Every Betos, Rancherito's and any Mexican result have ever been to has some kind of sauce on the chili rellenos. Well to my surprise, this place apparently doesn't put sauce on the chili rellenos unless you ask for it. I called and asked them where the sauce was and that is what the girl told me over the phone. The picture on the menu even shows it with sauce. Who wants to eat a dried out chili relleno? Not me!!! I'll go somewhere else for now on. I think they knew they messed up and instead of accepting that, they lied to me so they wouldn't have to fix the problem.

This new location is where the old Taco Maker used to be. My husband is a huge mixed breakfast burrito fan (who isn't!?) so he's been to this new location quite a few times. However, when I've joined him I haven't been impressed. I know what you're thinking: it's Beto's - aren't they all the same?! Nope, not currently. I ordered 5 rolled tacos with guacamole and cheese. This is one of my fave Beto's meals. I got home and jumped into my to-go container to find that 3 of the 5 were not fried at all! They were soggy and disgusting. Only 2 of them were even edible, and just because they were edible does not mean they were good! Now I understand they're new, but come on guys! I know I'll be back, and one day I hope to upgrade my review. But for now, I've definitely had better!

Beto's is a staple name in Ogden and with great food, it's not hard to see why. I love this new location. It's pretty easy to access and the interior is fantastico! The vibrant colors and cleanliness make your dining experience much more pleasurable. The food is the main reason I keep coming back. They have plenty of items to choose from. I personally like their Breakfast Burritos with a drink of Horchata. The Carne Asada Burritos are a great choice too. If you need to spice up your meal a notch, they have a table with salsas and other condiments that you can apply generously. They'll even give you the salsas to go if you're doing take out. I was impressed with the customer service as well. Salvador is a great guy and he hooked me up with the student I.D. deal. Drop by this Beto's location and get ready for some of the best tasting burritos ever (imo)!

Being it was our first time we had some questions and she gracefully answered them. I got a bacon cheeseburger. My wife got the pastrami burger and we both enjoyed it. I liked that I was able to add grilled onions and fresh jalapeños for no up charge . Tasted like the food was cooked fresh being it came out hot and didn't have a long wait. The burger bun was one of those soft buns kinda like a Hawaiian role. Burger was flavorful but not greasy. I liked how it was served in foil wrap where we could food down the sides and eat without getting anything on our hands. As for the ambience, the first table we sat at was super wobbly so we switched tables. Second table the napkin holder was really dusty which was kinda gross for us as we noticed it when we needed one while we were eating and it felt like it was going to get our food and hands dirty. We did look over at other napkin holders and the others didn't look dusty. Though the overall restaurant felt and looked pretty clean. Meals where convo comes with fries but drinks are ordered separately. They have fountain options and glass drink options. Overall it was a good experience and if in the area I would stop by again.

I stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner and I chose to order and eat inside because the drive thru line was way too long. I hadn't eaten all day so I ordered two Double Doubles, Animal Fries, and a small soda. This is what I usually get at other In-N-Outs if I'm really hungry. I ended up waiting over ten minutes for my food while plenty of other customers who came in after me ordered and got their food in a couple of minutes. I don't know what was taking so long for my order, but I was getting impatient. Maybe it was the grilled onions. That's usually the excuse for why an order is taking longer to prepare, but I don't know. When I got my food everything tasted great as always but not long afterwards on the drive to Salt Lake City I started feeling ill. I had an upset stomach that started to hurt a little and when I got to my hotel I had to lay down for a while. Fortunately things didn't get any worse but I couldn't eat anything for the rest of the day and just had small amounts of water. I don't know if I've ever gotten sick from eating In-N-Out food before. I've had this same order from many other In-N-Outs before and never had an issue.

Staff was polite, the food came out pretty quickly, and everything felt organized. Burgers were simple but solid quality, fries were fresh, and overall the experience lived up to the hype more than I expected. Not life-changing gourmet food -- but definitely a good classic burger stop with a nice atmosphere.

The only menu is above the service line. However, no one can see that one from the customer line because they have another screen hanging in front of it facing the workers and it completely obscures the menu screens. The result is that you look like an idiot when you get to the place in line where you order because you haven't been able to see the menu until then. There's also a side patio for sitting outside but the doors leading to it are locked so you have to go back to front door and walk around the front of the building to get there. Such strange and inconvenient decisions made by management at this location. It's ok though, there are other Costa Vida locations not far from this one. I'll go there next time.

Her favorite is the #11 Enchilada (she prefers them because of the shredded chicken and "soft on her teeth" aspect). I personally ordered one of their Taco Salads (Asada, because I love steak)! It was absolutely delicious and loaded in ingredients. We also ordered a side of their medium size French fries and they were cooked exceptionally well and came with plenty of ketchup and mayonnaise (just in case you might want to make "fry sauce"; the Utah favorite out of them). I had kindly suggested to make the birthday meal "extra special", and the employees went above and beyond to do just that! Got a few tasty unexpected treats along with the sweetest note that can still bring tears to her eyes! The attention to detail, friendly and accommodating employees, along with the freshness of food and good portion sizes is the reason why this place deserves over a 10+ rating! Thank you ALL so very much. And if you're on the fence about this place, I highly recommend that you give them a shot!
