The bagel on the sandwich was a bit burnt and the eggs kind of game me a little ick. It just felt like too fake. The Asiago with cream cheese was yum. Service is hit or miss, but usually pretty quick which is good if in a hurry. Ambience is kind of non existent. Needs a little tlc to make it more appealing/welcoming. read more

This is the nearest store to the house and I have been ordering for over 10 years. In the last 5 years the quality of the bagels have been horrible. I used to use them for catering but no longer. The service is great but quality is embarrassing. How can a baker and manager allow the bagels to be sold like this. Super disappointed how owners have no pride! We came here one morning when we realized the cupboard was bare and the kiddos needed to eat. It was very busy - I think they were the only ones open in the area at that time of the morning. The food here is very meh, very processed tasting, but it was fine. I got an egg and cheddar sandwich on a cinnamon bagel. It did the job. The kids had bagels and cream cheese. It plugged the hungry kid gap. The staff here were very nice even though they were a bit overwhelmed with the morning rush that day. read more

I ordered a double toasted bagel with cream cheese and asked for the bagel to be toasted on both sides. The response was, "Yes, no problem"... What I received was a barely toasted on one side bagel, so I asked why... the response was that the store manager doesn't allow the staff to toast on both sides because the bagel will stick to the conveyor in the toaster. This is absolutely BS. Toasting on the cut side up already puts the topping side down on the conveyer, if it's going to stick every bagel going thru the toaster would stick. Besides if toasting on both sides is against the "managers rules" say so when the customer is ordering, not just had them what YOU want. One by one Einstein Bros Bagels are disappearing... Geesh. I don't even eat breakfast. But....this is one of the few places I will eat something. We came here and ordered 3 orange juices and 3 bagels each with cream cheese. Now there were several people waiting after we ordered. They looked irritated. We waited 26 minutes for our order. I know this because I texted someone when I got here. We got this food to go. We were sitting by the window and saw people literally, well almost, marching in this place. They were on a mission. I saw about 8 people in like 3 groups coming in Einstein. They wanted their bagels. The OJ is pretty good. But I ordered an Asiago bagel with chive cream cheese. This is what I like. I wanted it toasted and asked for it that way. Ended up with an untoasted bagel with plain cream cheese. The other orders were wrong as well. We drove like 5 miles or so to home before I realized I and they got the wrong order. All in all the bagel was ok. But we should not have waited almost 30 minutes for our small order. Disappointing. I actually filled out their survey from the receipt and have not heard back. For two days in a row, we ordered 4 sandwiches, and the two egg white/ham/bacon/cheddar cheese/cream cheese bagel breakfast sandwich was made incorrectly from what we ordered. And they sent the sandwich with NO BACON, which was not requested. This is the 4th time this has happened in our past orders. Why? Please STOP removing the bacon to our 2 eggwhite/ham/bacon/cheddar cheese/cream cheese/bagel Farmhouse breakfast sandwich. When we did not order our bacon to be removed. They do not send condiments with delivery. I like my coffee with cream and they don't give you cream with your coffee order so I have had to throw my coffee away. I contacted Uber eats and they could not refund my money because they said it was up to store to provide the condiments. I called the manager and he agreed that cream should have been included yet 2 more deliveries and no cream. I called the store again and couldn't even understand the person that answered the phone, I asked to speak to the manager and she said he was not there and didn't know when they would be in, not to mention that was my second call because she put me on hold the first time and never came back to the phone. Woke up today not knowing my life would be changed....in an amazing way. My bf decided it was a great idea to get Lox bagels. He suggested we go to Einstein so we went. No line around 12:30 and got front store parking hehehe. The bagel was called "Nova Lox". Nova Lox, Red Onion, Capers, Tomato with Plain Shmear on a Plain Bagel. DELICIOUS. I'm not much of a raw salmon person (really only rarely on sushi). If you're worried because you feel it'll taste like "fish", it won't. It's so good TRY IT. Red onion is honestly the best onion for sandwiches. My bf loved salmon so he was all over it. He enjoyed it as well. So good, try it out. You won't regret it. Also, great pre workout meal yummy. I love this place. It's always been a favorite of mine. The sandwiches came out perfectly they did an amazing job. But waiting 45 minutes for a plain bagel and a all nighter is quite ridiculous. I'm a long time Einstein Bagels fan. This particular location is convenient for me since it is across the street from my job. In the morning it has a nice flow of customers but I haven't witnessed it to be overly packed. Which is a good think when you're on the run and need your coffee fix! Lol The parking lot is shared with the At&t store which is not in favor for its customers because there has been time where I needed to wait for a spot to park since the parking is very limited. Coffee here is self serving which is great if you plan to stay to eat something or study. If it's to go the coffee is a little expensive just for one cup. This is a solid location of Einstein Brothers. The tables are kept clean and there is plenty of seating. The bagels are good and the staff take care when preparing the orders. All of the staff are friendly. I don't have any major complaints about this location, though nothing is extraordinary, either. The parking is limited; we can usually find a spot at non-peak hours, though on weekends you may have to park elsewhere in the complex and walk over. If you sign up for the email list, you will get coupons every once in a while. I recommend the bagel sandwiches, which are good for both breakfast and lunch. read more

I don't know when they started getting stingy with their meat portion but I used to always go to Einstein's and the tasty turkey had at least 4-5 slices of turkey, now it's only 1 or 2 slices. Since there's barely any protein in their sandwiches, expect to be hungry even after your meal. This was my first time inside an actual Einstein Bros. establishment and I probably wouldn't go back. I would eat a bagel if my job catered breakfast from them but I wouldn't go out of my way. My husband and I love the bagels and coffee here but we leave so insanely aggravated that we won't be returning. This is a breakfast place and you would imagine that they would have a system to handle call-in orders and in person orders. Well, I don't think they have a system AT ALL. We arrived there on a Sunday to order a bagel with eggs and bacon, and a coffee. Thirty-five minutes later we left with only a coffee because the girl behind the counter told us it would take another 15 minutes! Seriously?!!! 50 minutes to get one bagel?! The staff here works on online/call in-order at the same time as in store orders. This is a lack of management strategy. The store manager needs to look at the systems in place and perhaps visit places like chipotle that have a separate crew working on call-in orders. Ordered a dozen bagels over a week prior to pick up on Christmas Eve morning. Called to confirm the order a few days prior. When I arrived today, they did not have order done. They had no apology or explanation. They simply said yes, they had the order, no they did not complete it. On top of that, there weren't enough bagels left at time I scheduled my order for me to buy a dozen at that point. They offered no apology. My one, and only experience with this company is an order through Doordash. Order was submitted online, Doordash picked up the order and brought it to me, no issues. I ordered a 1/2 dozen bagel box, which was supposed to come with cream cheese (for my morning crew). Upon receipt, the bag was staple shut with the receipt on the outside of the bag, as it was sealed by Einstein Bros. Bagels. When I opened the bag, there was no cream cheese...so, I called the store for resolution. It was relayed to me by the manager, that even though they sealed the bag at their store, I had to go through Doordash for a refund. They took zero accountability for their failure, and offered nothing in return. I did get ahold of Doordash, who offered a $3.97 refund on the $5.99 bowl of cream cheese...so, I'm out a couple of bucks...wasn't able to provide my morning crew breakfast...and basically just S.O.L. Guess a couple of bucks isn't that bad to learn the lesson to never order from this place again! read more

I ordered the harvest chicken salad because it sounded lovely, hearty and admittedly I thought the cranberries would offer a nice diversion from the run of the mill chicken salad of all other restaurants. Disappointingly, there was not a cranberry to be found. Tasted like regular old chicken salad. The everything bagel was fresh out of the oven and a saving grace. The service was friendly and the people there were very helpful. The fact that they had to check to see if everything I ordered was available as I ordered it was a little surprising but they did have everything so it was fine. The side order of fresh fruit was good. Enough of a variety to make me happy that I ordered that over the potato salad. My companion ordered the cream cheese and nova. The bagel she selected was not available so she went with the everything bagel as well. The nova was sliced thick so the portion was nice but it didn't cover the bagel so some time was spent pulling it apart and relocating it around the bagel- it's so very important to have nova in every bite, you know. It was good. Not too salty which the lox can be. Decent amount of capers. Good solid little lunch. A quick grab at the mini doggie bagels which are a favorite for my little pup and I was done. The place was clean. The coffee was empty but we mentioned it and they replenished right away. There are a few tables outside if you choose to sit there. It's right off the parking lot so there's not much of a view but the fresh air is nice. read more

Delicious, scrumptious and different are one of the many adjetives I can give this place. I loved our unexpected visit to Einstein Bros Bagels yesterday for lunch. I have been receiving their emails with promotions and I had them in my bookmarks for months but even though they are close by I haven't been able to go until yesterday and it was perfect because we were hungry and cold, so we ordered a hot cocoa and finally I had it this year the way I like it; extra HOT and creamy!!!!!! My kids had egg bagels, one with bacon and cheese and the other one with cheese and spinach. Both were amaziiiiiiiiiiing. Specially the bagel dough. Wonderful and so moist with some cheese on top that melted when they toast it. Service was great, I had a coupon and $2 off that the cashier nicely told me about. So we ate comfortable food, at a nice place, on a cold day in Miami with excellent background music. Thanks!!
