What can I say?!? Fabulouslistic - if that is a word. Great customer service and Great Food! We meet the owner, this guy is about the food, not just the piazza, but good quality food!! We had personal pizzas, My wife had the pepperoni and I had the Pastrami pizza, we order as well the fried ravioli's. All the ingredients superb! Yes the Pastrami, mustard and pickles works amazingly on a pizza! The Breadsticks - enough said. ;) We meet the owner has he was passing out samples of bbq chicken nuggets as he was trying a new bbq recipe and wanted to know what we had to think. Oh My Gosh, we've stumbled upon hidden treasure! I cannot tell you how much we love the pizza at this little restaurant, it is divine! My boyfriend has been raving about this establishment for months and I barely just went this past weekend. I want to go over the bad things first so that we can end on a positive note. First off, the pizza... It wasn't very good at all. I'm not sure if I just set the bar so high because of my boyfriend or if it was just mediocre pizza. The dough was way to thick and heavy and the cheese was bland. They should probably consider a more flavorful mix that includes parm and Romano or use a better quality mozzarella. Dough and cheese are really important to a pizza so it's definitely worth making it special and great quality. The breadsticks were a huge let down. They weren't hot and they were covered in cheap butter which wasn't even melted so I would take a bite of heavy dough and cool creamy butter which isn't appetizing at all. Now for the positive. The customer service was great. Every staff member was friendly and they even allowed my drunk boyfriend and his drunk friend to finish their beer while they cleaned up after hours. I ordered the fried ravioli as an appetizer and those were delicious. If I had to come again with my group it would just stick to an order of that as a snack and eat something else as a meal. Heard a lot about this place from friends and family so I decided to finally see what all the hype was about. Unfortunately the experience didn't start off great as it took awhile to get the free breadsticks and I had to send my pizza back because it was burnt. I was very disappointed to say the least. But, without even asking for a manager the manager up front came by to apologize for everything and even gave me more breadsticks. I was in complete shock at how much this young man (who if I remember correctly had glasses and was named Justin) genuinely cared about me and my distress about waiting for my pizza. When I saw the pizza, I was thinking holy cow, this could fill the stomachs of two people probably. Then they brought out the spaghetti, and let me tell you, it wasn't a sorry little plate of it. This was a mountain of spaghetti that could easily feed two or three. We requested more breadsticks, and they brought it out to us, freshly baked, free of charge. Not sure if they were complementary, but those were really good breadsticks. They were dripping with butter and awesomeness. Not for those who get squeamish around grease. The other food was okay. I honestly can't say it's the best pizza and pasta I've ever had in my life, but who's complaining when your meal is so cheap? To say the least, my first time here was a great experience. It's a good place to get full on cheap. I know it's difficult to comprehend how much food I'm talking about here for 20$, but my tip would be not to underestimate their portion sizes. Finally when my food was being handed to me some skinny vapid teenage girl thrusts my order in my face and passive aggressively says "Have a nice day". I was shocked and pissed off by the way that she handed me my food after waiting over an hour. I try to brush it off so I get into my car and put the order on my seat. Without my knowledge there is gunky melted cheese all over the bottom of my bag (not even cheese from my order!). This means that they were careless and messy while bagging my order in an unclean work station.
