Their flat fee price was very reasonable. Erick came to my house and did a beautiful job on my kitchen faucet. He went above and beyond the call of duty and ran to the Home Depot to obtain two extra 3/8" to 1/2" adapters (which were unexpected but required to finish the job that day) as I was hosting a party at my house the next day. Dedication and service like that are hard to find these days and I certainly appreciated his efforts! I would highly recommend him and Olson superior plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing help in the future!

Truly an Honest Review -…read more First off, The Water Heater Company fixed the issue with the pilot light on our Rheem Professional water heater, which had been going out after hours or days of use. This had happened in the past when we first purchased the unit about four years ago. At that time, I replaced the burner assembly and control valve, and the problem was solved. I never found out the exact cause, but it was fixed. Fast forward to today, and the same issue started happening again. Unfortunately, I was away on business, and my wife was home with the kids, getting tired of relighting the pilot every morning and sometimes multiple times during the day. We called The Water Heater Company, and their service and communication were excellent. After diagnosing the issue, they contacted Rheem and ordered replacement parts under warranty: the burner assembly and control valve. They gave us three options: replace the two parts under warranty, replace the entire water heater, or install a tankless water heater. Because this is a very expensive unit that otherwise works well, we chose to repair it. Here's my honest opinion. As a fellow tradesman, I understand that skilled work is expensive. Still, the labor charge of $800 felt very high for what was essentially a warranty part replacement. The first visit took about an hour, and the second visit took around 50 minutes. I understand there's drive time, phone calls, office staff, insurance, tools, and scheduling overhead, but it still seemed excessive. Maybe I'm looking at it through the eyes of someone who usually handles these kinds of repairs myself, but I was away for an extended period and needed the problem resolved. So I'm torn on the rating. Quality of work: 10/10. Professionalism: 10/10. Price: 4/10. In the end, though, I paid for peace of mind and have the issue fixed correctly than save a little money and end up with a possible poor repair.

They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! The inside of the piping was corroded and needed to be repaired. From the moment Sean and his team came out, they were professional, honest, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain exactly what was happening and even used a camera to show me the condition of the pipes, which made everything very clear. There was no vague explanations, just straightforward information and transparency. Sean was wonderful throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly. Jorge and his teammate came out to resurface the pipe, and another technician completed the epoxy lining. They later sent me a video of the finished work, and the difference was night and day. It was a significant investment, but it was absolutely necessary, and I'm glad I chose this company. They also stand behind their work with a 10-year warranty on the epoxy and a 2-year warranty if anything gets stuck, which gave me a lot of confidence. This company genuinely operates with integrity.
