It was very good, however, I feel that the cheese could've been grilled a little longer to show more of the grill marks and so the cheese could be melted or at least warm inside. This one is in the luxurious and upscale Miramar Town Center. We had a less-than-serviceable experience at another El Churrascaso Restaurant, but during our two visits here (once for a weeknight dinner, and once for a weekend lunch), we were treated with a high level of service and care. For each visit, we were seated immediately by the host, attended to regularly by the server, and received our food from the kitchen staff in exactly the way we requested (I.e., serving the meat medium rare). As a family of four, we tried two different meal configurations: For dinner, we ordered and shared the 2 lb. "Parrilla Mixta" (like a meat sampler variety option) Plate with an extra side and guaraná, and that came out to be $71.66 before tip. For lunch, we ordered 2 "Picanha Platos" plus one appetizer for $58.29 before tip. The "Parrilla Mixta" is OK if you are fine with the variety and will eat the sausage, chicken, and pork portions.
