Eric is amazing. He did a lockout for me that involved changing 6 locks (knobs and deadbolts). He showed up to the job EARLY and stuck around when the sheriff showed up 15 minutes late and did so without complaint. During the time we waited, he have me all sorts of pointers and tips and shared his numerous experiences. He's been the finest LA locksmith for decades! A person of integrity is hard to find these days, and Eric was a lifesaver when our front door lock was broken and we found ourselves locked out of our house. He picked up his phone right away and arrived in exactly 20 minutes when he said he would. When he arrived, he could have ruined the lock by drilling it, which may have been faster for him and cost more $$ for us, but instead he carefully worked to fix it and saved our original lock.
