Amazing dinner. The service, the music, the drinks and the food. All spot on. Try the chocolate martini. For sure get a sauce on the steak. Loved the potatoes!

4.5 stars Before a show a girlfriend and I visited Ember We-Ko-Pa on Friday night. We thought the Hamachi crudo, scallops, and bison were outstanding. The special crème brûlée unfortunately was off. It was not advertised as having citrus and it was overpowering. If you are into that, then you probably would have loved the crème brûlée. Service was very attentive and friendly. Also the amuse-bouche was a nice touch. The restaurant is well lit and very open. There was a piano player singing and it provided nice ambiance.

I have been here twice now and both times there was not a single "miss." The ambiance is quite upscale but it's within a casino. Definitely not your average place as the service is extraordinary start to finish every time. We were celebrating my birthday so we were greeting with champagne and a sweet birthday card and finished with a lovely dessert. Little surprise starters and incredible selections led to an absolutely divine dinner. The steak INCLUDING the additional wagyu we got was cooked perfectly and every sauce/side paired to perfection. I truly cannot recommend this place enough!

We had a mixed experience last night. Our server Ben was excellent. We started with the bread service which was great. We ordered the bison short ribs and a filet plus a side of fried Brussels sprouts. While the short ribs were absolutely wonderful, the steak was medium and the Brussels sprouts were chewy. We discussed those issues with Ben and came to a mutually acceptable conclusion. We've had many satisfactory experiences here and this episode won't keep us from returning.

Austin, thank you! Everything was amazing from the recommendations on the appetizer and side dish to the beverages and desert. The A5 Wagyu melted in my mouth, that Lemon Tres Leche with the macaroon on top and everything in between was so tasty. Will definitely be back!

First class service and food. We love this place. Great chefs and a must go and enjoy.

Our first time dining here, great experience. Our server was called "Frenchie" and had a fantastic personality! Very attentive to our needs, as well. Party of 4, they started w/meatball app, sauce and cheese vere very good (was told the meatball was, too). 3 in our party had steaks, lobster risotto and mashed potato sides; I had the Seasonal salad w/out pancetta and it was really tasty. The soft goat cheese was great! Side of broccolini with garlic was yum! The bread they serve along w/the butter and chives was awesome, too. We shared a tres leches dessert that had wonderful banana sorbet on the side, perfect after-dinner treat. If I was a meat eater, I'd go back again for my hubby who only gets to enjoy steak 1-2x/year, but the vegetarian choices weren't great. However, I made do just fine, and it was a fun experience!

People were dressed up, but also some were very casual coming in from the Casino. I think they expect all types of dress.

Saddle Bronc has a fantastic menu with so many delicious items to choose from, along with an impressive selection of beers on tap. You can really taste the quality and the family recipes behind each dish. I had the broasted chicken, and it came out piping hot, perfectly crispy, and incredibly juicy. I also can't say enough about the ranch beans and homemade coleslaw--they were absolutely delicious! My friends ordered the daily prime rib special and the chicken sandwich, and they loved their meals too. Overall, Saddle Bronc is everything you hope for in a small-town, family-owned restaurant. Happy hours may exist here, just have not found that to be common or much of a deal. If money doesn't matter, the bar is a cool and comforting place to meet locals and visitors. You may just need to move to another seat to find people that like words like I do. That is true of most places though. Good place to stare at your phone instead of doing it at home. Just costs a lot more than the latter. Which J do instead of going here. Honest here, have no problems. But if you want an enjoyable experience there are other options in Fountain Hills worth a try.

Flavorless fried filets, soggy French fries, chewy hush puppies that have a gross powdery center, and a small Cole slaw that's always warm. It seems that the big draw for this restaurant is the spectacular views, not so much the service, or food. Please note that the menu that's on their Yelp listing, is outdated. I tried to place an order by phone. The guy that answered told me I had the wrong restaurant, none of the items I tried to order were on their menu. You'd have to Google their current menu, if you want to see what they have. The guy that answered the phone was abrupt, & condescending also. I would only return here, if they got different management. The current one sucks.

What looks like free parking in the self-parking area actually isn't. There's a sign that says you have to pay for parking with a QR code. Parking is only free for 30 minutes. I called the hotel to inquire about parking and they didn't answer. After walking to the front desk, we were told that valet is validated at the speakeasy. I'm not a fan of valet, but I'll take free valet service (minus the tip) over paying more for self parking. Now, let's get to the good stuff. As the self-appointed king of speakeasies, I'm back with another one. Ambiance: (4.5/5): I won't give all of the clues away, but walk to the third floor, look for a book shelf, and you're on the right track. Once you get inside, you'll find an intimate speakeasy. We're talking seating for 12 or so people or so, tops. I imagine getting a seat on a weekend is quite tough, so take that into account and make a reservation. When you do, you'll find out that there's a $25 cancellation fee per person if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation. I understand that no shows negatively impact restaurants/bars, but I absolutely hate when the cost of doing business is passed off on customers. I'm reliable, but if I'm going with someone else, and they cancel, now I'm in a tough spot. Anyways, I loved the ambiance at The Madam. Think dark wood, sophistication, and some cowboy vibes. The seating was comfortable, too. Service (4.5/5): Minus the parking snafu, our bartender did an absolute awesome job taking care of us. She was friendly and attentive throughout. They were perfecting a new drink menu and even offered us two drinks on the house. Which was much appreciated! We were lucky, for sure. Food (N/A): While they do have food, I was on a liquid diet on this visit. Drinks (4/5): When I go to a speakeasy, I'm looking for creativity. You'll find that here for the most part, though I wish the list of craft cocktails was a little larger. There were only two or so cocktails that struck my fancy. I went with the one with green chartreuse, which is always a treat. But, when I'm at a speakeasy, I'm hoping that at least half of the selection intrigues me. Despite the limited selection, the cocktails are well made and have an interesting blend of flavors. The Madam is a true speakeasy (no signage and an ambiance which is true to the history of speakeasies), which makes them a winner in my book.

The speakeasy itself is small, cute, and cozy, with a very dark, intimate interior that instantly sets the mood. We commented that it would be an excellent spot for a date night. The bartender was especially impressive. She was very knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to create a custom drink for my friend, and she absolutely loved it. I ordered an espresso martini made with rum, which was interesting and different from the usual vodka version. We didn't order food this time since we stopped in before our dinner reservation elsewhere, but other tables had food that looked great. I'd love to come back specifically to try their food along with more cocktails. Overall, a great little speakeasy with solid drinks, great service, and a cozy vibe. I'd definitely return.

The chicken tenders were fire!!! What is lacking on this occasion was service. The server that we had was so unattentative. I have never been in a cocktail lounge in my life and had to beg for drinks. Our server would wait until every drinks was made for all of her tables before bringing out drinks. It was ridiculous. She was nice but seemed high. I ended up only having 2 drinks. We would have ordered more but they have 90min max seating and we didn't event get drinks for the first 30min. No exaggeration. Also one of my drinks I had to send back. My apple martini tasted like soap. It was like they did clean the glass after giving a soap bath. No bueno. So they need to get their service to match the vibe of a true cocktails lounge. Yes it is a 70s vibe but doesn't mean the lackadaisical style service. I would come back and try again. The music, the atmosphere and the food was good. They gotta get these cocktails together and service. We ended up walking to nearby competitors and that was money lost for DDG.
