I booked a flight as a surprise for my boyfriend. We were greeted by the staff, who were both very friendly. Our pilot, Daniel, was very down to earth and knowledgeable about everything regarding the flight. Easy take off, and the views were astonishing! We did the Vista View tour and loved every minute of it! I highly recommend them for any scenic flight! I will definitely be back!

Great fun! Our toddler loves airplanes. So when we learned he could go on a quick trip down the gorge we v-lined in. Total time in air was 20 minutes after watching a quick safety video. First time in such a small plane and i was pleasantly surprised at what a smooth ride it was. Would definitely come back for one of their longer excursions.

We had a great time celebrating my birthday. Hospitality was very welcoming and the pilot was informative and personable. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 as I wish the flight was longer. We had so much fun. I think it's important to mention that the pilots' skills and professionalism made us feel comfortable and at ease the entire time.

I'm a former commercial pilot, helicopters, so I've seen many small operators. Envi was professional and friendly. The aircraft was in great shape, the pilot was excellent and made a difficult crosswind landing without any extra bumps. He knew the route and was able to talk about points of interest without talking so much it overrode the beauty of the scenery. All in all I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for scenic flights in the PDX area.

I booked a flight here for a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday! our pilot was Davis, he was spectacular and did such a wonderful job showing us the tour that we've picked out. he made sure that we were comfortable from the very start, from offering us fancy boxed water, asking if we need to use the restroom, even helping us by taking our pictures! he was extremely professional and friendly to both my boyfriend and i. everything went perfect and i couldn't have asked for anything better, mostly because of our pilot Davis. someone needs to give this man a raise!!!! anyways, we will definitely be coming back for more in the summer time! Thank you to our pilot Davis, and Envi Adventures!

This turned out to be amazing. Had to reschedule for the next day because of weather (it was supposed to be my bday adventure) but it was worth the wait for these views

This is a great experience! Certainly a must do for anyone who lives in Oregon or is just visiting. You get an amazing view of some of Oregon's most well know spots. The Vista View House, Multnomah Falls and even downtown Portland. It rained a little when we flew but it actually made the experience even cooler. And the sunsets are great from the air!

I bought the wonderful waterfall flight for my boyfriend for Christmas. I didn't know at the time that he is TERRIFIED of flying . But he finally worked up the nerve to use his certificate and we had the BEST time on our private gorge tour. I've lived in the area my whole life and have hiked about every trail in the gorge. It was a new world to see it from the sky. Whether you're coming to Oregon on vacation or just want to be a tourist in your own home, Envi Adventures is a MUST. My boyfriend is so happy we did it and it's a memory that will last a lifetime.

A sightseeing tour flight over Portland has been a Bucket List item for many years. Our pilot 'Adam' was professional and enthusiastic. We had a great time! https://youtu.be/YpLa3lwp-_A

I heard rumors about these magical flights that take you on tours of Oregon I'm always down for an adventure, so naturally, I decided that ONE DAY, I would check that bucket list wish off and take a private airplane tour at Envi Adventures Today was nothing short of a miracle as I was able to go on not one, but two flights -- once to catch the sun setting around the glorious Mt. Hood and the second to see Portland's nightlife brag the city lights Not only were the views breath-taking and inspiring, but I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Both of my adventure flights were piloted by Spencer -- 10/10 great guy! This was an experience to remember. Can't wait to go on another adventure with Envi

Envi Adventures is Oregon's ultimate air-tourism experience. Since my first tour a couple of years ago I have flown with Envi to the mountains of Oregon, I've explored the Columbia River Gorge's waterfalls, witnessed the glory of the Portland skyline from above, and took a trip to Mt. Hood and back. Envi's trained pilots have taken me on experiences in the Pacific Northwest that I'll remember forever. Gift cards are also available for that special someone.

My boyfriend and I took the 20 minute Vista View Tour as part of his birthday weekend. This was the first time either of us had been on any plane other than with major airlines. I am glad we took this tour, great views and a unique experience. Our pilot/tour guide Spencer was great. Very knowledgable and friendly, I felt at ease in the air. After the flight, we mentioned we were from out of town and looking for things to do. Spencer gave us a ton of great suggestions for fun things to do and see in the area. His friendly nature certainly added to the experience.

It has gone through a massive renovation that changed it from just your average "airport", to a bright airy space that is actually a pleasure to go through. It's about 20 to 30 minutes from downtown, there is bus and light rail service to the airport, and it sits right on the Columbia river, which is the state line, giving it easy access from Washington state as well. It is definitely a big airport. If you are renting a car, you do not have to take any type of airport shuttle. There is an underground, climate, controlled tunnel, connecting the rental cars, and the main terminal. It is about a 10 minute walk, but they do have moving sidewalks, and you can also rent luggage carts at a reasonable price. There are also tunnels and pedestrian bridges connecting the short term and long-term parking lots to the main terminal. All the check-in's are in one centralized area. They have people to help you find which aisle your check-in is on. You just walk up to that aisle number, and check-in. Once you've checked in, you go through security, and it's on to your gate. You can walk between all of the Concourses without having to go through security again. Again, it is a big area, but in the concourses, they also have the moving sidewalks and luggage carts available. There is lots of shopping and food/drink outlets, with an emphasis on Portland/Oregon businesses. They even have entertainment inside the terminal. I loved this airport, and I hope I get the chance to fly through here again.

I hope to return to PDX either as a destination or layover and consider it an top tier airport.

I am not a very frequent flyer and this was my very first time flying UA! Did I have high expectations of how I would be treated? Not really. I mean, it's 2025 post-shutdown. I get it. Things are different and it (people) will never be as it once was. It's challenging to write a fair review because each day c/would be different from the next, depending on who's working where. I will focus on the flight crew as I was traveling from PDX to SFO, and also the staff at the check in when I entered the airport. But, this flight and entire experience sucked rocks. The staff at the front counter (upon entering the airport) were rude and so flat. Their affect was non-existent. I had ^no doubt about how much they hated their job and hated being there. I also hate being made to feel that I am a bother to them! But, I digress. Was flying to SFO and was notified that my connecting flight was ^boarding and we still hadn't deplaned! What the crap? I found a crew member and explained the situation I was in. The attendant could ^not care less. He made a lame attempt to "call someone" but then informed me to talk to the gate agent when we finally deplaned. I ran to the first employee I saw she was being hounded by tons of people. I was in a panic (rightfully so) and wasn't sure which way was up. I don't fly SFO if at all, but I knew that I was 15 minutes (walking) from where my flight was currently boarding. Two pilots were around and told me to "just go" and that I would be sure to make it. I ran so hard across the SFO airport as if my life depended on it. Because it did. If I missed that connection it would have been disastrous. As I was running for my life, I saw the "Club United" office area. I ran inside, fully knowing no one cares and no one would help me, especially since I was not (and never will be!) a club member. The first thing I said to the older ladies was, "I am not a member but I will join right now, will you please help me?" The one older lady began to help, and asked me for my confirmation number, but no soon as she began to do this, the other one yelled to me, "You're wasting time. Just get to your gate". Long story longer, I barely made it to my connecting flight. When I explained to that staff member what had happened to me, from the plane landing from PDX to SFO, and all the details post, he apologized and said, "Oh, that's not what's supposed to happen". NO REALLY. He should have offered me a perk or something for my grief and anxiety on how the UA staff treated me. Meh. Fly at your own risk with them. Probably will not ever fly with them again, #SorryNotSorry.

And unfortunately it was a hot, hot mess at the Air Canada gates yesterday. Travel delays are totally normal and expected. I try not to freak out about it since it's beyond my span of control. It's also not as bad when the airline employees are transparent about the situation. However, when everyone working at the gate has no clue what's going on and tells you that much, it's a little concerning. As was the case yesterday with multiple delays as well as canceled flights, the attendant in uniform I spoke with told me straight up, "I don't know what's happening over here, ask him." (pointing to a man in a safety vest running interference with other customers). Ooookay. So that's how it's gonna be. Buckle up, Buttercup. It's going to be a bumpy ride! Even more concerning was the travelers whose flight was canceled not once, not twice, but three times over the span of 36 hours at PDX. They were telling their story to anyone who'd listen while we waited for our 2+ hour delay into Vancouver. At that point, they should've just rented a car and driven to Canada... it would've taken less time. Luckily I'm flying back to the States direct on United. No long layovers on the way home.

First, credit where it's due: the ticket agent was great -- professional, patient, and actually tried to help. He took time to call and verify whether my bag could be checked and handled the situation appropriately. The gate agent, however, was the complete opposite. I cleared TSA with no issues and arrived at the gate while boarding was still in progress. I politely asked to gate-check my bag. Instead of assistance, I was met with hostility and accusations. I was questioned about whether TSA had "let me through with that bag," told I might need to be rebooked despite being checked in, and spoken to in a dismissive, condescending tone. When I mentioned I had a meeting to get to, I was cut off and told, "You need to be on time. It's not our fault you are late." When I explained I arrived at ticketing about 55 minutes prior, I was essentially called a liar. In the end, the bag was checked and I was allowed to board -- proving this never needed to escalate. To top it off, I was told the incident would be "documented on my account," as if I had done something wrong by following instructions and arriving at the gate during boarding. Unnecessary attitude, poor customer service, and zero accountability. I travel for work and will be choosing other airlines going forward.
