Exceptional service. One of the most attentive breakfast experiences I've had. I stopped by El Panchito on a Friday morning around 8:30. My waitress Yessi greeted me right away and was incredibly attentive. After just a couple sips of coffee she was already asking if I needed a refill -- my cup never even made it halfway empty the entire time I was there. What really stood out was the teamwork. Even though Yessi was my waitress, the other waitresses were also checking on me as they passed by. There were about 5-6 waitresses working and everyone was constantly moving around making sure customers were taken care of. As a business owner myself, I pay attention to how places operate. If you own a restaurant, you may want to stop by and see how this team runs their floor -- the level of service and awareness of their customers is impressive. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and service you don't see very often anymore.

Found this place on Yelp and wow so glad I did. The prices are great, the service very friendly and the food great. I had the daily special of chicken fajitas for $11.99. Tasty tender chicken, rice light and fluffy and beans were excellent. No complaints, hope to go back again before I leave town.

Hidden gem! Absolutely delicious food! My son had a chicken kids quesadilla and a side of fries. He was so happy with the meal! And the menudo I ordered was so good! The place was very clean and the service was top notch. Very attentive staff who greet and welcome everyone who walks in. Fresh food and yummy chips and salsa. Definitely coming back! Parking was tight but they offer additional parking at the church upfront which has a vast parking area. Overall great little place! Highly recommend!

Pretty decent tasting Mexican food here. I've ordered their fajita plate trio(chicken, beef, shrimp). It comes with the sides of guac, pico, beans. But no rice or cheese. So I had to ask for a side of those. I also got a quesadilla and it was decent. Their tortillas are small. Meat has some taste but it could've been better. What I could say positive about this place is the PRICE. It's very cheap for the portion of food they give. I paid only $25 for the fajita plate of 2. If you're looking for a place to get full for a whole family and not spend too much, this is the place to go. Staff was pretty nice as well, although there was slight language barrier with some

For drinks, my husband and our friends tried some of the margaritas from their large and unique margaritas menu, as well as their hibiscus agua fresca. All of the drinks were very pretty and it seemed like everyone enjoyed them, too! We started with their chips and salsa trio, which we all really liked. The chips were on the thicker side, but were crispy and not stale or chewy at all. Each of the salsas were quite different, and two were served warm, which we really liked! For the price, I'd consider getting the chips and salsa as a non-negotiable, honestly. For entrees, we tried the enchilada rojas, chilaquiles verde w/ chicken and beef, birria barbacoa ramen, and huaraches. My husband felt like his ramen could have included more meat, but aside from that everyone really enjoyed what they ordered. The highlight was probably the desserts, though! We got a quatro leches and two ordered of their giant and amazing churros. Both were incredibly tasty and reason enough to return for another visit in the future!

Service was remarkable and very friendly from the host to the cleaning staff. Food was delicious. I really appreciated the creative flavors that were inspired by authentic Mexican cuisine. Standouts were the guacamole and wagyu carne asada, but everything was fantastic. I loved the Clara cocktail and enjoyed learning about the process to create it. It is clear that there was care and attention behind each menu item. Also, the pace of the food being brought out was evenly paced, which I appreciate, and our server gave us just the right amount of attentiveness. We celebrated my husband's birthday here, and they sent out a tres leches with a candle on it. Very kind and very delicious dessert. Usually not a big fan of tres leches, but this one was not overwhelmingly soaked in condensed milk, and it has a very fresh tasting peach (seasonal) puree drizzled on top. We will most definitely return.

I couldn't not order the duck carnitas. It came on a sope, which is basically my definition of the perfect Mexican brunch. It was really yummy, and I especially loved the salsa that came with it. My only real critique is that the portions felt a little on the smaller side. Either bump them up a bit or add a small side, because I definitely could've eaten a little more.

It's in the Museum District/Montrose area, so pretty accessible and with plenty of parking. The menu was pretty extensive with your Tex-Mex classics like fajitas and enchiladas, with a special for every day of the week.
