order without a hint of acknowledgement that I had been waiting for so long. Mr Earl Donohie aat the location above and Mr Naiseem at the location off of royal lane are some of the most unorganized gentlemen that I have recently ran into. I simply put in an application and received a call from Mr Donahue he seemed really nice and easy going and scheduled me I in for an interview so while I was there he sent me to another location off Royal lane to Mr Naiseem cause he said he may have a position that would better suit me so once I got there MR Naiseem was totally unorginized I set waiting for about 30 min and finally he sit down with me for about 2 minutes and said so you want to be the baker of said yes and he said I have a lot to do right now so comeback at another time so afterwards I spoke to mr Donahue and he said he would talk to me naiseem so days later no call back I just really took it upon myself to figure out that neither one of the store managers knew what tHeY were doing at all I took off work just so I could go to the interviews that was an inconvenience I went to another location and wasted all my time that was an inconvenience and got no call or any information aNd just no bottom line answer or anything if I got the position or not. If you can even organize a simple interview and you have people running acrosss the metroplex for nothing that's justt wrong and unprofessional. If I went through all that just for interviewing I could only imaagine the horrror show working for these guys and this company can right out the gate it was dissapoimtment. The actual store were I had my inteRview off with mr Donahue was a complete mess and disheveled and the 2nd location w Mr Naiseem wasn't even open yet he ya ad his kids there tending to them while doing an array of otheer things so I could see why it was a 2 minute interview.... thesee guys are not thorough aNd not organized at all surely a company that I'm glad I had a a missed opportunity with. read more

This location is on my way to work and if I could eat carbs, consequence free, I'd probably go here every morning. As it stands, I usually go in ~1-2 times a week and the service really makes this place stand out from the rest. The manager, Earl, is honestly one of the nicest people you'll meet. He's always so friendly and really makes an effort to learn people's names. His infectious good mood also clearly has an effect on everyone else as I've always had great service there. If you want a good bagel in the morning and a smile to kick start your day, definitely stop here. read more

I made the mistake of going there for lunch, worst mistake ever. Not sure if the staff was new and inexperienced or not trained. I gave the cashier my name 3 times and she still got it wrong the order, apparently the name John sounds like JA. It took them 12 minutes to make 3 sandwiches and they still got all 3 orders wrong for what was asked to have on them. The people putting the orders together were looking at pictures of the menu items while assembling the order. While they were assembling our order 3 people cam in and left due to the waiting times to take their orders. After 10 minutes I went to counter to see why this was taking so long but I was stuck behind 2 other people who they had gotten their orders wrong. When they finally called "JA" (John) I realized they also forgot all 3 side items that came with the meals. Again another trip to the counter. When we started to eat the meals, we realized what we asked on the meals were not correct. So my daughter removed the items from her sandwich while my wife order had BBQ sauce instead of the red pesto that was suppose to be on it. I now realize why their is hardly any traffic there for lunch. Einstein brothers may be known for their breakfast bagels, but lunch at this place was a total failure.
