0 Star - Absolutely Disgusting & Zero Professionalism This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a WaBa Grill--and honestly, one of the most unsanitary restaurants I've stepped foot in. I had to wait forever for someone to come take my order because all the employees were hiding in the back, blasting music and the TV like it was their living room. No one cared that customers were waiting. When someone finally came up front, I instantly noticed they weren't wearing gloves. No hand washing. No basic hygiene. THEN--they ran out of vegetables, left to go buy some from next door, came back, didn't wash them, and still didn't wash their hands after being out touching who-knows-what. Are you kidding me? And to top it all off, they were out of WaBa sauce. Seriously? That's literally in the name. This place is a health hazard and has no business serving food. Health department needs to check this location ASAP. I will never come back. Disgusting. read more

The lady in the front gave me great customer service. They were so attentive and I got my food really fast.

This is the worst location in Ontario and I usually visit different locations almost every time I go to waba. The owner is the cheapest guy you'll ever meet. I order the value combo almost every time I go to a waba location because it's great on a budget and just enough food to cover macros and provide energy for the rest of my day on an intermittent fast. They give the worst portion sizes (like half a chicken breast for a value combo) and the chicken usually tastes like the grill hasn't been cleaned in a week. Any other location makes you feel like you get your moneys worth for that value combo and this 4th street location leaves you feeling like you need to pick up something else before your lunch ends. I felt this way for a while now and I've been trying to give them chances but they never seem to get any better. PS. Not to mention the reason I finally felt obligated to post a review was because the owner didn't have any medium lids and wasn't willing to provide any compensation until more arrived so I had to leave my two drinks behind because I was taking my food for me and someone else to go. Just go to another location, it'll be more worth your time. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. im a Waba grill lover, but this place has consistent issues. Always out of one meat or another. This week they're out of chicken, and I was the first person when the store opened. Not to mention this location has changed their hours to not open until 12pm. Find a better location. Has consistently made me late for my lunch break, and only ever THIS location I keep adding to this review as they take longer and longer to make my food. I just watched the "chef" take food out of a prepared bowl, and put it BACK on the grill. Someone should teach these people how to cook Finally got my food 25 minutes after I ordered. My family and I ordered chicken bowls and this is our first time at this location, we ordered to go and got home and they gave us all rice with a sprinkle or shredded chicken. We were not happy at all we called to let them know and they couldn't help us they said. I was shocked at the service. I highly recommend people to make the extra time and drive to another location. Poor service poor portion. I should of took a picture to show you that this is not how you make a chicken bowl. So if you just want to eat a bowl of rice then it's the place for you read more

Ignoring the fact that this location is in a rough area and shopping center, the "double-chicken" bowl I purchased lacked chicken and the "meat" laying on top of the vegetables likely had been sitting out all day. It was tough and far from fresh. In fact, it made me sick. I went in today on a quick lunch break , I have been here several times and it was just ok had servers who were not that polite or professional. However I went in today and the two young men working were so nice and kind. The store looked clean they were very efficient with the order just overall nice guys! I appreciate nice kind service . I visited this location (4th street, Ontario) on Nov 17th to pick up an online order. Upon arriving and entering the store I could smell a strong smell of either spoiled meat or sewer -- not very appetizing. Both of the employees acted as if they had zero cares to give and moved as slow as they could to finish preparing the order. Speaking of preparing the order, neither of the 2 employees wore gloves while preparing the food which I know for a fact I've seen other locations have them on. Now, I have nothing against nose rings in general but it's a little off putting when both employees had huge nose rings dangling out of their nose. Just an overall disgusting vibe from this location. I go to/order from this spot pretty often because I work right around the corner. It never fails, there is always a problem with my order. The beef is frequently overdone, they're always out of something, service depends on the employee working that day, my dumplings have never been over lukewarm temperature anytime I order etc. On top of it all, they take forever to fulfill your order.
