His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Changed the PRV valve and it wasn't even the problem so money was wasted there... so CALL CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER FIRST!!

We are getting epoxy installed in the garage and Scott told me not to worry, they would come disconnect everything, put it to the side for the installation and then connect it back after. When I logged on here, I saw that there were some poor reviews which peaked my curiosity. I looked at them and I can honestly tell you that these people don't know the kind of system they have. They obviously did not listen because everything was explained meticulously. They are comparing this system to systems that are subpar. Also complaints about spending a few extra dollars for service and filters. If your health and well being is not important for you to spend a little extra money and you would rather spend that money on a 10 dollar Starbuck coffee filled with diabetes then you are a lost cause. TEFLON tape?! hahaha i ain't stupid. once they snaked and was not able to get through, they said that the next step was to find the clog in the wall open the wall cut out the pipe and replace (a 1.5k+ job) i asked if there were any other options like hydro-jetting or such and they said hydro jetting would spew out everywhere not able to be done second floor i did my due diligence and called a few contractors that knew plumbers that werent on yelp a guy came in the next day, hydro-jetted the clog out in 30 minutes without needed to do any of the above, and only charged me $60 lol beware of the upsell! + though, since they did not get the clog out they did not charge me, just off putting on the blatant upsell. the owner seemed nice though.

He had quite a job ahead of him, our old faucet was heavily coated with calcium from a persistent leak. But he assessed the problem, made plans to take apart the faucet as far as he possibly could, and from that point forward it was a matter of Joseph taking the calcified pieces and separating them in a manner that worked, but did no harm to our granite countertops. I was impressed with his ability to pivot away from what would not have worked, and use his skills to figure out the way to succeed. It is good to find creative tradesmen these days, we would love to have him come to our home if we need further help with the plumbing.

Wow! Brayan really saved the day! Brayan was very responsive when I called him and we were able to set up an appointment right away. He was able to take care of everything on my list- from smoke detectors to window latches and including the kitchen sink. Add another - as he was leaving, he remarked that we didn't have a pressure regulator on our incoming water line - I told him we did have one but we had it removed - and then he started low-key arguing with me saying he didn't see any evidence one ever existed. The house was 8 years old at that time, and he advised me the pipe under the driveway was likely broken in construction and suggested I contact the builder. I did, and thanks to rocky rooter it was dug up and fixed for free by the builder. Saved me $10k at least! I Have been loyal to him since, and he's done great for us, at a reasonable price, on several other minor jobs too since then. Can't beat Rocky Rooter for your plumbing or pipe routing needs!

How they even make money is a mystery to me they are so reasonable and efficient and professional. Carter came out, looked at the home, has a world of experience and was confident this would be a 2 day job. One day to run all the pipes in the house, the next to tackle the holes in the wall. We had a repiping and we talked to a few companies and they were all pretty honest, and Carter was a plumber and believed in things being done right. Could we have gotten it done cheaper, pretty sure that was possible. But you know that you are going to get what you pay for, and pipes over my head with water doesn't seem like something you want to skimp on. On vacation and come back to a swamp with water pouring in from the ceiling, thanks but no thanks, I will pay a little more for quality work with quality material that is high grade not Home Depot stuff. He was not nearly the most expensive, but he was extremely fair and quality work. On time, professional, cost effective, went the extra mile, was generous in his efforts, accommodating and expeditious. Not sure what else you need to hear, I can confidently say you will not be disappointed. Why do you think they have 5 stars, because of scummy business practices, being late, over charging, shoddy work ripping people off? That isn't who they are and they deserve your money and time - don't mess around with plumbing and save your money. I will have them handle the new mains when we have the cash for it.
