My Eliminite Termite Service Contract was up for its first renewal. Bobby, Hiram, and Austin arrived promptly on schedule. Our house was inspected inside and out. There were a few areas of new infestation which were quickly treated with Orange Oil and for other areas a new foam treatment which has a 30 day residual kill. Areas were identified which needed minor repair. Being small Bobby recommended Wood Bondo because it is easier to sand than the Auto Bondo I had used in the past. He said it stuck much better than plastic wood fillers. He also told me to wait a few days then call the office and the full report would be available and sent to me. I just needed to call the office and request it, which I did. I was very please in the past with the treatments given. This inspection showed just a few minor infestations. Consequently I have been very pleased with the treatments, the quality of inspection, and the overall experience. I highly recommend Eliminate Termite Services. They do recommend other professionals for more extensive wood damage. It the job requires tenting because of inaccessibility or too extensive involvement, they to not perform that service, and would be happy to give personal recommendations for tenting services. read more

I had called Eliminite to remedy the termite issue that we found in our garage, and remedy a potential infestation. The initial inspection unfortunately found that the termites was not only relegated to the garage but around the perimeter of the house. What was great was the detail that their worker did in guiding my inexperience to recognize the clues to what termite waste looks like. Another bonus was that we did not have to leave our home and he had ensured me that they would be very detailed in their discovery process of where the termites reside in our home. They worked with me on a great price and very fair warranty and set up the process right away! When the tech (Jeff) came the following week to provide the treatment, he was prompt, respectful, informational and super thoughtful about our family's situation. He had found more hot spots besides the one that the initial inspection had discovered, to which he treated free of charge; standing by the contract and the quality of work. A normal 3 hour job took Jeff probably 5 hours, and he did not leave until he inspected and eliminated all of the hot spots. He was even gracious enough to warn my wife that he may be loud during the inspection and it may wake our 1 year old who was going down for a nap. After treatment, he advised us on a follow-up call to where his company would send out another tech after a year to do a check and re-treatment "if necessary." After 2 years, we can review treatment with them for a fraction of the cost of the initial so that we could feel protected from termites. I cannot rave enough about the company and the techs they hired! I strongly recommend anyone who has a termite issue to reach out to these guys! 5 stars all around and especially a huge call out to their technician named Jeff. While in escrow, another company told us that the house we were selling had termites. Long story short, the sale fell out of escrow (non-termite related). Given were SUPPOSED termite issue, we called Eliminite Termite for an inspection and to see what our options were. The inspector (Gary) showed up in a timely manner and was courteous and professional through the entire process. He informed us that we did NOT have termites. We opted to have them replace seriously damaged wood, repair salvageable damaged areas, and prime and paint all new and repaired areas. They did a great job, all in two days while we remained in the house. All the termites were gone without having to move out or even cover food supplies.
