Nice addition to Huntington. Cucumber salad was refreshing and appetizing, with a slight kick. Sushi was fresh and flavorful. Quality ingredients. Service was attentive. Ambiance was upscale/nice finishes. This will be our new sushi spot.

Great food. Wonderful staff. They just have to work through growing pains. Enjoyed the omakase but unfortunately my wife's specialty roll never came. Again growing pains. Will come back in the future.

Good food good service. A bit pricey but that's not unusual these days with inflation.

I heard such good things about this place so I figured why not give it a try. Boy do I regret it. I…read moregot the orange dragon and jazz roll. The orange dragon roll wasn't great but nothing to really complain about just subpar. the jazz roll on the other hand, was inedible. I had to spit it out. I could tell from first looks that something was off. the spicy tuna on top looked nothing like the photo, it was gray and brown in color. The roll that has shrimp tempura didn't have any ends/tails on it and tasted like it it could've been cooked days/weeks ago, tasted like the inside of a fridge. Everything was extremely fishy and old. I called up to let the Owner know, but he didn't seem to care or worry about the food safety. Do not recommend. Edit to respond to owner: I want to note that the tone of your response here is very different from how the conversation went on the phone. It feels like you're trying to present things more carefully now, which was not my experience during our call. After speaking with you on the phone, I did not feel that my concerns about the fish were taken seriously. I eat sushi 2-3 times a week, and I have never encountered fish with that kind of taste before. Additionally, the shrimp tempura did not seem fresh - it was soggy and had an off taste, almost like it had been sitting in a refrigerator. When food is bad enough that someone has to spit it out, that's a clear sign it isn't fresh.

Small space which I was worried may be awkward but everyone is so kind that it wasn't long before feeling totally comfortable there. Our order was: beef dumpling, shrimp shumai, yankee roll (fried eel based, this one was my favorite), rainbow roll (a variety of fish on one roll), and the futomaki roll (GIANT egg custard + pickled veggie). Prices were very reasonable - all roles were about 7-13 dollars and come in sizable portions. Want to emphasize that I think it is really worth it to come in and sit at the front! The owner was very rude saying that they were very busy ( no one was there ) and I cant be late to pick them up. The reason I wanted a platter is because is was bringing it to a small spontaneous gathering. I had my husband pick it up and bring it to our destination . I was shocked to see that it was not on a platter as the menu displayed but rather broken up in small take out containers . I did not bring the proper plate to display the sushi in an appetizing manner thinking it was going to look like the photo . It was very unsettling and look horrible . The sushi wasnt even that great ..nothing special . Needless to say I will never go there again . Poor service, false advertising of product presentation and boring food.

Miso soup was pretty standard. The french onion soup dumplings were interesting but I would not have them again. I thought the tuna carpaccio was very good, fresh, and flavorful. The chicken jalapeño dumplings were alright. I would not go there expecting a filling meal. Service was friendly but slow and halted. We had a couple servers and they kind of were both taking orders and it got confusing. It was not a particularly busy day - we were one of three customers groups and the others were at the bar, and not ordering much from the kitchen.

We were split evenly into 2 different tables on the outdoor patio in the back. People at my table each ordered 2-3 different tapas. There was A LOT of time between when each tapa came out. Up to 45 minutes! Some tapas didn't even come out at all. I'm not sure he's the situation was at the other table, but I overheard the same thing, that some people didn't get anything they ordered...and at this moment, over an hour had gone by. Our waiter kept blaming "the computer system" and saying "I don't know." He wasn't very apologetic or anything. He would just repeat that it was a computer error. When it was time for the bill, both tables bills were wrong and it had to be fixed multiple times. Even when we were ready to pay. It was all ready, and they wanted to fix the bill again. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. Service was absolutely terrible. On to the food... I ordered a cucumber salad. Menu stated it had cucumbers, avocado and onion. When it came out it didn't have onion, but had feta cheese. I am not a fan of feta at all. I didn't bother sending it back, as it already took nearly 45 minutes for a salad. After navigating around the feta, the salad had decent flavor. I also ordered salmon capriccio. It was light and tasty. It took a while to come out, and it's not even something that has to be cooked. Not overly impressed. Service was terrible, wait times for food was unacceptable and flavors were just okay.

As a true connoisseur, you know that the distance traveled is often a small price to pay for culinary perfection. Making the trek from Brooklyn was a pilgrimage that paid off in every bite. Dining at this establishment is less of a meal and more of a choreographed performance where every ingredient plays its part to perfection. Several dishes merit special mention. The evening began with a Watermelon Salad that redefined refreshment. Each vibrant cube of melon arrived with a crisp, crystalline texture, cleverly balanced by salty flourishes and herbal notes that felt like a cool breeze on a humid evening. It was followed by the Sweet Chilli Shrimp, a dish that struck a delicate chord between fire and honey. The shrimp were plump and oceanic, draped in a glaze that hummed with a sophisticated, creeping heat. Then came the crescendo: the steaks. The Wagyu was an absolute masterclass in decadence, possessing a buttery marble that seemed to dissolve upon contact, leaving behind a rich, lingering umami. In contrast, the Ribeye offered a more rugged, soul-satisfying experience--perfectly charred, deeply flavorful, and dripping with an earthy intensity that only the finest cuts can achieve. To close, the Floating Island and Tiramisu were a dream rendered in sugar and air. Beyond the words, just weightless finale to an otherwise powerful gastronomic journey. With a party of four, the portions were quite generous. We even had leftovers to take home and revisit the exceptional flavors the next day." Whether you are coming from around the corner or making the drive from Brooklyn, IMC delivers a level of hospitality and flavor that makes every mile worth it. Try it - you won't regret the trip. I. The bread for the table was really good, it's served with salt, oil and butter. I ordered a cocktail, they have signature ones as well and wine/beer. We ordered appetizers for the table including the potato croquettes, bacon, and the Wagyu skewers. The potato croquettes had this creamy texture to them. That was really good. The Wagyu skewers had a really good soy sauce to dip in, and the flavor was really good. The bacon they serve is almost like a Canadian bacon. It was OK but not my favorite. For my man, I had the shrimp risotto. I really enjoyed the lemon flavor. My friend ordered the Kobe burger and it was huge. My other friend ordered the ribs and they were absolutely delicious. They looked as good as they tasted. At the end, the staff saying happy birthday and brought out for flavors of sherbet, which was so kind. We had a really good time and the bill wasn't even that bad for the amount of food we got and the great service.
