His work was impeccable. Besides the heater itself, Ron installed a new stand, earthquake straps, and new supply lines (water and gas). JRC only works with water heaters. Ron is truly an expert. I thought about doing this myself but with varying dimensions of the old vs new water heater, I knew I would probably end up having to modify the length of the gas and supply lines and exhaust vent. I feel so much better having had a pro do all of that! He hauled away the old heater and cleaned up the area completely. Nothing but positive marks for Ron and JRC!

They then rescheduled and sent two other technicians, but shortly after, I was told they would not be available for another three weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups and being told they would call me back regarding the refund, I have not received my deposit back and have not received any meaningful communication. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but the lack of follow-through, delays, and failure to return the deposit for work that was never completed is very frustrating and unprofessional.

Ron's pricing was competitive with other companies, and about 25-30% less than some of their more expensive competitors. Once I selected All Points, Christopher scheduled my installation of a Kuma wood-burning fireplace insert about a month later. The installation included a chimney cap and stainless steel chimney liner. Overall, the installation was done smoothly. I had one small issue with the fan not turning on, and Christopher sent his men out within a week to fix the issue. The Kuma product is an American-made hybrid wood burning stove with a catalytic converter. It is manufactured in Idaho by a family-run company, and I really like the product. I've enjoyed burning wood in the stove multiple times since purchasing it, and I'm confident that I'll be using the stove every Fall/Winter/Spring for many years to come. They patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. They thought through ways for me to save money without compromising efficiency. Their estimate was significantly less than those of other companies I contacted. I truthfully cannot say enough about the installation crew of Cody and Brian. This was a four-day job and throughout Cody and Brian were communicative, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable about optimum installation methods. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took every precaution to prevent any damage to walls, etc., during installation of heavy and awkward water heaters and furnaces on both the main and second levels. Then, Peter and his crew from Bob's sister electrical company, Washington Energy Services, like the Bob's crew, went above-and-beyond. Peter spent a lot of time analyzing the situation to come up with the most efficient, cost effective and least intrusive methods to update the wiring to accommodate the new equipment.
