High quality escape rooms, always happy to tackle their puzzles. We did the Lost City escape room, not many red herrings and puzzles were fair for the difficulty. We did the 7 Deadly Sins Room and had a good time. The props and set felt very appropriate for the theme. I'm glad they gave us flashlights because it added to the immersive aspect. Hints are given through a screen from a host when requested. I feel that we had a very attentive host who knew when to help us when we were struggling but I think we were "pushed" through a couple of puzzles without getting the correct answer. Was only able to verify when we asked for the solution to the puzzle at the end where their explanation and our solution didn't align. Another thing I'd comment on about the puzzles without spoiling too much would be a particular way of counting things that was not directed nor hinted at without asking for a clue. If there was some indicator in the story or puzzle that would lead players to this solution I think that'd make the experience better :) But all and all it was a great time. read more

My only complaint is that it requires alot of teamwork and if you dont have a stable relation ship with the others your working with, you will get no progress again, definitely will return with different people. read more

Lacee, Lauren and Steven were awesome! This place is a must for all friend groups or even a group from work. Challenging for sure, but a really good time at the same time. We chose the Seven Deadly Sins room. Clean, organized and they're taking all the appropriate precautions related to our country's current state of affairs. Took my family here for our first escape room. Two 15 year olds, a 20 year old, and a 25 year old. We did two escape rooms, lost city and 7 deadly sins. Emily is a sweet heart, I believe she's the manager and she's amazing. Our first game master was Chris H. They were INCREDIBLE. Hints were ready immediately and helped through the game. They were on top of it the entire time and made the entire experience wonderful. I cannot give them enough praise, they made the lost city experience super fun and made us want to do another escape room ASAP. We then tried 7 Deadly Sins, can't remember the name of that game master, I think it was cj? They weren't nearly as on the ball as Chris H. It took a considerable amount of time to get the hints, which was pretty frustrating when you're on a time constraint. Hints weren't nearly as good, and made the entire experience significantly less fun. Seemed like they weren't paying attention or just really didn't care. We had an amazing time in the Lost City with Chris H. If we ever plan on going back we'll make sure they're our game master. Lost City w/ Chris H 10 out of 10 7 Deadly Sins w/ CJ? Probably about a 6 out of 10 Emily as a manager is definitely a 10 out of 10, she's so sweet and extremely helpful. Had a great time during the first time, wish our second time was as amazing UPDATE: we keep coming back just for Chris H !!!!! He is the heart and soul of this place. Where do I begin?! Triston and Maile were such amazing helpful gamehosts. I loved the modern day technology put into these rooms, they were so beautifully decorated and paid attention to every detail. We've had a little hiccup with potentially faulty puzzle in the Star Trek room but the management resolved the issue. Later we also tried the "Who Stole Mona" escape room, and my kids had a blast and solved all puzzles with a few minutes to spare. Overall great experience and recommended place to visit. read more

Fantastic experience! This place really has things figured out. -COVID: We had a private room with just our family. We booked online and were told to wait in our car for a text when it was time to come in (5 minutes before our reservation). Recommend filling out waivers for all members of your party online to speed things up when you get there! Once inside, our temps were taken and masks, gloves, and sanitizer we're offered if needed. The staff was very conscientious during our entire visit of all COVID protocols. -Gameplay: The rooms were very well put together which made for a fun time. Everything worked and the clue system was very slick and timely. -Staff: We were led back to the room at our reserved time by friendly staff who genuinely seemed interested in our experience. They ran down the room background and rules. They also asked if we would like the occasional "nudge" if the gamemaster felt like we needed some help. This was a family escape and we appreciated all the help we could get! -Overall: We had an issue in one of the rooms with a misplaced clue. The staff was attentive and noticed an issue right away. They sent someone in look for the item. When we still couldn't find it, they came up with a workaround and added some time back to the clock. This hiccup knocked us out of the groove for a bit, but the staff's effort and concern for our entertainment really made up for it. After we finished the room and had our photo taken, a staff member apologized and offered a certificate for another free escape! This level of customer service was awesome and has made us Escapeolgy fans for life! We had a great time and will recommend this place to anyone who is looking for some "off-strip" fun! read more

I went here for my 16th birthday and had lots of fun with my friends. We did mansion murder, scooby-doo and vegas hangout. Scooby-doo was our favorite, it was super colorful and lots of exciting mysteries. If you are looking for something more challenging, i would suggest mansion murder. read more

We did 2 Escape Rooms at Escapology Town Square this weekend. We had an amazing time. The kids loved it. The decor is totally cool in the lobby. The decor inside the Escape Rooms were fun, interesting, cool and felt like the inside of a movie set. Very modern, very clean. The people were very nice that explained everything. We did end up solving the 2nd room with 3 minutes to spare. Every kid loved it to the point of asking when we can do another one. Highly recommend coming here. Went to Escapology as a little celebration for my birthday. Everyone was super friendly, especially Ally and Destiney. They did a really good job of taking care of us and explaining the new rules for the COVID guidelines. The room that we did was the Lost City, it was not too hard and not too easy. We have played a little over 400 games all together and also at other Escapology and they are generally pretty good. However, this game was pretty bad. We get in there and some of the flashlights were not working. There was absolutely no clues on how to figure anything out. If they did not give you hints or clues you would not be able to figure out any of the puzzles. I do not recommend. read more

This was the most exquisite escape room experience that I have ever been into. The service was just amazing and the staff was just super. The staff was so animated I don't know his name but if I could I would give him an Olympic gold medal for being animated. The room was just so do you build I actually felt like i was in the train.I me and my friends just had an amazing time at this escape room and we are definitely coming back. I was doing the Budapest express train ride and you had to find the murderer but me and my detective friends actually found it all of joy I will not give any of these details to this escape room away but I just want to say that these halls were so decorative for Halloween I thought that I was gonna get attacked by a ghost it was so realistic there were fake cobwebs everywhere and there were these super cool LED lights that were on the hallways to. And they had a nice little basket to put our necessities into. It was just so nice and homie. I could live in that escape room. And in the lobby they had a little puzzles to solve and little trivia cards to play with while you were waiting for the room. They were delightful to play and I will definitely be taking me and my four kids back to this escape room. It was so fun for my little baby to finally experience being on a real train it's what she always wanted and she was overjoyed with the experience. So that is what I give this location a five out of five. Oh and we got these adorable little bracelet things at the end of our experience they had these cute little rings in the escape room and I thought we could take it but turns out we couldn't but it was OK because I got to experience holding it on my finger. Now back to the response they were just so detailed it had the logo on it and it had a little room name on it. If I could I could make a whole collection I could even sell a quilt out of how many they could give you for free. All the rooms that I've done they gave me a free one and they were all different colors it was it was just so amazingly great this location and experience. I would definitely recommend. read more

I've been to several Escapology's around the states. All have been amazing which is why my boyfriend and I chose to check out this place. Staff seemed pretty friendly when we walked in. Lobby area was beautiful. However the mechanics of this room was set up VERY poorly. We did the Mona Lisa room. Not going into details about the room BUT there are mechanics in that room that do NOT work. We checked in with staff to see if it was a problem on our end but we were told to do exactly what we HAVE BEEN doing for about 10 min. After many more minutes went by only then did our stuff pop open very randomly. This happened twice. We brought it up again to our game master who walked in at the end but nothing was done. We told them we lost time due to a couple malfunctions but they did not seem to care. Have never done any other rooms here besides the Mona Lisa but we were definitely not fans of this particular Escapology! read more
