This Resturant has an amazing breakfast (Blunch) selection and I am always impressed by what I order. Usually I order one of the top three items on their menu. The Sopas have been my favorite so far/recently. Wow! The staff and bartenders especially are always very friendly and the host is quick to get you checked in. The Resturant is usually decently busy, so it's nice that they have an outdoor patio! Great place to go if you're enjoying a Lincoln park before/ after especially.

We drive by this place all the time and it's impossible not to be intrigued by its historic location and charming name. It's clearly very popular every time we pass by. We finally had some time to visit during a recent staycation. We went for brunch on a weekday. The restaurant was full but not packed and we were seated quickly. Staff was charming and friendly. There is a lot of Chicago-related memorabilia and information *such as the entire front page of the menu being a poem about Chicago. We tried the French toast and another traditional breakfast offering. The seasoned breakfast potatoes were especially delicious. My only suggestion is if it's cold outside perhaps request not to sit too close to the front door! P.S. "Endolyne" comes from the fact that this used to be the "end of the line" for an old Seattle-based trolley system.

First time coming to this cafe around west Seattle near the ferry area. Great atmosphere and interior design. The owner probably is from Chicago. A lot of the wall Frame and display is about Chicago haha. The food is good. They also got the no so early breakfast special for $9.75. I got the ham scrambled and it was a fair portion. Tasty as well.

We went here on a Saturday late morning for a friend's birthday brunch! It was surprisingly easy and fast to get a table for 7! This time of year, they have a Greek themed menu and decor; I love that this restaurant changes themes periodically. I ordered the Myokonos Omelet and it was absolutely incredible! I also enjoyed a Bloody Mary and our tabled had beignets as a delightful appetizer. Love this spot!

My new favorite brunch place! Parking here is plentiful, as they have a pretty spacious parking lot. We had a party of seven and it took about 45 minutes to get a table - not bad considering it was brunch time on Sunday. Fortunately it was a nice and sunny day when we went so we got to sit in the sun and wait. Our service was great - server was very friendly and attentive. We got our refills quickly and food came out a decent pace considering how busy and how large our party was. I ordered the cajun benedict - delicious! Had a nice heat and the hollandaise sauce was flavorful. But my favorite thing about the whole meal was the potatoes. Seasoned so well and perfectly crispy. Would definitely come back again.

It's a cozy neighborhood spot with warm wainscotting and brick walls. Casual and comfortable. Adequate spacing between tables so that you can hear your party - and not necessarily overhear your neighbors' dinner convos - something you can't always take for granted. The menu leans Greek but has a broad selection of elevated diner food. I opted for the "Winner Winner Chicken Dinner"- a delicious generously portioned meal with buttermilk-marinated boneless chicken, mashed potatoes and the tastiest roasted carrots ever.

It was good it was different. So I went because of my husband saying to me if I wanted to try out a new breakfast place I said sure. Parking is good if you go early. But the car next to us encroached in to the handicap space but be parked in the spot anyway (Drivers share parking spaces and the roads huh?) We both ordered the grand slam, I ordered OJ with my order, and yes portions are large so go very hungry folks. We ate and left and didn't get a change to read any of the wall notices from Chicago but this restaurant is definitely in a prime location. We look forward to going back in a warmer season to take our son this time.

My vanpool went here for breakfast on Saturday and it was sooooo good. They change the theme each month and they decorate and change the menu to it. This month the theme is Havana. Amazing service and very friendly. Food was delicious and piping hot. Really good strong coffee. I had the Cajun Benedict and it was sooooo good and has a kick of spicy. Also their mimosa's are yummy. Ended breakfast with a take home bag of fresh hot beignets!

GREEK THEME THIS MONTH. The locals Know that this place always has some sort of theme which, in addition to the regular menu, showcases a short menu that goes with the theme. Some themes are easy to expect, like Christmas or Thanksgiving , but there are themes all through the year ranging from South America to San Francisco and in this case Greek. The restaurant is always decorated to the theme. And they do this in a big way. You see, the restaurant has a warehouse (somewhere) full of all sorts of props and decorations. I once remember during a New York theme, a huge model of the Brooklyn Bridge hanging from the ceiling! In this case there are Greek flags and a large tapestry among other nicknaks. The service is always friendly. Many of the staff have worked there for many years. I hear it's like a family! I wanted to try something from the Greek menu, so I had the Delphi Chicken! It was really really good! And for those tourists reading this, the reason they call it Edolyne Joes is because it used to be the last stop on the Fauntleroy streetcar line. (End of the line). Get it? So if you enjoyed my review, please say so by clicking one of the little icons on the bottom. Once again, I bid you Cheers. Excelsior!

He pointed to a water dispenser with lukewarm water and plastic cups. He gave us a few minutes then returned to take our order. The menu was small but it did have some healthy options. Not just typical bar food. It seemed like the perfect happy hour place! I had some questions about spiciness of one of the entrees. But he didn't seem to know much about feedback about it. I ordered it anyway. It was a little more spicy than I'm used to but it was delicious. He stopped by to check on us more than halfway through the meal. I asked him for some ice and he promptly brought two cups. The patio was lovely! Not much of a view as they had a big fence blocking it, but it still felt very open and breezy. Very intimate and nicely decorated. I would have given five stars had the waiter been a little more welcoming and there were a few more dishes offered. The menu was paper and a bit worn. It made me wonder how many had touched it. Perhaps a QR code would work for them if they don't wish to laminate their menu. Or just put specials on a blackboard. Not just drinks.

These are the best cheese curds ever bc the batter isn't heavy like other cheese curds I've had. It's tempura battered so it's light and you can taste the cheese more. The jalapeño strawberry dip and ranch are good dips, but try them together and it will blow your mind. The fried green beans were okay. They did have a heavier batter on them and I wish they had the same batter the cheese curds had. The spicy dip was good! The rosemary popcorn was delicious! It had just enough butter and the perfect amount of rosemary where it's not overpowering. Once you get to the bottom, there's tons of butter and you just dip and soak it up with the popcorn. Solid beer selection with rotating drafts, and if you're a soda guy, they use all Seattle Soda Company flavors (supporting local business). Had the brisket dinner tonight and that was a very pleasant surprise. Fall apart tender, amazing rich flavor, decadent sauce, with creamy mash. The seasonal veg was brussells sprouts which could have been roasted a bit more to crispy for me but that's a personal preference. This is way more satisfying than the food you'd get at your typical local bar. I've been to The Bridge a half dozen times and every time has delivered. Solid food. Good service. Great outdoor patio. Neighborhood vibes - the type of place where the bartenders know and recognize the locals, and the locals are regulars. I like that. It's a welcoming place, casual, laid back, and though I haven't been there during too many sports games, even when it's on, it doesn't seem to get too rowdy. Brunch is a must do, with options like the Benny flight. Definitely one of the less known brunch spots in my opinion, but even so, can still get busy so go early. Only reason I've done 4 stars is I've had a few times where service was a little slow. Would absolutely return again and again and have recommended to many friends. Keep up the great work team, may you be successful for many years to come.

The pasta was amazingly tender, cooked to perfection. There was a lot of flavor and depth in each bite, more of a deliciously earthy mac and cheese as opposed to maybe a velveety smooth creamy type. The Jalapeño poppers were amazing. I've always associated poppers with a crusted fried topping but these were bold, going in a different direction. The jalapeños were fresh and soft to the bite, easy to cut with the side of a fork, loaded with components such as cashew cheddar, crema, avocado sauce, sweet pickled jalapeños, pico and cabbage slaw - all coming together perfectly in each bite (i'm utilizing their menu description) For the main dish, Sandi ordered the "Smokey Barbecue" which came with a complimentary side of chips and I ordered the Portobello French Dip and upgraded my side to a Side Salad for an extra $4. Each dish, every bite was delicious, even something as simple as a side salad was elevated with their Ginger Tahini dresing. Dipping the Portobello Sandwich into the Dip was just .. magical. We also both opted for the same drink, South Park Mule. The drink was legit, in addition to tasting great, I actually had a buzz as well .. indicating to me they didn't skimp on the adult juice Their food is amazing across the board and there's so much more to go back and try! I'm updated my review to reflect a recent takeout dining experience…read more A couple weeks ago, we ordered 2 salads, and 2 sandwiches. We ordered pickup. Upon arrival to our house, the order was incorrect, whoopsie! We called back and the waiter who answered mentioned that we had accidentally taken a staff meal home. None of our to-go boxes were labeled. How could anyone know? This is a rookie mistake. It's been a while since this Goblin worked in food, but that's a non-negotiable. Especially given a place that prides itself on catering to restricted diets and lifestyles. This is exactly how you let a pumpkin seed slide into a seed allergy order. Instead of letting us keep the meal, she asked us to bring it back to the restaurant. We were happy to do so. Everyone deserves to eat. Should we have kept it for ourselves? We bring the food back, and the waiter explains that there was a mixup, and apologized. They handed us another to-go box (which wasn't labeled) and tried to end the conversation. "Have a good night!" We had to then explain to this waiter that our wives demanded something in return for the error, which was true. The waiter/bartender had a puzzled look on their face. Customer? Demanding I make something right? In my workplace?! A direct statement void of passivity about the quality of my service? With conditions? The audacity! We live in a world where we, the customer, bring back your incorrect order for you, waste our time, and we just get a, "thanks, have a good night!" This goblin had to claw his way up the ranks pillaging for gold which doesn't come easy. Everyone knows food cost in Seattle went up ~%46 since 2019. Wages haven't. We told the waiter our wives wanted a slice of cake. The waiter was shook by our audacity, and moved towards the fridge behind the bar to consult with two chefs who were shutting it down. We were arriving near/at close on a Monday. The other two chefs body language exuded "just give them the rest of the cake". There was a couple moments of pause and hushed conversation. The waiter pulled out a large serving plate with only a small chunk of Chocolate Mousse Cake left. Instead of putting that into a box, apologizing, and fixing the problem. They conferred about the legitimacy of our claim with the chefs. Hesitantly, they cut the cake into a small slice, put it in a box (which wasn't labeled) and handed it to us. What's hilarious is that they would leave such a small piece going into the next day of prep. Why not just 86 it right there? Why was it so hard for this person to acknowledge they made a mistake, and do something kind for us in return? The chefs clearly understood these fundamental building blocks of customer service, had they not been there in the front of house, I'm sure the waiter would've made an excuse to not remedy the situation. From all of my years in food service, if something is wrong, you make it right, end of story. By owning the error, you keep your integrity. Even a small gesture like 10% off one item, between the hours of 7:35pm- 7:45pm every third Monday, however inconsequential and trivial, makes people feel like you've made things right. These basics need to be addressed with FOH staff. With food cost nearing the price of rent each month in Seattle, customers should feel empowered to speak their mind respectfully. My only reason for going into excruciating detail is the hope that this can be a teaching moment, and more people can eradicate passivity. Passivity is a threat to community, culture, service, and so many other integral parts of our society. It's OK to disagree in public. It's OK to check someone. It's OK to tell your server "No, honestly, it wasn't that good, here's why..". When we deny the truth about our experiences for fear of disrupting the status quo, we withhold an essential part of building stronger, more diverse and resilient communities. "Goblin D, don't you think this is a bit too deep for a food review?" No, and if you've made it this far, the two stars are for the two chefs who made sure we got our cake.
