We shared: Friend Sushi Burrito - Tuna + Salmon marinade with yuzu soy, Crab salad, Cucumber, Avocado, Lettuce, Pickled radish, Egg, Soy glazed sauce Kimchi + Bulgogi Fries - Seasoned Fries with Kimchi and Bulgogi (Korean BBQ beef), Green Onions, Sesame seed, Spicy mayo sauce, Onion maple sauce Crunch & Fire - Spicy tuna, Shrimp tempura, Rice, Cucumber, Green onion, Sesame seed, Crab salad, Soy glazed sauce, Spicy mayo sauce, and Onion maple sauce Spider Man - Fried softshell crab, Rice, Crab salad, Cucumber, Green onion, Sesame seed, Soy glazed sauce, Spicy mayo sauce, and Onion maple sauce Fusion food done right which not often. Great combination of different flavors and textures. Quality of fish was good. I was particularly impressed with the fried ingredients. Excellent crunch on the taco shell, softshell crab, and shrimp. Bulgogi fries, tasty, needs more Bulgogi. No issues with service. Decent amount of seating for small to medium groups.

I went here for lunch with my friend. We both got the Crunch sushi burrito which we both said was really good. At first I thought it was small, but I realized it is very filling. It was kind of messy to eat, but I honestly preferred this over eating a sushi roll. The inside of the place was empty when we went, but it was well lit and looked squeaky clean. The workers were polite, and helped clean the space we were sitting at. Food came out quick as well.

This place is sooo good! We stopped by for a quick snack and opted for the sushi tacos, one savory with salmon and tuna, and two salmon wafus. The "taco shell" was a tempura-like fried seaweed and had crab, fresh poke, and sauce. Would definitely come back to try their other items but the sushi tacos were delicious. Ambiance and aesthetics of the restaurant were pretty and cute. Service was fast.

I've been coming to En Hakkore 2.0 for years. It's one of the few places that have not compromised their food quality over the years. I get the same thing each time. I love the crunch & fire tacos. I have tried their sushi burritos, but the crunch & fire tacos have a special place in my food heart. It's crispy and packed full of flavor. It's not too greasy, but it is messy. The crunchy tacos are best eaten fresh at the restaurant, don't travel well. Their burritos and bowls are fine for takeout. The space recently went through a remodel and it feels brighter and fresher.

Good local Wicker Park spot for Asian fusion items. We got the shrimp tempura tacos and shrimp tempura poke bowl. We liked everything, and if you especially like things sauced up, this is your place. Price point is a tad higher than my other poke options.

We ordered from Uber Eats and it was prepped and delivered extremely fast. We were also impressed by how fresh it still was. We had: - Kimchi & Bulgoki Fries - Unagi Lover Taco - Savory Poke Bowl - Friend Burrito The portions were big, so we had some leftover fries. Our favorite was the taco, the shell and filling were flavorful. The fish in all of the dishes tasted very fresh, and I really liked the sweet sauce in the friend burrito. We will be ordering from here again!

Love their sushi burritos! The soft shell crab burrito is a must try. It has a lot of flavor and a good crunch. We also got the crunch burrito with eel and shrimp tempura, and it was pretty good as well. The service was very good. They keep the tables very clean, and they provide self serve water stations. The ambiance is very pretty and well kept. I would definitely come back here to sit and grab a bite again.

Very open, spacious and clean. We ordered take out so just went in for the food. The server had our food ready and was friendly. Plenty of options and some interesting takes on tacos and burritos. We tried the Crunch and Fire Taco which was really tasty and had a good texture. My main issue was that my bowl didn't have the sauce on the side - for me that's a deal breaker bc it was covered in dressing and I couldn't enjoy it. My husband liked his bowl and doesn't mind the dressing mixed.

DUDE. This place rocks. They're serving up the quality of food that you'd expect at a fancy sit-down Japanese joint all in the atmosphere of a fast-casual atmosphere. Like, I ordered my food and by the time I poured myself a glass of water it was being delivered to my table. I ordered the spicy tuna poke bowl and the bulgogi cheese fries. Both not only were beautiful and delicious, but they were like, $30 total. That's practically free in Wicker Park. All of the ingredients were SUPER fresh. The tuna was bangin. The sauces and black rice (it's just Korean purple rice but it was awesome) form a beautiful base and medley for the rest of the ingredients to shine. If you want a quick bite that's sure to wow you, En Hakkore 2.0 will surely deliver.

I ordered takeout from this location and my food arrived in great condition! Maybe get poke instead of the sushi burrito though. While it was decent, the burrito was smaller than expected and fell apart as I ate it, which made it a bit messy. It's a fun concept, but I think you're better off with something tried and true. If you're curious, it's still worth a try! -AT

My favorite poke in the city! I usually order takeout but I finally dined in. You order at the counter and they bring it out to you. It looks like they recently renovated and it's spacious, clean, and lots of natural lighting on a sunny day. I always order the salmon wafu bowl with half white rice and mixed greens. This time I tried black rice and it was a good choice to mix things up. They make it easy to customize. The quality and quantity is worth the price. They have 2 all gender bathrooms. You can grab your own water with options of lime water and regular water. Parking is always busy with being on Milwaukee Avenue. Highly recommend En Hakkore 2.0!

Great location for a quick bite. Sushi burritos were very filling, but I wish there were more options to dip them in, because it was a little dry. Miso soup was a little too salty. The service was very friendly and fast. Lots of seating was available, and everything was very clean.

It's crazy it's completely died down by the time we were finished with our meal. The service was great, the interior decor was beautiful and the staff was friendly. The dim sum offered for brunch was good as well but pricey. Especially since some dishes were only offered with two pieces. If you have a party of three then you're kind of forced into buying two of the same dishes. Which is strange. Traditionally most dim sum dishes have three pieces. Rarely see 2 pieces being offered especially for double the price. We ordered their Jiaozi, Char Sui Bao, crab Rangoon, chilly chilli noodles, and their Xiang long Bao. All were great. The chilly chilli noodles is served cold and was very flavorful. The Xiang Kong Bao was amazing. The potstickers was probably my favorite dish and it's mess up char Sui Bao. We were going to order wings but they had ran out I guess by 12pm on a Sunday. I was also going to order fried rice but it wasn't offered for brunch. Overall despite the priciness of the menu, we still enjoyed our food and the service. I obviously knew what I was getting myself into by visiting this place, and can definitely see myself returning in the future.

Even if we don't consider its rarity, Da Local Boy is a winner in every category. The prices are very fair for the enormous portion sizes, the decor is fun and appropriate, the service is friendly, and food is phenomenal both in flavors and textures. The only possible criticisms are that the space is a bit small for how popular this spot gets, and the parking in the area can be a bit limited around popular meal times. The food here shines, making it worth a special trip -- both again for the rarity but also the quality. For me, the poke nachos are a must order item, just the perfect mix of large chunks of tuna with super crispy wontons, fresh avocado, and a good helping of sauce. Amongst friends, we've agreed that this is a must order item. The huli huli chicken is also unreal in flavor and texture.
