Asking for us to do mickey mouse repair

Unethical business practices is all I can say from a business prospective, but I don't know what they do with their car customers other trying to fix cars the cheapest way and have them deal with it. As a car business buying cars with no history from an auction has risk of winning or loosing, but this business tries to throw their loss on others. We have a reputable shop nearby where Euro Auto decided to accept our recommendation to rebuilding an electric car battery. After rebuilding the battery, Euro Auto took the car charging 215 miles instead of 100 miles charge and the shop test drove it for 50 miles and charged it twice. When the car died on their lot, we offered $900+ worth of labor to test and identify the root of their new issue relating to the charge controller according to the factory recommendation, instead of getting a second opinion to validate our claim that has nothing to do with the battery that is still looking great and it's still under warranty by us... all we get instead of a thank you for helping is threats and demanding his money on a service we already successfully completed. Filing complaints and sending legal threats is not a way a respectful business owner handles a partnership. We deal with a ton of dealers, and by any means this one is the worst. I'm sorry, trying to damage our reputation is NOT how a respectful business covers their losses, you need to grow up and deal with it. We completed our job and offered soo much free service, either get a second option or take our results as it is.

Buyers beware of fraudulent activity from this dealer! Please read carefully and reconsider buying from this dealership or any other small dealership. I recently purchased a 2014 640i X drive BMW from Euro Auto Sales. When I looked at the car I brought my scanner with me, which showed the vehicle had a shadow code (check engine light) that was recently cleared. I mentioned this and was assured by the sales man and owner nothing was wrong with the car and it passed smog. The owner came outside while I was looking at the car and seemed very confident I wouldn't find anything wrong with the car, he said "each problem you find I'll take $600 off the price" I immediately started pointing out several things with the car and he was speechless. When we decided to move forward with the car I brought up what he mentioned about taking $600 off for each problem and he came into the office and explained that he didn't think I would find anything wrong with it, most people wouldn't notice the things I noticed, and he couldn't honor what he said because the price he was asking was already low. This very thing almost made me walk away from the deal because I don't like people that don't keep their word, or just like to say bullshit and not back it up. He seemed honest with his answer and we really liked the car so we moved forward with the purchase. We debated to finance the car but decided to just pull the money from our savings and pay cash to save us from paying all the interest the transfer took a couple of days because of the large amount of money so we came back to get the car. Within a day or two of purchasing the vehicle and driving it home the check engine light came on for a gas tank leak detection being unplugged. After several weeks of the car being at the BMW dealer, testing wiring, replacing sensors and modules, and taking the interior out to check the gas tank, BMW found that the vehicles wiring had been tampered with previously and the DME history shows that the check engine light had been cleared several times. The dates show that during the ownership of Euro Auto Sales they cleared the check engine light on several occasions. This shows that they knew of the problem and tried to hide it from potential buyers. I've spent over $1,000 already and now the dealer is saying that the car needs a new DME which is $4,200! We contacted Euro Auto Sales about the problem, explained everything, and told them we found another company that would rebuild the DME for $1,000 instead of purchasing a new one from the dealer for $4,200. We asked that they help with the cost since they knew of this issue before we purchased the vehicle. We were told they would get back to us but they stopped replying. See screen shots of text messages to prove what I'm saying is the truth. We will be sharing our experience on all social media, google, yelp, and speaking to our attorneys. Thankfully we have a list of dates when the check engine light has been cleared and know the approximate dates that Euro Auto Sales owned the vehicle so we have strong evidence proving they were well aware of the check engine light and lied to us when we questioned the shadow code. This experience has caused us to further investigate the maintenance history of this vehicle, we contacted each place that the vehicle has been serviced at and found out that the car was in the shop for a front main seal caused by the belt being sucked into the engine and clogging the oil pump. When we changed the oil we found pieces of belt in the oil filter and scattered throughout the engine compartment. Now we are worried the the engine may fail due to pieces of belt getting into the bearings and oil passages. We are waiting for records to be sent to us from several dealers we spoke with to strengthen our case. We gave Euro Auto Sales the opportunity to help us pay to fix this issue before writing this review and speaking with our attorney, they stopped replying. I will update my review when the outcome is finalized.

Took a $500 dollar deposit. Changed my mind and they kept the money. Don't remember the gentlemen helping me but he couldn't look me in the eyes when he spoke highly about the truck. This place will turn into a fast food chain in the future I am sure of that

In the market for a car and decided to check this place out. Got to the dealership a little early and saw two cars I was interested in. A Camaro and a Lexus RX. The Camaro was priced at 15,800 on car guru so I decided on that vehicle. Waited around until they opened and headed back to the dealership. This is where it all went downhill. I asked the sales lady could I check the car out. She asked for my license and said she would get the key. When she came back she handed me the key and my license. I began checking out the car. There were car parts in the trunk as if some work had been done to the car. Not a deal breaker so I continued to inspect the vehicle. Decided I wanted to continue with a test drive. I assumed the sales lady took a copy of my license for the test drive. I asked her was it okay to take the car off the lot and she said "after we talk numbers". Wait so you asked for my license just to allow me to look at the car? Why would I talk numbers before a test drive? I went along with it and the sales lady came back with a paper stating the price of the car was $17,998 and a carfax print out. I show her the CarGurus add that's says $15,888. She said "let me talk to my boss". I told her politely I would pass on the car. How can we talk numbers if I don't know how the car drives? Outside of the price gouging the price was too much for the year, miles and the car had been rear ended. I decided not to waste my time and told her no thank you. Bad sales experience all the way around. Who talks numbers before a test drive and you should be aware of your advertisement. Dont post a car for one price and up it $2000 when the customer arrives. A little FYI I planned on paying cash not financing. Their lost I'll continue my search.

Here's an email Lucky sent me. This guy is far from professional, his hole in the wall 5 car a month lot is not gonna last long

For context: I've been a loyal Audi customer for over 15 years. I've bought four cars from this dealership for hundreds of thousands of dollars and have personally recommended them to at least 10 friends. That's how much trust I had in them. When I returned my 2022 Audi, the dealership told me to cancel the independent lease inspection that I had previously scheduled and bring the car directly to them because they would "handle everything" on the same day. I was at the dealership signing and driving away in my new 2024 Audi e-tron GT, believing--based on what they told me--that the lease return was fully taken care of. Seven months later, out of nowhere, Audi Financial claimed there was a problem with the lease return: a $695 charge for a cracked tail light -- something they told me would be handled and disclosed on the same day. Audi never contacted me during those seven months. No notice. No discussion. No attempt to resolve anything before it escalated. I immediately disputed the charge in writing through the proper channels with documentation. Despite that, the charge was pushed through anyway and reported in a way that wrecked my credit. Since then, I have spent months--now over a year--trying to get this resolved. All I am asking is that Audi Financial properly report the facts back to the credit bureaus. They have refused to do so. The impact: my credit score went from ~820 to ~590 over this single $695 issue -- a problem that exists only because I followed Audi San Jose's instructions and trusted them to handle the return properly. To make matters worse, Audi San Jose has never acknowledged that they told me to cancel the inspection in the first place, even though that instruction is what put me in this position. Based on how this was handled -- reporting a disputed charge, ignoring the dispute, refusing to correct the reporting, and causing massive credit damage without any meaningful attempt to resolve it -- Audi violated fair credit reporting laws and basic consumer protection standards and I will be pursuing this further with consumer protection organizations. This wasn't a minor inconvenience. This was: * Bad guidance from the dealership * Zero follow-up for seven months * Then financial and credit damage over a $695 tail light charge * And over a year of refusal to fix their reporting After 15+ years of loyalty, four cars, and countless referrals, I will never, ever, ever buy another car from Audi again.

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

The first red flag was in 2023. My girlfriend brought in her two-year-old Mazda CX-5, and the service advisor tried to hand us an $800+ bill for a laundry list of services--including a brake fluid change and tire balancing. Mind you, this was a nearly new vehicle, and not a single one of those services was on Mazda's recommended maintenance schedule. It was a blatant cash grab. The second red flag was in 2024. We went in for basic maintenance and dealt with a service rep trying to trick us into the exact same round of unnecessary brake fluid changes and tire balancing. When we saw through it and refused, she dropped all professionalism and hit us with an incredibly condescending, "Sure, I meannn... it is your car." The final straw was today. I booked an appointment based on a promotional oil change offer they were running. The moment we arrived, the service guy pulled a classic bait-and-switch, claiming that due to "fine print," they actually had to charge us an additional $50+. Maybe it's our fault for not bringing a magnifying glass to read their ads, but I would much rather do business with a service shop that is transparent and honest. This place relies on deception and upselling to make a buck. I absolutely do not recommend anyone use their service. No customer should have to experience this level of disrespect.
