I feel scammed to be honest. I paid alot of money to have empire come in and do my whole house. I paid for my floors to be completely done leveled and all. They didn't level anything not a single spot. So now my floors feel and look like a mini roller-coaster. If something gets spilled you have to hurry before it rolls away. The installation crew insisted it was all level. They also hardly spoke English and drug the project out over two weeks. A job I was told would only take 3-4 days. They unhooked my toilet told me I needed to have the floor repaired something the sales rep said they would do and then left my toilet off over memorial day weekend. They scratched my new floors moving furniture back and i just found a piece of furniture with a whole cut in it for an outlet even though it already had three wholes for the power cord to come out of. I have tried calling the installation department/ management probably 20 times with not a single call back. I will never recommend this company to anyone for that matter I will warn people about it. read more

The installers over loaded an outlet in my home causing a power surge that fired wires. This caused us to have to call an electrician and pay $3600.00 in repairs and be without power for 3 days. When I contacted customer service I was told to submit a detailed receipt from the electrician for reimbursement. When I submitted the receipt I was told they would not fully reimburse us because we did not have multiple estimates done. I still have not heard back about a resolution. The installers also could not finish the job because the did not have the correct transition pieces. They scheduled to come back 2 days later. I took off work and they never showed up. When I called Empire I was told they were never scheduled and someone would call me back about getting them scheduled. I never received a call until the next day while at work from the installer telling me he was at my house to finish the job. Again I called Empire and was told that I should have received a call. Finally I got it scheduled for the following week. I was told they would arrive between 8am and 9 am. They did not arrive until 11:40am. As nice as the floors may look the hastle and extra money caused by the installers is definitely not worth it. I will tell everyone I know to stay far away from Empire Flooring! read more

Sales Rep: Super rude, maybe a little sexist - can a woman Really make these decisions, Im not going to waste my time, kind of guy. I explained to him exactly what I was looking for: Laminate on 2nd floor - Hall and 3 bedrooms and 2 flights of stairs. He asked me if I was getting other quotes, I told him that I got a quote from Luna that morning, he looked at me told me they are the same company in a very rude tone (I had no idea), I asked him to continue the quote he huffed and bumbled under his breath. Fast forward like 15 minutes: He came down stairs - quoted $13,000 without showing flooring options. I asked to see the flooring, he huffed again and grabbed one set of flooring, and was not interested in answering a single question. He left. Empire called to see if I wanted to reschedule my "missed appointment" I told them I had my appointment 4/17 and walked through my experience. We had carpet installed July 2015 and after a few months it started to pull away from the metal strip like the carpet wasn't to the kitchen flooring far enough. It was fraying at the strip. The installer came back and stuck hundreds of staples up against the strip in the carpet. It is the worst carpet everything makes pull in it, the installer said if it gets pulls to cut it off right away? Zippers, the dog collar, it feels like you have to have a scissors in view at all times! It is a Berber type carpet City Park/dream catcher. It has runs everywhere and we have a recliner and there's a wear mark where it opens and closes. Horrible quality carpet would not recommend to anyone was over $3,000 would have not expected to replace after 1 1/2 years! read more

I spend thousands of dollars in a new floor and now they won't call us back to discuss why we aren't happy with it . Called the salesperson and local office and no response. To make matters worse they did the floors of my parents and they only had supplies to finish half of their floor and they have left half of their house incomplete with subfloors showing and told them it could take weeks to get rest of flooring in and my mom is still recovering from a stroke and she is supposed to try to walk on a sub floor after spending thousands on new floor, how do you start a project when you don't have enough supplies to finish, don't ever use empire flooring. Dan, the sales representative, came on Tuesday and made promises. He stated laminate on Friday and carpeting on Saturday. Sounded good. We worked very hard to get ready. Friday morning one man comes to do the laminate flooring and demands more money. We were on the phone for over an hour to fix this. Friday night at 7 the one man says he can't get the work done and will be back the next morning, leaving us in a mess. Saturday morning he is here at 7 and I received a phone call at 7:15 that they ran out of the carpet and can not install the carpet and it will be at least a week. I have attempted to call my sales representative multiple times and he will not call me back. BTW no reduction in the cost. read more

Don't even bother! We were lucky enough to have sellers of the home we are buying allow us to measure for carpet before closing . We had a 12-2 time frame . At 150 i was called and told it would be about 40 minutes before they were there . Only reason they called was our realtor called and asked what the deal was . I wish I had a better update to post here. It has been two weeks since my initial install date (04/26/17) and one week since my last review (05/01/17). Since then, the flooring install is completed. When I had my condo building's inspector review the job as they were finishing up last week, I was informed by the inspector that Empire did not use the proper underlayment, as required by my building. This underlayment was discussed MULTIPLE times with MULTIPLE Empire employees. I called Empire immediately to let them know there was another issue, and finally received an email response from them today. They let me know they would be happy to reinstall the flooring using the proper underlayment, but this would be at a cost of $1200 to me. Again, UNACCEPTABLE. This is in addition to the fact this job took two more days than promised, and that the installers took my keys home with them and initially refused to immediately return them. Not to mention the fact that I had to spend several hours cleaning up the leftover scrap material and sawdust covering every layer of my condo after the install was done. Even worse, the $200 credit I was promised two weeks ago has yet to show up in my bank account. I believe Empire has displayed gross negligence during the sales and installation processes, and has done the bare minimum to try and make this right. empire has had my window shade for 8 weeks for repair. Customer service is terrible. I have had to do all of the calling to find out about my shade. Every time i get a different story. 8 weeks is totally unacceptable. All I can say is buyer beware. They are there for the money part of the deal but you are on your own after that. Empire did a really great job on my floors. I had the entire first floor redone including closets. I did have a problem area underneath my washer and dryer. There was a piece of plywood there and we weren't sure if we would be able to properly put flooring underneath. But the second crew came in to finish the job and were able to not only finish the flooring underneath the washer and dryer but did an amazing job it looks great. For the first time since I bought this house I'm not embarrassed about the way the floors look. read more

If I could give Empire negative stars... I would absolutely! They came to install my kitchen flooring and they were HORRIFIC! Damaged my fridge walls and installed cheap mdf quarter round that does not match the rest of my house! They took my money and have run with it. When calling them about the damage. They have hung up on me several times and have absolutely no customer service. Word of mouth is powerful and so is yelp... run away run away. In 2015 I bought a condo. The floors were horrible! I needed someone who would come out and put on all new flooring quickly so we could move in on time. Empire was able to do this. We asked for carpet on the stairs and second floor and laminate on the first floor. Aside from a misunderstanding where they tried to put the new laminate over old linoleum in the kitchen- which had me on the phone for quite some time- the installers were very efficient, Hard working and polite. I thought I was very satisfied with the experience. However, About 2 years in the carpet started popping up in my sons bedroom. Then a few months later it popped up in the hall. Maybe a year after that, another spot in my sons room popped up. Five years almost to the day since we had the carpet installed, and we have five "bumps" in our carpet upstairs. I've never had this happen before. It was very expensive carpet and installation. Very disappointing to say the least. read more

I chose Empire today to update the flooring in two bedrooms. The consultant put me on the schedule for Friday. Friday came and I had not heard from anyone so I reached out and was advised that they were not coming out until the following week. I asked why I was not notified and they told me that they didn't have the materials and they rescheduled me. Because of the way they treated me I decided I wanted to cancel everything. They transferred me to a supervisor. He offered me a discount $100. I told him that wasn't acceptable as I had lost confidence in the company and I just wanted to cancel the entire order. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay a restocking fee and I thought well that's ridiculous since the whole reason they couldn't do the work is because they didn't have the materials. Holy crap, was this a brutal experience. While the laborers installing the carpet did a precise and diligent job, the salesman was one of the top 10 biggest scumbags I have ever encountered. In case you're wondering (or hopefully he's reading), I'm calling out Jim. Firstly, Jim comes to your house dressed in button down Hawaiin shirt, unshowered, unrested, and quite possibly still buzzed from his post AA trip to the dive bar around the corner. Now here's why he sucks as a human being: He changed my price on three occasions, lied to me about how many square footage my room was, hesitated and stuttered like crazy when I told him that just because I'm 22 doesn't mean I don't know math, illegally recorded our conversation on his phone (which I didn't realize until the end of it when he tried to blackmail me) by placing it in the center of the table, started complaining about his back and asking me about prescription drugs while trying to bait me into sharing mine (I told him about my shoulder injury when we had baseball small talk) while leaning into his phone and raising his voice to an artificially naive tone, made up a rule that said I had to buy 25% extra carpeting-which became 20, then 15, then stormed out of my house when I calmly told him I felt like I was being taken advantage of, to only call me back 5 minutes later apologizing for his actions and excusing it with his "back pain" and then having the AUDACITY to ask me for some pain medication. Listen up people. Carpeting is NEGOTIABLE. You're don't pay the asking price! I happily used Empire twice. The first installation was $875 total (with a little negotiating). Second time for the same space (due to carpet damage on my part) the cost came in at over $3000!! He gave me some line about high oil prices related to carpet prices which I thought was a bunch of BS.I flatly said it was out of the question. I offered him another $875 for the same carpet, same installation and after several phone calls to his bosses, he agreed. They told me when I bought the carpet that it had a 17 guarantee. When I called them because my carpet is fuzzy after 4 years they told me that I have to have it professionally cleaned and pay a 95 dollar fee for them to come look at it. I will NEVER use this company again nor will I recommend this poor excuse of a company to any one. First off, I made an appointment to get carpet & blinds. My appointment was November 7. He came in and measured my flooring and said that he'll call back the next week to set up the appointment for the blinds. Carpet installation was quick and I was happy with the end result. The salesman never called so I just set up an appointment through the webpage again. The salesman came out measured windows and shows me the different blinds for sale. Mind you, he said the reason that there is such a small selection is because that's all they have in their special warehouse. He proceeds to tell me that they contractor has to come out to remeasure and that installation will follow. We had set dates November 28th for the remeasure and then December 10th for the installation. I get it that blinds take longer to get ready and accept the dates. The day of November 28th roles around and I take off work. Salesman said that someone would call me by 8am the latest. No call, so I call them around 10 the rep tells me that someone will call me by 11am. NO ONE ever called me back so I had to call again and who ever I was talking with was very short and said I will call you back tomorrow with compensation for your time. I thought to myself, this company really does care about their customers... this must be just a little mess up. I get it.. It's Christmas and everyone wants their blinds installed.. I get it. BUT HOW WRONG I WAS! Tuesday - no call at all so I call back and rep says someone will call you tomorrow between 8-12 says previous rep didn't finish the request Wednesday - no call again so I call back again - rep says that it takes 24 hrs to get a call back - asked why did the previous person tell me different? She doesn't have an answer Thursday - no call again - call back again - this rep now says it takes 24-48 BUSINESS HOURS TO GET A CALL BACK... Are you kidding me? it could be over a week until I get a call back? So I demand that I get on the phone with someone who can actually help me. I'm put on hold and finally I get someone from Chicago that says she'll take $50 off of my order... 50$?!?!?! After spending thousands... I just said absolutely not start the cancellation.. She proceeds to tell me that she will call me back tomorrow and leave her direct line on a voice mail with a better discount - I told her that I did not believe that she would call me back Friday - would you guess that they didn't call me back?? At this point, I am fuming. The worst part about this is that I could have gotten my blinds through Lowes.. ordered them on November 7th (my original appointment) and they would have been installed by now before the holidays and for a much discounted price AND BETTER SELECTION! So the person that I talk to on Friday tells me that a manager will call me on Monday between 8 and 12 and then offers me a $200 discount. I let him know that I still want a manager to call.. Saturday - installer comes to measure - I ask him how long before I get my blinds he says that he has to create a special order for the blinds because they get the blinds from somewhere else and it will take 6 business days to get them in.. UMMMMM Thought Empire had a special warehouse where it kept these special blinds. Monday - No one calls - I speak to a rep and he says that none of the previous reps ever put a request to have a manager call me... WHHAAAT?!?!? I told him that they can go back to the previous calls to listen to the conversations to confirm... At this point I really have no choice but to use them b/c no other place will be able to have my blinds in on time for the holidays. At this point, I'm waiting for anyone to call me. This was the most horrific customer experience that I have gone through and am still going through b/c I'm still waiting for a manager call AND they have yet to give me an installation date. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GO ELSEWHERE LIKE LUNA OR LOWES. EMPIRE IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY.. OH AND THE 50/50/50 DEAL IS A COMPLETE SCAM. If I could give zero stars, I would. To sum up my review in one word: abysmal. We needed the bedroom carpet in a rental property replaced. I took the day off work so I could meet the guy to make a selection and have him measure. I impressed upon him several times that the installation had to be complete by the next afternoon, as we had several prospective renters coming the following evening. He said that would be no problem. Because I was pressed for time, I decided to go with Empire, despite the quote being $800 for stock carpet in a smallish room. So, I take the next day off of work to be there for the installation. By 1:30, they still weren't there - despite a two-hour installation time and a promise to be done by 3:30. I called, and it turns out that the sales guy wrote the wrong dates on the paperwork, and scheduled the installation for the day after. The customer service reps were worthless and said there was nothing they could do. I opted to cancel the installation - in the nearly THIRTY minutes I was on the phone with them trying to do this (20 of which were spent on hold), a friend who was with me called and obtained rough estimates from three other vendors! Immediately after, I walked to a nearby vendor and received a quote that was almost 50% less than Empire - and went with them (review to come after install). I have a very busy career and do NOT appreciate having to take two days off, only to have my time wasted. Not only that, we had to show the unit with busted carpet - needless to say, no bites. Despite the fact Empire and its jingle are a Chicago nstitution, they apparently don't respect their customers' time. Never again. read more

Great experience from buying to installation. Sales rep came to our house, measured, brought in samples, and gave us a great price. Installers came a week later, with 5 guys who worked nonstop from 8 until 5. They carpeted the whole house(3200 Sq ft), moved all the furniture and replaced it where it was,hauled away the old carpet, cleaned up their mess, did a walk through, and were done by 5. They even cut a piece of the old carpet and installed it in our basement with the old padding underneath. The crew supervisor was so courteous and polite and made sure that we were completely satisfied. I would recommend Empire to anyone. They were top notch. read more

We hired Empire Carpet last month and the installers robbed us. They took $500 cash, frozen pizzas, energy drinks, smashed grapes and chips on our kitchen floor, stole a digital camera, tools etc.. Empire carpet has refused to deal with us on this matter and has said they only deal with the police. When I question the police they say Empire Carpet is not forthcoming with the installers contact information and the poiice said since there were three of them they wouldn't know which of the 3 to arrest anyway. In the mean time Empire Carpet is trying to chargecharge us full fare and won't return calls. read more

Do yourself a favor and NEVER use Empire. After a wonderful carpet install 3 years ago, we used them for Hardwood Flooring even though after negotiation the price was a bit higher than places like Home Depot. The sales staff was great (btw they are contracted and true employees). I was pushed into next day delivery for the cheaper price which I agreed to. Even after confirming by phone that morning on the delivery time, I called because it was past the delivery time and was told they did not have enough product (quarter round). After multiple calls over a few days (even the corp. number couldn't reach anyone in the Chicago market), I rescheduled for the next week. Again, multiple calls were made to confirm everything was ready for the install. Two hours after the delivery time, I called again and was told this time they were out of the flooring. After multiple times and calling a number of the customer care manager (found on another review website), I agreed not to cancel my order. I spoke with a fixer who was able to knock more money off the deal and give me the product at "cost". I agreed and the install did occur. The install team was top notch and I was pleased with the product (again, the installers are contracted and not directly employed by Empire). If the story ended there I would have gave a few stars. When the bill came, The price was $90 more and an additional $90 showed up 4 weeks after the initial charge came through. Customer service again was lacking with the first person saying "We got our money so take it up with the bank". I did call the bank where I found the error. Calling Empire back, I got transferred around and placed on hold for about an hour only to be disconnected. When I called back and asked for the woman I was just talking to I was told she was on vacation and had to explain the whole situation again to be told it was for "extra product that was needed". Since I never authorized it and the original bill was overcharged I disputed it. I was told the accounting dept would call back. I got a message the next day saying "We undercharged you, that is what you owed us so we added what wasn't charged". Hmmmm, a whole different story proving the shadiness. I called the "fixer back" who stated the price he quoted was now $90 higher and they billed the wrong amount (what I had as the original amount) and they needed to charge correctly. I disputed the second $90 charge and after another hold to investigate, found out that it was another error and would be credited in 1-2 billing cycles (mind you I'm still paying interest on that mistake). I still debate the first extra $90 I was quoted but want to be done with them and their horrible customer service team that I am dropping it to prevent the stress and time dealing with anyone in this company. The one star is because they at least admit they mess up a lot. read more

Horrible! I paid four times what the installation of laminate flooring was worth! I usually try to be a little more shrewd negotiating prices for remodeling work, but something about Empire's salesman, Kirk, caught me so off guard - I got brain freeze and agreed to pay the outrageous sum of $10,500 to have 720 sq of floor space covered with laminate interlocking flooring. The 60% off materials sale being run at the time was meaningless - as I now believe all Empire's TV-advertised sales are. I had requested a free estimate, which Empire advertises they provide. But when the salesman Kirk arrived, he brusquely told me he was NOT an estimator - that Empire does not provide "comparative estimate levels" or some such gobbledy-gook as that. He then asked me to tell him what I thought the job would be worth so if I wanted some low figure, I would not be wasting his time taking measurements, etc. When I didn't want to vouchsafe a figure, he went ahead and quoted a price anyway. Even though I told him I was in no rush at all for the work, he said he would waive taxes and certain other charges if I agreed to have the work done the next day. I guess I was so caught off guard by this mercenary, baffling approach, that I foolishly signed the contract. Empire wanted the entire $10,500 up front, before they started work, in order that I not walk out and "cheat them" as the work crew said had happened a couple of times. Empire did not have a large selection of laminate flooring to choose from - nothing near to the kind of selection one finds at local big-box do-it-yourself stores. Kirk only brought 10-12 samples of laminate flooring and a few samples of cork flooring. The head of the work crew told me that he was the one hired by Empire. then he'd been given a free hand to hire whatever men he wanted as his work team. In this case, he'd hired sons and nephews. That's OK, but it seems as if Empire is then basically sub-contracting the work. The work crew of four men did arrive on time the next day and did complete the installation in one day. The work is adequate - nothing special. They ripped up the old carpeting, laid padding on the concrete floor of my unit, then applied the floating, interlocking paneling. They glued rather sketchy, pressboard quarter-rounds in place - and that was that. The flooring is acceptable, but I know I'll cry every time I look at it, considering how much I overpaid. I have a larger commercial property I was considering having re-floored - but I certainly won't go to Empire to have the job done. I'll also tell all my friends to avoid the Empire experience like the plague. I intend to research the matter a little (belatedly) to find out if Empire has changed ownership recently. I believe at one time they were a reliable, honest mainstay of the Chicago area - a firm you could count on to give you a fair deal on flooring. But something has turned them into really price-gouging, hit-and-run fast operators. read more

Reading these other reviews is like deja vu! I met with a salesman, paid the deposit and scheduled installation. I went with Empire after having to fire a previous company because they just couldnt get it together after several attempts. My condo building has criteria that has to be met. Pretty standard for the city. Subflooring and soundproofing underneath the hard wood floor. People have new floors placed in my building all of the time, nothing extraordinary is being asked here. The saleman knew about my bad experience with the other company, so I got a lot of "this is standard, simple, this will be no problem". I told him that when the floors were originally placed 8 years earlier, they were nailed down with a plywood subflooring. I didnt know if there was cork there, but there needed to be cork with this install. Sure, sure no problem. The floor had to be replaced due to some water damage, so I told him that I didnt know how far down it went, but I suspected the subflooring would need to be replaced. "sure, sure, no problem". I should have seen the light when he gave me my estimate. It was at least $1500 more than the estimate that he had given me about 2 months earlier. Same work. So of course, oh there must be a discount that he included in the last estimate, he will honor that same price. Installation is scheduled. I make sure that I have the time off from work. Everything gets submitted to my building manager and approved. Installation day comes and the installer walks in and immediately raises his eyebrow and says the floor is uneven. Spends several hours running back and forth to the truck, making phone calls to the installation manager and just kind of generally walking around on my floor. Then he tells me that he doesnt think that they can do the work. He thinks that the cement underneath all of the flooring is uneven. Tells me that they will have to pull up the floor and then I have to hire another contractor to smooth the concrete, then they can come back and place the floor. Keep in mind, this floor was placed by another company 8 years prior, and while I had problems with that company, nothing was brought up that there were physically any installation barriers. So I call the installation manager and immediately note my displeasure. The manager tells me, "no, no, no the work can still be done, but it will cost more than originally quoted to me". First of all my quote didnt include removal of the old floor. Um, excuse me? Why not? Well I got a round about answer about them not knowing what was underneath my floor and the paperwork says its a floating floor instead of a nail down. I expressed that I couldnt understand why the paperwork was incorrect because the salesman and I had an extended conversation about my existing floor and the scope of work. So now they are suddenly going to have to change the way that they do the job and use glue underneath the subflooring to help smooth the floor. I will be honest, I didnt completely understand what he was telling me. The part that I did understand was that it is going to cost almost $2000 more than what was already quoted. What? That is a considerable difference. I feel like it was a bait and switch. The salesman knew I had a bad experience with the last company and so everything was "oh yeah, this is easy, no worries", etc. And then its a disaster when they finally come in. But they also knew that I was on a time crunch and needed to get the work done so I could list my condo for sale. And I already wasted a bunch of time on the other company. So lets tell her what she wants to hear, and then we will raise the price on her, because well, what are her other options, it takes too long to get another estimate and installation scheduled. And I told the manager all of this, So he bumped the price down to $800. Which I still felt was inappropriate. But no worries. I didnt have to fire them. Because then the installer came back and said that they couldnt do the work. He didnt know what type of concrete was under the subflooring and he didnt know if their glue would work. What? Are you serious? So this took until almost noon to get to this decision. I dont know the last time that I was that aggravated. I called to request a refund and was told that it would take 10-14 business days. I told them that it didnt take them 10-14 business days to process my payment, therefore I expected an expedited refund. To which I was replied, well you cancelled the job, so you can wait essentially. I let her know, no Empire cancelled the job not me. So only after I insisted on an expediated refund, sent to me by overnight FedEx did that get resolved. I have some questions abou the ethics of this company. I feel cheated by the whole process. And definitely cheated out of a whole of time. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I booked them. read more

Everything past the sale was HORRIBLE beginning with installation through financing. Paid off a bill of thousands in three months because Wells Fargo was involved, another set of crooks. Look the other way and don't get caught up in brand loyalty. My mom chose this company based on business she did with it 20+ years ago, despite contrary contemporaneous info. read more

We were supposed to have carpet installed today, got a call this morning that they ran out of carpet...all my flooring is already pulled and everything is disassembled already so now my family including a 1yo and a 5yo are stuck sleeping on a pile of blankets we had to lay on our concrete slab until they can get more carpet in. I am not sure how you can you contract to do something without looking at your inventory. I called my salesman and got no answer. I called customer service and her only response is we will call you when it comes in. No remorse no anything. So now we are stuck sleeping on concrete with sub zero Temps at empires mercy. Unbelievable. At this point i would definitely not recommend. read more

Awful...terrible...horrible....we purchased carpeting for our master bedroom at a cost of $1,700 about 12 months ago and have had to replace it already....they sell garbage....they had the nerve to send out an "independent" consultant to evaluate our carpeting and his report showed it was fine. In other words, their quality standards are so low that threadbare carpeting is considered acceptable in their book. Do not ever call these theives. read more

I'd be giving zero stars if that was an option. I'm so dissatisfied with Empire flooring and their customer service that I will NEVER use their services again. All I wanted was new carpet installed and my doors cut down so I could use them with the new carpet. That is WAY too much to ask. It started with the sales person telling me I could leave big furniture in the room and the installers would move it around as necessary... that's not true. Then, a separate team needs to come out to cut down your doors. They will literally NEVER show up and not call to tell you their other jobs took too long so they won't make it. I'm on my third appointment and it's going on almost 2 weeks after the carpet install and my doors aren't cut down. I've escalated to several managers and they don't care. They won't even give me a discount for all of the trouble they caused me. I would highly discourage anyone from using Empire flooring. read more

Had Empire sales rep stop by today. We where shown the 60% off and the not on sale carpet. Well the 60% off was only .06 cents cheaper than the normal price carpet. Which the normal price carpet was higher quality. We called the sale rep on it and we couldn't receive a clear straight answer. Then we had the sales rep called "office" to get the best price on the carpet that wasn't on sale. They dropped the price almost 45%. Then we asked about the 60% off carpet and they dropped it to the same price range as the other carpet. My wife and I ask how is that possible. From that point on the sale rep attitude completely changed. The sales rep became rude and snooty.. and other few choice words that I would get this post removed. I told the sales rep that I think that I'm not getting the best deal and that the price comparison between the two doesn't add up. read more
