I've been going to Einstein Bros for years in deferent states for over 20 years. I travel every week out of Ontario airport, I always order an open fare Nova Lox.It comes with all the fixings on both sides of the open face bagel. This location only gives the fixings on one side. And ask them to correct it, and they didn't do a good job of it. Only one little piece of union and no.capers on both sides. Next time I will go to the Bagel place in Loma Linda next to Clark's. Was craving a bagel and saw this place on Social media. They advertise for a $1.99 iced coffee as well. I ordered a sesame seed bagel with egg, cheese, bacon and added tomato with smear of cream cheese. I'd give it a 8/10! Would've liked the bagel a little more toasted but it was definitely delicious. Worst Einstein experience ever! I placed a mobile order for my mom and I for our drive to Vegas. We ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese and a coffee...our usual order. We were completely shocked with how little cream cheese was on our bagels. It was the thinnest layer ever for $1.99. Ridiculous! I have visited locations throughout the Vegas area and Orange County and have never seen anything like this....not even at Ontario airport. Very meh.. iced tea was ok. Sandwich bagel was bland. Bagel itself was good, but the pale tomato was flavorless, a sad amount of avocado and spinach. Came in on a Monday morning around 8am. There was a line but maybe 4 people ahead of me. It was a little busy so I kinda understand why they didn't greet people walking in. But still!! I ordered the bacon avocado tomato and egg white. I was a little disappointed because it honestly came with two slices of bacon and the price was almost 10 dollars , which is pretty pricy for a bagel. Idk about you but I don't like super thick and gummy bagels and this one did I not disappoint. It comes with a chile verde bagel and it was super delicious. Tried out the newest bagel place in Highland and I'm going to need to come back to see if their skills improved. When I first walked in, there were people behind the counter working but not one of them greeted me. I helped myself to an orange juice and waited at the register, I was the only customer. After fake coughing, one employee acknowledged me. He had a thick accent but at least he made the effort and said hi. The female that looked at me when I first walked in never said a word to me. Anyhow, the guy took my order and went back to training the female. The place is pretty clean and it didn't take them too long to prepare my bagel. The bagel itself was pretty thin compared to the location in Orange County. They were generous with the cream cheese and the bagel did taste fresh, so I was happy with that. Hopefully the staff improves of their customer service skills, a nice greeting & a smile really goes a long way. read more

Came here on a Tuesday at 9:10am, only 2 other customers in front of me. Saw about 3 employees working. Place is super clean and organized. This place is take out only, no tables or counters to eat at inside. Abagail took my order and return with my order a Toasted Sesame Bagel and plain cream cheese ($4.58 at the time of this review). Pros: Good Service, Clean, prices to be expected, served coffee, breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Cons: Bagel is just meh, not as I had remembered back when they first open this chain. I'm from the North East and bagels and pizza have a unique texture and chew. It was a bit dense, like a reheated super market bagel. Sad to say, Yum, Yum donuts makes a better bagel, but none are close by. I'm willing to give them another chance, since nothing else is around and it could be that they are new and getting their systems in place. So, it's better than nothing. read more

This place was extremely busy when we arrived. People told me they had been waiting an hour for their bagels but since I was already there I decided to stay. They were right, we waited for about 50 minutes. They apologized for the wait and were giving out feee water bottles for the long wait. If you plan on coming be prepared for a long wait. I personally think management needed to prepare better for their opening however I do not blame the staff as their customer service was great given the circumstances. I tried the pizza bagel and the bacon, avocado and tomato egg white. They were both very delicious that I'd come back and order them again. Hopefully next time is much quicker! read more

I needed a business reciept showing I paid and they did not give one. I went back to the store to get one and they said they could not help me and that I should contact corporate support. After numerous back-and-forth the corporate support they told me that they could not help me because the location was a "franchise" location, although I ordered through the corporate app. I'm very disappointed in the location not really caring to help me resolve my issue and I'm even more disappointed. I have been here about 4 times now to this location recently, depending on the crew the food is good or bad the first time i came it was perfect I got the coffee shake and it really tasted like a Carmel coffee shake thick and blended creamy the second time I got the mocha coffee shake it was full of ice chunks and not very sweet at all totally different texture then again a third time I got it another day and it was like the first, the first time I came, I ordered a lox bagel at Texas brisket, bagel and a chorizo sunrise bagel as well as the coffee. My boyfriend loved the chorizo bagel and wanted it again. He's had it three times now but today he said that it was cold and nothing tasted the same on the bagel. He said that the avocado had no flavor and his bagel was undercooked. I actually switched my bagel today to the green chili bagel so I got the same bagel as him today and mine was on your cooked as well. I will be including a video of that. Also, I don't know what made me do this, but I opened up my bagel probably to put my hot sauce on there and then I noticed that the color of the meat on my bagel looked weird. It was a gray color almost clear looking and it's supposed to be brisket, it's supposed to be a different color. I don't know if this is like pork brisket or what's going on, but when I tried the bagel, the meat was really chewy and rubbery and felt like a lot of stringy strands. Something about. It was not right. I almost went back in there and returned it, but my boyfriend is so shy he didn't want me to do that anyway I started picking off pieces of the bread to try to get rid of the pieces that were still raw and then I just decided I didn't even want to eat it anymore because I was picking off pieces of the chili, which is the best part of the bagel until it was nearly gone and the meat was just so weird I did not want to eat anymore so I wasted nearly $10 on this bagel today and ended up having to go somewhere else for breakfast after this read more

When we walked into the bagel shop the only two employees there (male and female) turned to look at us and then turned to continue their conversation as they were bagging some bagel sandwiches. We were the only ones there, they didn't acknowledge us, no "good morning", no welcome", no "I'll be right with you". Nothing whatsoever. We said good morning but were ignored. So, we left.... This place needs some signage indicating where to order, like a "line starts here" sign. you walk in and there's so many people and they're all waiting for their order. I asked if there was any mayo or some kind of dressing on it so it's not all dry. They told me "u can put your cream cheese on it" Also got a 6 pack of bagels and a "shmear" of cream cheese . If you want "Gourmet Bagels" this includes spinach and Jalapeño and cheese, green chile amongst a few others but they cost more . Felt it a bit backwards that the Asiago Bagels are in the regular price range and the Cheddar Bagels are considered Gourmet price range. I gotta admit, the Bagels were pretty good, better than Panera . They are somehow softer from the inside and stay fresher longer so for this reason I give 4 stars . read more

Their "standard half small scoop" makes a light opaque smear that barely wets let alone covers ONE half of the bagel. Want a real amount of cream cheese? That'll be $1.99 per additional same amount until you get to the normal serving most places give (I'd estimate needing 3-4 additional servings to meet the basic standard amount). I placed my order in-store with an employee wearing a mask and curly hair. About 5 minutes later, two customers came in after me and were told they were only taking online orders at that moment. That's confusing and honestly comes off as inconsistent or just lazy service -- especially when my order was just taken normally minutes before. No bad vibes toward the bagels themselves, but customer service is a huge part of the experience. I'd love to give a better rating next time, but consistency, honesty, and effort go a long way... and today that was missing. Hopefully management sees this and tightens up the service side, because the food truly has potential. Just need the people behind the counter to match it. read more

The customer service isn't great, you can be standing there for 8+ minutes before anyone acknowledges you to TAKE your order, which is frustrating. I was excited to try this place because I love bagels but this was not a great experience. When I walked in the place was packed with people waiting for there orders. The staff was not welcoming and seemed to not care that people were waiting for orders. They moved slow like they didn't care. I order 2 bagels nothing fancy just toasted with cream cheese. It took 30mins to get 2 bagels which I thought was ridiculous. They were mediocre at best. If you want a good bagel in a timely manner just go to Pantera at least the staff is friendly. I see the manger has been responding to the same types of reviews but is clearly not making changes. I recommend retraining the staff to move a little faster to complete orders and to make the customer feel welcomed like smile and greet them. read more
