I explained to them in detail what i had done, and what parts i had replaced. Their idea was to replace the same part i did instead of diagnosing the entire sysytem to pinpoint the problem as a shop should...so they call me up the day before pick up to inform me that the problem isnt the part i replaced (big suprise) and low and behold they want another 1400 to crack into the actual problem, and that i just basically paid them 1300 to babysit my daughters car for a week. Instead of diagnosing the system they just threw parts at it...not a good look fellas...so when i get her car back i will go over the lil "easter eggs" i hid to see if it was put back together correctly (i know it wasnt) becuase there should be supplements...my advice is pay those techs better so corners dont need to be cut...and yall wont get put on blast for this type of work...

Flash Forward to a few weeks ago, I noticed some weird jolting when the car is shifting gears so I took my car in to Toyota, got an inspection and a transmission fluid change. They told me it was way under filled, the fluid was a dark black color. They told me whoever did the last service on my vehicle with the transmission underfilled it severely. The technician told me it's basically a waiting game to see if my transmission is going to have lots of issues or not. Now I am having a ton of transmission issues and I am needing a new one.
