They served hot dogs and pork sliders. First of all, what a limited selection. What if people don't eat hot dogs nor pork? What do they do, just not eat? Went for dinner and drinks after work on a Friday. Cozy atmosphere and good service, but - head's up, for the price, I was not impressed. My friend and I both ordered cocktails that were way too sweet (even after asking for less simple syrup) and they charged me an extra dollar for an ice cube when I ordered a specific bourbon. I had high expectations based on my previous Establishment Buckhead experience. Management is completely inexperienced and overall, terrible. We waited in line for over 45 minutes and they claimed it was "one in one out" but management was not counting and, As people left, they did not allow people in while the bar was empty. After 1 hour they allowed EVERYONE that was in the line into the bar, so it was so packed that, after waiting for almost an hour, couldn't even order a drink. We left and went to a neighboring bar. I am throughly disappointed and expected more due to my positive experience at establishment in buckhead. 110% disappointed in management and staff training. Would give ZERO stars read more

I cannot say enough positive things about Establishment. We had our company holiday party here this year and from first contact to actual event, everyone I worked with was so helpful and professional. Brandon, Casey and Dave were wonderful and helped to make this years party the best party we have had in years, if not ever. The food was amazing as well and I am still hearing rave reviews 2 weeks later. The wings, sliders, Mac n cheese, even the salads were all fantastic. Drinks were wonderful and the staff was great. All staff including the manager looked like they had never worked there before. Wrong orders kept coming to our table, and our order was ultimately brought to two other tables (we watched other patrons touch it) before bringing it to us. Went here last night and it was awesome. Everything we ordered was hot and great. Our server was was Alex and he was outstanding The live music was such a pleasant unexpected treat. I had the smoke fried chicken and goat mac and cheese and the fries. My daughter order the Brussels sprouts and shrimp dish (I didn't try I have seafood allergy) and she lived her food. The Brussels sprouts were Great. I only hated that they didn't have more mixed drinks or wines. But oh well it was great. We will go back. Great patio atmosphere and the decor is great. I came here after work with a few coworkers to have some drinks. The drinks were good and the decor and atmosphere was perfect. We sit on the patio because it was nice outside. My only compliant is that the seats are extremely low. We all had on heels and dresses and it was very awkward sitting down and getting up. We also ended up ordering a few appetizers, a meal to share, and a dessert. We ordered the meatballs and the beer cheese pretzels. Both were good but the meatballs were the best. We order the steak and fries as our meal to split and it was really good. The dessert was just okay, it was suppose to be some type of mouse but it was very dense. I'm not sure about the parking here because we just walked from the office but if you're looking for an after work happy hour spot, I'd recommend this place. I have been to Establishment multiple times. Usually with coworkers since the location is near my job. I really want to love this place so I will start with the good before talking about the not so goid... Craft cocktails are amazing - the bar staff is amazing when it comes to shipping a good cocktail and making suggestions based on your likes and what you have a taste for The spirit selection is better than most bars - the bar is typically stocked with hard to find spirits...They are very heavy on the bourbon selection so if you want a good bourbon this is your place. The barware - I know for most ppl this probably doesn't matter much but there is something about receiving your cocktail in a crystal glass or a coupe glass. This attention to detail gets 2 thumbs up. Now the not so good... The service...I am always amazed at how terrible the service is. The times I have been it has never been overly crowded so I'm not quite sure what the problem is. The host/hostess staff tend to be confused when searching for a table to seat my party even though there are typically several tables available. The time it takes for someone to take an order is longer than average...And often it seems once an order is placed it takes longer than average to receive your food. The food is just OK. As far as bar eats I suggest the homemade chips. The pimento cheese dip is very tasty and seems to be a crowd pleaser. Also the General Sous chicken tend to be a crowd pleaser as well. Overall if you want to hang out and enjoy a delicious cocktail, I would say try out Establishment for yourself but only if you have some time on your hands and you aren't terribly hungry. Disappointing! Their online menu is pretty varied and has probably 75 choices on it. After looking online, there were a number of dishes that really interested me. When we were seated, the menu they gave us had about 12-15 items on it (very limited), none of which were the items I was interested in eating. I asked the server what happened to the menu and she said they were "between chefs and testing different menus". Managment: It is quite easy to update an online menu! Furthermore, they had brought in a live band (horrible music) and trying to have a conversation was impossible despite my asking the maitre'd to "seat us as far away as possible from the music". Their wine list is pretty basic - 1 chardonnay, 1 pinot Grigio and 1 sav. blanc. and about 3 reds. The best part was our sever - she was very polite and attentive. Be warned: this place is noisy as all get-out, so don't go in expecting to be able to hold anything resembling a conversation. The food was good - we both had the fish and chips. The fish itself was properly cooked, but the breading was still slightly doughy on one of my fillets. The french fries looked like they were cooked fresh, and not out of a freezer bag. The beer list was good. The price is ok for a night out in midtown. The service was prompt and polite, although we had to ask our server for basics like cutlery and ketchup for the fries. My last few reviews haven't been good, but I'm happy to report that today's visit showed me why I fell in love with this place in the first place. Today featured amazing staff (thank you to the manager and Damion for making my visit good again). It was pretty crowded and were willing to sit at the bar but we were given the last booth and immediately asked if we wanted our regular drinks. Our waiter was really busy so the manager waited on us himself, our orders were correct and our food was really good, and we were checked on often despite it being a full house. We even tired the Red Light District - yum! I will be back to being a regular if this keeps up :) read more

The inside is very nice and the atmosphere is great. The reason for the low stars is the price on entree items. Maybe paying $23 for chicken is ok for some people, but I just can't see that being ok.
