Hair pulled out of middle of sandwich

I ordered through the mobile app and when i arrived at the store i was not greeted. I stood by the cash register waiting for someone to talk to me for a whole 2 mins about my order that I can see is done on the counter and not the pick up shelf. I didn't feel comfortable grabbing it without being acknowledged. Finally got my order when the employees stopped talking about their personal life. When I received my order I went to my car to start eating, I took a couple bits and then noticed a hair in my sandwich which than made me look at both half's. That when I found multiple hairs sticking out of the middle of my sandwich. I went back inside to tell an employee which all they said was " oh I'm sorry... I can remake it." While walking away from me. She remade the sandwich and offered me a drink or cookie. What would have been better was being offered a refund and them improving their customer service. I am a shift lead at a fast food restaurant and wouldn't treat a customer like that.... Especially if hair is found in the food. Do better.

    Nova Lox

This is my second time ordering the Nova Lox bagel. First time was fine, but this is just a sick joke.

The new Maplehouse bagel is a thing to be reckoned with. With a flavor profile as strong as a body builder but the lightness of a ballerina. Beautiful combination that will guarantee a smile on anyone who tries it. Have a great day... I know I am. Thank you, #Einsteinbros

quick breakfast. No that coffee isn't Einstein's. Bad of me.

So, my Bethany Village neighborhood strip mall needs a proper, decent bagel shop that delivers. With coffee. Espresso. We don't have one. A girl can dream, right? BTW there is a great spot for one where the yoga studio was. Just sayin'. Einstein's is the closest place. We had breakfast delivered from there today. It is my Friday, I have chemo tomorrow, and I've been told to eat more and better the day before for a better outcome. So my teen figured out food at 8am while I was starting my work day from home and our breakfast arrived about a half hour later. My bagel sandwich was hot, the egg was nice, the cheese was melted, the bacon was crispy, and the bagel was toasted. It was not the Asiago bagel my teen ordered for me but it was a fine plain bagel. My kid reported their hash brown breakfast bagel was good as well. Same contents inside. There were also juices, apple and orange, squishy cheesy hash brown thingies, and a blueberry muffin and churro bagel for later. Hot things arrived hot, cold things arrived cold. There was nothing wrong really but also nothing memorable. It was fine. I upped them a star from last time because the blueberry muffin is pretty dang good and teen liked the churro number. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to eat there, but it does what it does pretty well.

Lots of clean seating inside. There is also seating outside.

Einstein Bros Bagels is a bagel and coffee chain restaurant with about eleven locations in the Portland metro area. This particular location is close to home so it was only a matter of time before we would wander in here to check it out. My roommate loves bagels. I knew going in that this was not a top of the line gourmet bagel house, so expectations were only slightly above grocery store bagel level. The place was not too crowded and fairly clean. We were checking out the available bagel flavors when Amy came by to assist us. She was great. She informed us about a great deal they have all day on Mondays where you can get 13 bagels for only 7.00 with fancy bagels costing slightly more. She was very helpful and offered great customer service that you rarely find at those gourmet bagel houses. Amy made our first visit to Einstein Bros Bagels a very positive one. We left with 13 bagels and 5 delicious sounding schmears. The bagels were better than expected. They were crispy on the outside with a dense texture and quite chewy. The schmears were also good. They are whipped and easy to spread. The honey almond flavor is great. So while Einstein Bros might not have the top of the line gourmet bagels, what they have isn't too bad. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Amy, you will have great service. If you're in the area give them a try.

Bagel box and bag of order.

This was my first experience with Einstein Bros. I needed bagels for a work function and they were my first thought, and open early enough. All of the staff were extremely friendly and a great diverse mix of a team. The person at the register guided me through the process with ease. With their quick service I was out of there in a few minutes. The bagels and muffins were a delicious hit with the team. Ordered an assorted baker's dozen box and I got to choose my Schmear flavours out of the case. Which was a great perk as I could take my time to decide. Definitely going back for a personal breakfast soon.

These are NOT NEW YORK BAGELS, not even close! Anyone that says they are has no idea what they're talking about. Two thumbs down, way down.

Extra amazing because you can choose the bread and I obviously choose white. I also love their red, white, and blue bread which is cranberry, white chocolate, and blueberry. It's sweet and goes well with their honey butter. I come here just to buy this particular butter ($6 per tub). I also love that they have challah bread! So unique and delicious. Goes perfectly for French toast. But also their cinnamon chip would be great for that too. I'm obviously a HUGE fan of this place. And customer service is top notch. You're always offered a slice of bread upon arrival. The price for bread is more than a grocery store but definitely worth it for me!

My daughter and I enjoyed the Dakota as well with the regular and garlic butter and of course we got Marionberry cinnamon rolls to go and I love that you have the option between frosted and unfrosted. The icing on the cake for visit was my daughter got a leprechaun coloring page and was told she can color it and bring it back to trade for a giant cookie and have it displayed in the shop! What a wonderful way to engage the kiddos. Thank you so much for that fun surprise! Our friend also love to get the gluten free rolls from here and we will be sure to be back to try the sandwiches and different seasonal specials next time!

There were a couple of orders ahead of me so I grabbed a seat after ordering and I didn't have to wait long. I need to eat more protein so I had them add roasted beef to my sub. The beef was sliced for my sub and was tasty and tender. Bread is an important element of a sub and their white bread roll was adequate but not very inspiring. They could use a nice artisan bread. Lastly was the cheese. The veggie came with a couple of lonely thin slices of provolone. The sub would definitely be better with more cheese. Finally, the price was at the top of the range for subs in Beaverton but they are so much better than Subway, Jimmy John and Pot Belly that the higher price was worth it. I will definitely return though I might go to the original one at 185th & Farmington as it's a little easier for me to get to.

Generous amount of freshly sliced turkey, soft bread, large chunks of fresh avocado, and crispy veggies. Good menu variety and fast, friendly service too.
