Came in on a Monday morning around 8am. There was a line but maybe 4 people ahead of me. It was a little busy so I kinda understand why they didn't greet people walking in. But still!! I ordered the bacon avocado tomato and egg white. I was a little disappointed because it honestly came with two slices of bacon and the price was almost 10 dollars , which is pretty pricy for a bagel. On top of that I ordered two egg whites and they only put one. So I was upset about that. My husband ordered the Santa Fe and he said it was okay not enough turkey sausage. Price of two bagels were 23 dollars Don't know if I would come back or not

Customer service was horrible. Zero personality, zero acknowledgment, and unprofessional. Left me standing at the register for 3 minutes and said nothing. I will never return.

Average location to get bagels. Nothing particularly special. The service was nice and it was well lit & clean in there. But the bagels & price are average for what you get.

I love a good bagel and these hit the spot everything, sweet or savory! The staff is so nice, especially in the morning. Orders go swiftly and I never had to wait long. I really like their boxes. A perfect breakfast to share at work or at home with the family. You have to check them out!

This place is really busy but pretty quick. Took some time to take our order but the cashier was very pleasant. I ordered the chorizo sunrise and an OJ. I accidentally dropped my OJ and the chaser was super nice and let me grab another one. The bagel was really good. Idk about you but I don't like super thick and gummy bagels and this one did I not disappoint. It comes with a chile verde bagel and it was super delicious. My husband got the all night we and said it was was pretty good as well. I will say that the seating is very limited and we had to wait for our food standing up against the wall. It wasn't too loud but there were a lot of people standing waiting for their food.

The bagel was delicious! great deal too. bagel, muffin, and hash browns. Similarly, not a fan of the customer service honestly.

Tried out the newest bagel place in Highland and I'm going to need to come back to see if their skills improved. When I first walked in, there were people behind the counter working but not one of them greeted me. I helped myself to an orange juice and waited at the register, I was the only customer. After fake coughing, one employee acknowledged me. He had a thick accent but at least he made the effort and said hi. The female that looked at me when I first walked in never said a word to me. Anyhow, the guy took my order and went back to training the female. The place is pretty clean and it didn't take them too long to prepare my bagel. The bagel itself was pretty thin compared to the location in Orange County. They were generous with the cream cheese and the bagel did taste fresh, so I was happy with that. Hopefully the staff improves of their customer service skills, a nice greeting & a smile really goes a long way.

Came here on a Tuesday at 9:10am, only 2 other customers in front of me. Saw about 3 employees working. Place is super clean and organized. This place is take out only, no tables or counters to eat at inside. Abagail took my order and return with my order a Toasted Sesame Bagel and plain cream cheese ($4.58 at the time of this review). Pros: Good Service, Clean, prices to be expected, served coffee, breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Cons: Bagel is just meh, not as I had remembered back when they first open this chain. I'm from the North East and bagels and pizza have a unique texture and chew. It was a bit dense, like a reheated super market bagel. Sad to say, Yum, Yum donuts makes a better bagel, but none are close by. I'm willing to give them another chance, since nothing else is around and it could be that they are new and getting their systems in place. So, it's better than nothing.

This place was extremely busy when we arrived. People told me they had been waiting an hour for their bagels but since I was already there I decided to stay. They were right, we waited for about 50 minutes. They apologized for the wait and were giving out feee water bottles for the long wait. If you plan on coming be prepared for a long wait. I personally think management needed to prepare better for their opening however I do not blame the staff as their customer service was great given the circumstances. I tried the pizza bagel and the bacon, avocado and tomato egg white. They were both very delicious that I'd come back and order them again. Hopefully next time is much quicker!

Very unsatisfied with this order today don't think I'm coming back now.

The menu has been updated and is set to be updated again soon for the seasonal offerings, brought to you by the outstanding kitchen of Chef Kyle. I did want to mention how good the food I had was, especially loved the Citrus Grilled Swordfish, which was exceptional in quality and taste. The freshness of the herbs mixed with brightness and tang of the acidity of the sauce really brings out the flavor in this delicious fish entree. However, it is soon to be replaced on the menu so hurry and grab a bite before it's gone!! The Bistro is also offering its sticky Korean BBQ pork ribs, which are mouthwatering and so tender the meat falls off the bone! As always, the service here is exceptional and cannot be matched. The entire staff is so warm and hospitable. So why not treat yourself and make a reservation and don't forget to tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

Who knew this little bistro/lounge at the Bear Springs Hotel in Highland, Ca. would have such a delicious menu? Oh, and they change the dining menu options ever so often. They also have a full bar menu for drinks as well. The vibe is upscale casual. There are two dinning areas at the hotel. One is the bistro (for more quiet dining) and directly across the hall is the lounge, where food and drink are also available. Great spot for a fun date night. On Friday and Saturday nights in the lounge, there is live music from 6-9pm. You can just order drinks and enjoy the music in the lounge, but you're gonna want to try the food too-it's yummy! The Bear Springs Hotel Bistro & Lounge is not just for hotel guests. It's a go to spot for locals, vacationers and those visiting the Yaamava Casino. Check it out.

I ordered The Radiance Burger & Baja Fish Tacos. The service was impeccable. My server was Anabel and she provided excellent service. Anabel was attentive and provided service that led to a great first impression of The Radiance. The tacos were super flavorful, but the chipotle aioli & pickled onions really highlighted the tacos. The chipotle aioli provided the perfect mild spice and creamy element expected with fried fish tacos. The pickled red onions were spicy/sweet & refreshed the palette with every bite. The fish was breaded, lightly fried, moist and flavorful. My friend had a California Club Sandwich on Chibata bread with an order of seasoned french fries. Generous portions were served with each meal, we seriously could have shared one between two people. The staff were very polite and accommodating, shout out to our server Jazmine who checked on us frequently and quick to bring out extra ice water on a hot day. Jereme was the first one to assist us by adjusting the canopy cover to give us more shade, he stopped by a couple of times to see how we were doing and he was not even our server, just providing extra customer service. The Radiance Cafe is open 7 days a week from 9AM to 5PM, enter from the 3rd floor elevators. I MUST mention that guests can become very hungry and thirsty from swimming. It is great to have an outdoor bar to the right and a cafe on the left. However, the cut-off time is right before the prime dinner hour and we were not aware of the early closure. We saw some friends who wanted to have dinner in their cabana, but it was 4:55 PM and the kitchen was closed. Perhaps, the closing time can be adjusted, especially during Daylight Savings Time. Thank you for your consideration. Overall, this is a great place for a staycation, with a Spa nearby and two Jacuzzi hot tubs with lounge chairs and Wi-Fi service. Sincerely, Rosemary

5-Star Review…read more Jenny's Diner has quickly become one of my favorite local breakfast spots! If you're looking for a classic American diner with generous portions, friendly service, and fair prices, this is it. My mom ordered the Lite Breakfast, and I had Jenny's Country Breakfast. Everything was cooked just right--the eggs were perfect, the hash browns were crispy, the bacon and sausage were flavorful, and the toast was buttery and fresh. The coffee kept coming, and our total for two breakfasts and two coffees was only about $29 before tip, which is hard to beat these days. The atmosphere is exactly what you want from a neighborhood diner--red booths, checkerboard floors, Route 66 décor, vintage license plates, and a welcoming hometown feel. You can tell this is a place where regulars come to catch up over breakfast. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We'll definitely be back. If you're in Highland and craving a hearty breakfast without breaking the bank, Jenny's Diner is well worth the visit!

It's SoCal's only mom and pop 50's diner that's not part of some larger franchise or owned by big corpo (at least that's what I assume). Interior distinctly has the charm of a roadside diner with the 50's themed framed portraits, black and white checkered floors and the splash of red throughout. Some roadside charm to it too with license plates on the wall and the good ol' Route 66 sign. We only got to stop by quickly since we got take out as the rest of our group was still asleep, but this made for a great later brunch, probably actually lunch at this point. It's standard diner food, greasy pick me up for hungry and exhausted or hung over people or if you want something to tide you over before you hit the road. Either way, our food came out quickly and packed very nicely. Portions are quite generous and although it's not the highest quality of food (fries got styrofoamy a tad too fast and some of the meat was dry), nothing some ketchup and sauce didn't fix and the spaghetti and fish were actually pretty good. I wouldn't mind returning one day to dine in and get the full experience.
