The battery died on the car I was given and I had to personally go to another enterprise to get a new rental in the middle of my vacation in San Diego. No upgrades offered, no discount offered for the inconvenience whatsoever just, "Here's another car." Because roadside assistance had to come out to me to assess the vehicle, Enterprise added a charge to my bill for roadside assistance which I had to convince the Anaheim clerk when I returned that I shouldn't be charged for it. Thankfully I noticed it! He finally relented and took it off my bill. read more

My husband was the victim of a hit and run in my car and instead of making this difficult time a little easier, they screwed us over with unnecessary charges. Over the phone, AFTER telling them that this was an accident claim where Mercury was paying the bill, I was told to bring a card to pay the $100 deposit. (Which was fine). My husband picked up the car, not realizing that they had said that we only needed to pay a $100 deposit. When we went to check our bank balance, they had charged us for the entire price of the rental, even though their own bill says to bill Mercury. They also told my husband that he had to purchase the extra insurance, which was a lie. You should be ashamed of yourselves for taking advantage of people who were victims of a hit and run. read more

We had requested a specific type of car a month before picking up We checked again at 2 weeks then again at 1 week Speaking with the same people so they knew exactly what we needed. They kept promising that they would have our requested car When we checked again the day before , they did not have the car we requested not even an equivalent. KEVIN was very dismissive and kept deferring us to go elsewhere and would not even let us speak to the manager, Lindsey. He really should have tried to contact other establishments to help us find an equivalent car since they had created the problem . They had extended the rental on the car that we had asked for and was promised, and it was the day before an 8 am rental. Kevin was extremely rude and lazy. He hung up on us since it was 1 minute to 5 pm. What shameful disappointing behavior. Extremely abhorrent disrespectful Poor customer service. I had a really great experience. Bryce helped me on the phone. Rabecca gave me a great car with a tan interior like I requested. Andrew helped me out when one of the tires wasn't keeping air due to a tiny nail. They ended up replacing the tire. Kyle found my credit card I lost in the car a day after I dropped it off. The whole team at this location in Savi Ranch aim to please the costumer. Their so professional and kind that I can't help but give the 5 stars. Needed a rental while our car was being repaired. Everything was arranged through insurance. I have an SUV however when I arrived I was scheduled to get a basic car. Aneta advised me that they should cover something comparable to my car so I called and worked it out. I appreciate the help. In addition she was friendly and very helpful. While I was waiting on hold for 28 minutes, she was cleaning cars, helping others and doing whatever needed to be done. These things can be stressful. She was so helpful! I had a great experience! Avoid this location. The car I reserved wasn't available when I arrived. The manager was indifferent and said I would have to come back when she swapped with another location. I called 30 minutes later and she still hadn't done anything and decided to give me a car that was already at the location. Bait and Switch seems to be the Trade Mark of this location. I reserved a midsize luxury sedan 2 weeks before I needed it. I called 2 days before to confirm and to request a pick up. Thirty minutes before the arranged pick up I received a call that they couldn't get the sedan I wanted, but they could rent me a RANGE ROVER for only a few dollars more. I didn't want an SUV, I needed a sedan. Well, they then offered a Cadillac and I said that would be fine. They picked me up in the RR compact SUV. When we got to their office I was told the Cadillac needed an oil change and wasn't available. I have used this location many times prior to COVID and was very satisfied with the people and the service. Not any more. You will never see me again. read more

Buyer beware! If you book a car online and receive a confirmation, it doesn't mean that this office will actually rent you that car. They may very well bait and switch. Rented an economy car online and received a confirmation. Called for a pick up, you know, "Enterprise...the company that picks you up." Was informed that they didn't have the car that I rented online and if I wanted a car now, I would have to rent a far more expensive SUV. Seems like this would be a great class action law suit. This place is the best! I needed to rent a car for a weekend trip to Las Vegas. I called to make the reservation and the girl in the phone was speedy, but she quoted me correctly and advised me of what to expect when I went to pick up the vehicle. The guy how helped me at the place was seriously so amazing and pleasant! His name is Jordan, I believe. When I got there, I didn't have to wait until I was served! He gave me a choice of cars to use. I was pleasantly surprised that they had the cutest red beetle! Perfect for the occasion! The car was super clean and fun to drive. They even offer roadside assistance in the event something happened. When I dropped the car back off after the trio, the same guy was there to accept the car. He was still super nice and quick even though he was working alone and had a house full of people. I will definitely use their service again!!! read more

Once leaving the oil light turned on... now im having to take time out of my work day to get the oils changed..I'm not a happy camper! I would give this location zero stars if I could. I called ahead of time to book an intermediate sized sedan and this is what I got. I really needed a car so I didn't mind the seats being dirty. It wasn't til the 5th day that I realized the battery was so badly corroded that it had stopped working properly! I went to turn the car on that morning and it wouldn't start, so I called for their roadside assistance and they sent someone to jump the car, but they said if it was just a dead battery it would be $56, even though I hadn't done anything to cause the car to die! Once I got the car started up I took it to their OC airport location and immediately had it switched out. Really friendly, great little spot. I thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of this experience except they didn't warn me about registering for the tolls. In CA you can pay for tolls online without a transponder. I didn't know I needed to register with their service so they tacked on 3.75/day for tolls as a service fee that could have been avoided if I was given a heads up. What a waste. Rented a car here cause other car getting fixed at a near by auto repair place. Service was good picking up and dropping off. Not busy. BUT, a week later I get a bill for a empty tank. $68 dollars. I dropped it off full. They even checked it over and said everything is good. They said I didn't need any paperwork and they didn't offer me that everything checked out good. So I left with no paperwork. Don't do this!!!! Have proof that everything is ok on paper before you check out. So I called to complain. I went to THREE enterprise locations and they were all absolutely the worst. Call center is just as terrible. First off, reserved the car a few weeks in advanced. I called to verify I could use a debit card. They said after I reserved it online to call ack and they will run a check on me. Inconvenient as it was, I called back and they said my check was fine and I didn't need to provide any more details. Mind you I have a credit card prefer to not use it. But great everything is ready to go! Show up on the day my rental was for, I walk in and was told they were going to call me and tell me that didn't have a car for me. I reserved a standard SUV and my only option was a small Ford Focus. I have a Camry and needed something bigger for a bit. A little annoyed at this point as I had my my drive up and pick me and my two year old up to get this rental. The man working (blond guy) does nothing at all to try and help me. NOTHING! I asked to see the truck and he throws me the keys. I asked if he can look for another one and he said he tried. At this point o take matters into my own hands. I call the call center and was told that they had one in Fullerton. The reservation is changed. We head to Fullerton only to find out that even though we received an reservation change and confirmation, they don't have the car we want. Again I jump on the phone with the call center and ask that they check availability and confirm the vehicle is actually there. After about 20 minutes, They find one in Placentia. Mind you this is not too far from the first location. We head over there and I walk in and the guy in the office is already frazzled and said he tried to call me. I had given my phone two my two year old to watch a movie on the drive from Fullerton to Placentia since he was becoming inpatient. He was calling to inform me that despite the call center confirming they called, he didn't have the car. I literally wanted to cry out of frustration. I explained me story and he said well I actually do have one. He started the paperwork asked for my ID and credit card. I handed him my debit card plus my ID. He now informs me he cannot accept my debit card. He needs a utility bill or paycheck. I didn't bring my credit card but explained that I had called and worked it all out. He said nothing was done and noted. I scrambled through anything I could find on my phone and showed him a payment to my account and some utility reminders with my account info and address. He agrees to let me rent the car after a few other interrogation about why I didn't rent it closer to my house (read above). I finally have the car rental and we go to inspect it, it's filthy! Center drink holders have junk on them there are hair ties and hair. It was nasty. I asked if it was washed and was told yes. I said this is disgusting and was told they would wash it up. They ended up giving me another disgusting car (see picture) I was so over it o took the car and had it washed. What a fail enterprises. Several of your employees said your reservation system sucks and doesn't show true availability. They are frustrated and annoyed and not providing the service to your customers. I'll never rent from you again. I can't wait to drop this junk off to you. I'll be sure to leave it clean and with a fill tank of gas as a pay it forward to the next renter. My 1st time at this location. Was there on Friday morning to pick up my rental car. There were only 2 cars for my class choice. The first one that I picked was full of pet hair.. very dirty. The person that helped me told me to bring it to the car wash behind their office myself. I mean..... Really?? Is this a self serve car rental?? I'm the customer here, not an enterprise employee. If I stay in a hotel, do I have to vacuum and change the sheets when I check in?? I decided to get the 2nd vehicle which was my only other choice. It was not much different from the 1st vehicle (Dirty inside & out). I had to wait for the employee to bring it to the drive through car wash (to wash the exterior only). Luckily I still had time to vacuum the interior when I got home but it took me an hour to do it. I will never go back to this location for my next car rental ever again. read more

I had read poor reviews before coming here but it was the closest to my home so went ahead and booked a compact car for a weekend trip. Sure enough the car was filthy when I arrived. They offered to pay for the car wash next door if I wanted to drive it thru. Turns out, the car wash was out of order. Then upon return on Monday morning, there was only one guy working and I'm still sitting here waiting to return the car. He is quick to take care of the people wanting to pick up their cars and even walk ins with questions. He is also taking lengthy calls from prospective customers. Those of us trying to return our rentals are having to wait. I have rented cars many times over the years but have never gotten service this bad. I will NEVER come here again and recommend you pick a different place as well. read more
