[[HIGHLIGHT]]The lounge is conveniently located in Terminal 3, and I like the overall experience here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Although it's small in capacity during peak hours, and it gets packed easily.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They are not offering the best food or drinks here, but I'd say better than average lounges, and the staff here were quite friendly.

    We enjoyed the food.

My friend and I relaxed in the Escape Lounge in Terminal 3 before our flight. There was a line when we went around 1pm on a Monday. Since we were fine sitting at the bar, we didn't wait long. The tables were all pretty full. I thought the food selection was good. We weren't looking for a full meal so the cheeses, pasta salad, pita and hummus worked perfectly for us. There were also some salads, soup and heartier dishes as well. Cookies were also good. We enjoyed some cocktails and the bartender was super friendly and checked a couple times to see if we needed anything. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are only two bathrooms so there seemed to be a constant line but was never real long.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Amex lounges are just better lounges in general. There are actually two lounges at this location. One is for priority but not sure which is which. The food and drink options are great, no extra charge for premium liquor. Service is usually very friendly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is definitely the top choice lounge at this airport![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Thanks to Escape Lounge! Centurion next door was packed so having a lounge to relax and chill before my flight was a life saver! The staff were amazing especially the lady in the check-in area and the guy who cleaned up our table. I was running on 2 hours of sleep and having a place to sit and eat before flying back home was the best part of my trip. They also have good food selection. I got the chicken (not sure if it's teriyaki) and shrimp tempura. I was so stuffed and all of 'em tasted good! Thank you Escape lounge!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The lounge is well laid out with ample seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The space feels open and airy and the view is overlooking the airport runway.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food options can be hit or miss, but is generally a good selection. There is a nice bar where they can make any drink desired. There are two check ins, the escape lounge is to the left. If there is a line, it is generally for the centurion lounge.

We stop by here with our Priority Pass before our flights with kids. There is a self serve coffee machine and the cappuccino is not bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There isn't enough bathrooms here. I recommend using the restrooms outside of Escape.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The servers are attentive and would ask us if we needed anything, along with taking finished dishes away quickly. We have Amex Centurion and Delta Sky Club access, but Escape is more convenient for us.

Smaller lounge but it has an efficient virtual waitlist. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Flew the day before Thanksgiving so it was super busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But staff was very friendly during a hectic day; especially the people working the bar. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quick cleanup and a good selection of drinks and good.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Thank you!

This place is inside the Amex Centurion Lounge, B Gates. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Escape is a small area compared to the AmEx Centurion lounge.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you reserve the spot make sure you will choose if it's AmEx or escape because they have policies that you cannot half on between these two lounges. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We always go to the Centurion lounge but have never experienced trying the Escape lounge. I would say there is no difference between these two except space.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came at dinner time unfortunately some of them are gone so we have to wait and see if they will refill it.

A relatively small, but comfortable airport lounge in Terminal 3 of the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport fits the requirements of being able to relax, have some snacks, and drinks prior to boarding a flight. I used the facilities before an early morning flight and the breakfast entrées available were similar to breakfast at a Hampton Inn or similar hotel: link sausage, fried, diced potatoes, eggs, and pancakes; muffins, bagel, fruits, coffee, juice, and the bar is open! During my visit in February, the restrooms were closed so the restrooms outside the lounge had to be utilized. A comfortable lounge to grab a quick bite and drinks prior to your flight.

Who hates gathering at their departure gate? That is me. When I have the opportunity to check into a lounge, I will do so. There is a lot of space and tables with no background noises. You can enjoy the food, drinks, and snacks. The service is great. You can get your work done, chill, or relax. Cheers everyone!!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The food, drinks and atmosphere was great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our bartender was excellent. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a great spot to relax before boarding our plane to New York.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I would definitely book again.

The Phoenix Lounge is a pleasant exception. It was early on a Saturday so we didn't have a long wait. (Which has also become quite unusual). We arrived at the end of breakfast and were there for lunch. We did nibble a little fruit but really, we were waiting for lunch. And what a great idea that was. The buffet was jammed with a variety of choices, something for everyone. (I've had some pretty lousy food lately - yes, that's you, CLT). Everything I tried was great. The brisket was a standout. The lemon cake was quite worthy of its calories. There was only one bartender so the bar line was a little long but the pours were generous and the specialty drink, the layover, was worth the wait. The only issue wasn't the lounge's fault though they could do something about it. Children. Screaming. Running amok. Screaming. It's 100% the parent's fault but a quiet reminder (or, better yet, a threat) from the manager may have calmed things down a bit. Perhaps a family room could be added. The PHX Centurion Lounge is a step above many of the other clubs. It's definitely worth a visit.

They had mashed potatoes, fish and chips brisket, hummus, Mac and cheese and some really good tasting fried cauliflower dipped in some asian sweet sauce. Their food when they have the right selection is always good. Their bar is always the best for free drinks and cocktails. On the downside they need some maintenance on the place and they need to stop overselling capacity. Bathroom only had one functional sink and they lack automated soap dispensers. Recommendations: Raise the minimum fee to over 100k a year on spend and charge 50 dollars per additional person. It will also help clean up some freeloaders who only have this card for frequent traveler perks and help subsidize the costs. Also get some showers in this location so those who have flights delayed for more than 3 hours can shower and avoid smelling like they havent showered in days.

The lounge is essentially one large room with chairs arranged fairly close together. There are a few long high-top tables and a counter running along the windows, but there aren't really any private areas aside from a small business center with just a handful of seats. If you're looking for a quiet corner or separate lounge spaces, this location is somewhat limited. The food selection was surprisingly good. Even after 10 PM, staff were actively refilling the hot food station, which was appreciated. There was also a deli area stocked with charcuterie meats, cheeses, hummus, and other snacks, plus a coffee station, a small snack bar with trail mix, pretzels, and jelly beans, and a dessert station featuring cookies, brownies, and cupcakes. The bar was fully stocked as well. The bathrooms were on the smaller side but clean and well maintained. One downside is that not every seat has access to power outlets, although the high-top counter along the windows offers several charging options. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We were also traveling with our pets and had no issues checking into the lounge. Since many airport lounges have become less pet-friendly, it was nice to have a comfortable place to relax with them before our flight. Overall, it's not the most spacious or private Admirals Club, but the friendly staff, solid food offerings, and pet-friendly policy made for an enjoyable visit.

It's a tight squeeze and often crowded, to the point where (airport) lounging is nearly an oxymoron. For folks who are know the mediocre Admirals Club experience in other areas will know what to expect with food and service. Maintenance is always variable, depending on how robust the staff is, which is often a problem here. Dishes are not picked up quickly, buffet stations are sometimes a mess, bathroom floors might feel sticky, and service is lacking overall. The food is nothing remarkable, but then again neither is any Admirals Club location that I've tried. It really depends on the day, but even during the guacamole service (which also doubles as an avocado toast bar), it is still lackluster. Bagels are dry If there's any place to hang out, it might be the bar. Assuming one can snag a seat, whomever the bartender is that day is typically the key to a quality experience. The WiFi is decent and paired with a nice drink, can be a solid way to enjoy a layover and be the start of pre-flight shenanigans. In addition to it being crowded, it can also be noisy. Given how busy PHX already is, the claustrophobic vibe is most definitely real. Anyone traveling in groups should reconsider coming here, but solo travelers who can tolerate the chaos might do well with some noise cancelling phones and with a little luck, a chair and a table to enjoy and pass the time.

I then went to the bar to order the drink, and they told me they would deliver it to my seat. They never came. You really have to beg for service here. It's a shame they have QR codes at all the seats yet don't have the capability to just order your drinks delivered to the seat like the Chase Saphire lounge. The people working here spend way too much time trying to look busy and cleaning plates and silverware instead of actually seeking out to help people. The food is perfectly ok, just nothing special. Today they had BBQ chicken, spicy potatoes, chipotle hummus and crackers, cereal, and some cookies and donut holes. The BBQ chicken was the most edible. If you're a single traveler, expect to sit at the bar or in one of the private single seats which are nice. The tables are reserved for parties of 2 or more.
