He said it's not his field of expertise and sent me to go see another dr. , and then a Cat Scan, and Now an MRI, and I can see this running into thousands of dollars. AND I"M Not Paying, so I brought it up to the Dentist, and he basicly said there's Nothing I can do, ( It's NOT MY FAULT ) And that it could have already been broken before I went there?????? Seriously?? OK, So now it's been since November 16th 2025, and it's now January 20th 2026, and MY JAW is Still Broken. The Nurse / attendant that was in the room with us even said, " YEA, We had those jaw blocks in there pretty deep, and a long time because I kept waking up out of Anesthesia, and BOY you should have seen the look on Dr Witcheta face when she spit that out!!! Well needless to say we are entering a Mal-Practice Lawsuit, and that's the way he wanted it, I gave him ( Dr. Witcheta) Every opportunity to do what's right but he wasn't having it. So, we let the cards fall were they may. But I'll tell ya what. I was a patient of Dr. Jain's for few years, and as a patient, I had a very positive experience. In…read more2023, we moved away, and our insurance changed. I had undertaken a treatment in June of 2022 that concluded before we left in 2023. In September 2024, more than a year later, Dr. Jain's office reached out to let me know that my insurance company refused to pay the remaining balance for treatment that we began in 2022. Dr. Jain's office and Delta Dental Insurance have an arrangement wherein they pay for treatments month-by-month rather than all at once. Of course, I was surprised to hear that I owed a balance that meant my responsibility was more than 30% higher than what was quoted to me in 2022. Although their office did initially make clear that I would be responsible for costs not covered by insurance, at no point did they communicate that my insurance company would spread these payments out. As I worked with the office to investigate this issue, they quoted me different balances, and they sent me inaccurate statements. It also took their office more than a year to identify this problem. Because I could not trust their statements, I had to do the work to verify their billing with my insurance company, and even now that I have paid in full, I am not confident that I have not been cheated. They were unwilling to negotiate the remaining balance. They did offer me an 8% discount on the remaining balance. The bottom line is that more than a year after my treatment ended, I ended up being charged 30% more than what they quoted me when I agreed to the procedure. In my view, Dr. Jain's practice is fine for routine dental work, but not for more costly procedures. Look elsewhere.

After reaching out to several highly rated dentists near me on line, only Rivery got back to me, and in just a couple of hours. I was lucky to get an appointment that same day. Dr Lee and Raegan took care of me and I got in the chair right at the appointed time and we started to work. Long story short even though the crown I needed help with is older than Dr Yee he calmly proceeded to work with various components to get that crown ready to get back (firmly!) on that post. Without going into any more detail let me just say if you're calm and collected while working on my teeth, well then, I'm going to be calm and collected. He and Raegan tag teamed to keep me up to date on the progress and the prognosis yet chill while I was a reclining on that dental chair. Cool dental visit. Should you try them? Yes. But you'll have to work around my future visits - I've already got them scheduled!
