And let's say we were not disappointed, tucked away in a shopping is a gem of place, walking into this place was presently surprised with the clean and modern vibe which is awesome So good job ! Now food ... Oh damn all of it was fresh ingredients and packed full of flavor. Homemade Nem Noung Coung was delicious and the dipping sauce for it was onpoint ... it had a nice peppery flavor to it which was a pleasant surprise and did well . The coriander chicken salad was fresh and on point .. fresh herbs makes the dish. Bo ne was full of tender cubes of steak and fresh pate so good .. Scallion noodles and lobster delicious ! Service was on point and very attentive aswell.. Definitely would recommend this place and come back when I'm in town!

Nothing exceptional but good quality, good food And a fair amount of steak in mine for $16. I wish I could say the same about the service or lack there of provided by the two young female servers. For starters, they have zero communication skills. They drop things at the table and just stand there without a word. I did not receive the Vietnamese coffee that I ordered until I asked for it nor was I asked whether or not I wanted it with whipped cream - there's was no description on the menu so I wasn't aware it came with whipped cream. When we placed our order we asked for extra cilantro and received no cilantro at all. Once the runner delivered our food no one came over to ask how everything had turned out, if we needed anything else etc. The lack of communication, lack of attention to detail and quite frankly complete lack of personality turned a pleasant afternoon meal into a disappointment. It's a shame because I saw several other things on the menu that I'd like to try but I'm not interested in being in that unpleasant atmosphere again

I was really craving hand pulled noodles. Luckily I stumbled upon Yo Noodles as the closest thing…read moreto me (about an hour drive). What I enjoyed about Yo more than a place like Dumpling District (very similar in menu) was the quality and vibes of the service and atmosphere. The servers were very helpful to explain the dishes to my family members who needed some help. The food hit! The Spicy dry noodles are definitely what drew me to come here and they did not disappoint. My kids loved the pork chops. The seafood soup was loaded! The flavors were exceptional. And for as much food as we order, the price was pretty reasonable! We look forward to our next visit!

For example, the Panfried Pork Bun used to be my favorite item here but they've changed the recipe significantly. The pork filling used to be a lot larger and juicier...but now when you break open the bun, the filling is so small that half of the bun doesn't even have any meat. 80% of the bun is just dough and it's not fried well and quite greasy. Everything overall was way too greasy, including the crueller and the dry noodles were swimming in oil. I did like the texture of the noodles, but unfortunately it was overshadowed by the oiliness of the broth it was sitting in. It's really sad to see this place fall short since it opened a couple years ago. I'm hoping that they can improve their quality of food as it's really gone downhill since opening.

This place is located in where TeaDM is, just fyi. We're tried the Banh Mi (which comes in beef broth on the side), Garlic Steak on rice, Beef Pho. ALL GOOD. Ordering is quick and easy through the iPad, and I went with the Beef Perfect Bowl over rice. The portion alone impressed me. It came piled high with grilled beef, fresh greens, rice, and even an egg roll, making it feel like a complete meal rather than just a rice bowl. The beef was flavorful, the vegetables added a nice freshness, and while I'm trying to cut back on carbs, I have to admit the sticky rice soaked up all the savory sauce and was hard to stop eating. The only thing I would do differently next time is ask for jalapeños or another spicy topping. I like my food with a little more heat, and I think that extra kick would have taken the bowl to the next level. There are a handful of tables if you want to eat there, but I grabbed mine to go. Hidden gem is an overused phrase, but in this case it actually fits. Generous portions, solid flavors, and reasonable prices for this day and age.

My…read morehusband, daughter, and I arrived at Pho Royale like a trio of determined flavor archaeologists, ready to excavate some serious broth magic. Our order: * Pho Nam * Pho Nam + Bo Vien * Bún Bò Huế (aka the twist ending no one saw coming) Let's talk pho first: the broth was aromatic with a hint of sweetness--like someone simmered comfort, umami, and a little nostalgia in one pot. The nam was a revelation--tender, silky, and just fatty enough to make cardiologists nervous in the best way. The meatballs? Bouncy, beefy, and living their best life. But then... the Bún Bò Huế. Oh no. We had such high hopes. Instead, it tasted like someone whispered "lemongrass" over hot water and called it a day. No heat, no depth, no soul. Somewhere a Vietnamese auntie just clutched her pearls. That said--best pho in Sterling, hands down. The space is bright and looks newly zhuzhed up. Service is friendly. Vibes are cozy. It's a solid noodle sanctuary. Pro tip: Stick to the pho, dodge the BBH, and bring your rainy-day appetite. Pho Royale knows what it's doing--as long as you stay in the pho lane.
