I finally got the correct email from them, but they never answered my email. I called again, left a message, never received a reply. The day after the scheduled "kayak tour" (which we did not take), I got an email thanking us for coming. I called and explained again, they said they'd take care of it, and they never did. I guess it's easy to take advantage of people who aren't local.
