I strongly recommend that you not use either this Euro Collision location or any other in their network. I have gone to them several times for work on my vehicle because they are recommended by my insurance. Each time, something was done incorrectly and I needed to bring the car back for further work. Most recently, I brought in the car after an accident to the Kingsbury location. The outside of the vehicle was repaired but no investigation was done whatsoever into status of the engine. When I heard an ongoing rattle in the engine after picking the vehicle up, Eurocollision attempted to blame the noise on the fact I had received an oil change. Over a month long period, they failed to return my calls and were exceedingly rude on the phone. Particularly, I dealt with a service tech named Akhil who regularly promised that the situation would be dealt with, failed to return calls, and was extremely unprofessional by phone. I would urge you not to use this shop for anything. read more

I can not even give them a rating on they customer service which is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when ever you call they always put you on hold for a extended period of time , to come back to the the phone to say oh we are sorry only one person knows about your part , then to say that he was at lunch to have him pick up the phone @ 2:14 to tell me that I need to be there before 3 pm today because the technicians leave @ 3:30, but on Friday 2/1/02017 when the appointment was made I was told to come in on Monday the same time I was there which was at 4;30 after all of the disorganization . Handled my claim ok. However, they left a nasty smelling rag soaked in something in my car. It took over a week to get the smell out. I also noticed that two items were missing from my car. I didn't notice them until a couple days after I picked the car up because they stay in the very back. Maybe they just removed them when they were repairing it. However, they had no reason to get in the back, based on the damage. I called three times and was only ever allowed to talk to the receptionist. She just kept telling me she would have someone look into it. They refused to actually do anything about it or acknowledge my existance. I will not take my car here again for anything. read more

We brought the car in a few hours later, and Euro Collision took over from there. They dealt with the insurance paperwork and details, all we had to do was drop the car and pick it up. Euro Collision is amazing!!!! I came to them initially to have my right rear view mirror fixed, they gave me a great price! I had a few scratches on my car and asked if they could be buffed out, they did this at no charge!!!! My car came out wonderfully! I came back a few weeks later due to being in a hit and run, and my car being scuffed very badly! I came back, and asked if they could buff the damage out! I was prepared to pay, but they buffed damages free of charge!!! I would highly recommend them! They are very friendly and efficient!!! Very unhappy with my experience here. I waited 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment to get an estimate for a minor repair from hitting a pothole ($400). My car was looked at for maybe 1 minute and an estimate was made. I went in for the repairs and everything seemed fine. While driving over the next few days I heard the familiar scraping sound that brought me to eurocollision originally. I went back to euro collision and was told the part was never replaced. I made it clear what I wanted repaired during the estimate and the piece was even ducktaped. I felt the estimate was rushed and no one took the time to listen to my concerns. Hassan offered to replace the part with no labor cost for my inconvenience. He also took the time to explain what was replaced on my car which was appreciated. I called back two days later and he was not in at the time. I left a message with the receptionist but decided to stop in on my way home from work to see if I could catch him before closing time. The receptionist rudely explained Hassan was obviously still not in because no one had called me. 3 weeks later and I never received a call back. I plan to take my business elsewhere. I don't recommend coming to eurocollision for any body repairs, especially minor ones. read more

I came in on MLK Monday for my driver's side mirror which suddenly became loose and was essentially hanging by a thread. Without having an appointment, Rahul was so accommodating and willing to help me. He gave me an estimate of about an hour wait to examine what the problem was and if the problem could be repaired. Rahul was so helpful and pretty much gave me updates every 15 minutes. Even though, he did give me an estimate in case the entire side mirror had to be replaced (which by the way was cheaper than the Lexus dealership), he was going to get his technician, Miguel, to try his hardest to get it fixed without a replacement. And...Miguel did it...he completely fixed my side mirror! Great service with honest, accommodating workers who truly appreciate your business! read more

It all seemed great at first, they were very friendly and repeatedly told us "if anything goes wrong you call us and we'll make it right" and left us with feeling very taken care of when we picked up my car and left. As soon as I pulled into the garage and opened my door (where the damage occurred prior to repair), the door panel plug fell out with broken prongs. About a week later I had to get into my glove box and discovered my handle was completely missing! No handle to be found anywhere in the car. We opened the glove box to hand them my insurance when we dropped the vehicle off, so we know for certain everything was good and fine when we left it. We called to complain about the glove box and they refused to do anything about it; instead saying it could have been anyone who damaged it and they weren't even working on that side of the car. I know for a fact that after picking up the car from Euro Collision, NO ONE else would have been in my car to break and remove my glove compartment handle, and my car has never been broken into. I feel very mistreated by Euro Collision. read more

Worst experience ever. They over sprayed on the car, said they will fix both bumpers, but only the rear was fixed. My seats were made dirty. I left my mobile with the service desk and told them to call that number when the car was ready but they could not figure what number to call. They kept calling my work number on a saturday when no one was there. I will never go there again! read more

Have used these folks twice. They are outstanding! Before you read any further, they are honest, ethical and efficient. The first time I went there, they were not able to get the car washed after it had been repaired. So, they gave me a certificate to the place they use. Yesterday, I went in because the front left wheel cover of our Jeep Cherokee was hanging like a six year olds loose tooth. Raoul looked at it, fifteen minutes later had the clips and reattached the bumper. They did at no cost! This is before I said I would write a review! I took my car to get fixed a year ago. My car was hit in the front passenger side wheel, fender, and a bit on the door causing both body and suspension damage. The service I received from Euro was great in the beginning. Liz would call me with info on the progress of the job and received my car back within a week. But things began to go downhill after I picked up my car. I noticed there was a clunking noise in my suspension that would happen with even the smallest bump during the first couple days. Mind you I have a 2015 Lexus is250 so its still faily new for noises like this to pop up. I also noticed my spare tire was missing from my trunk when I went to put my baby's stroller back in. I had to drive all the way back to Euro to ask for my spare tire and to tell them about the noise I was hearing. At the time I didn't realize my factory spare tools were also missing otherwise I would've asked for them, too. I understand things get forgotten but if I would've needed that spare tire in the middle of the highway, it would not have been the greatest way to find out my spare and tools were gone. While at Euro they were able give me back my spare. They also told me they didn't tighten something that should've been tightened from the beginning. Until this day my suspension has NOT been the same. The noise is still there and has WORSENED. All suspension parts were replaced with OEM parts EXCEPT the axle. A couple weeks ago I took it to Lexus on regular maintenance and asked them to check my suspension. They told me the axle is bent and I needed to take it back to Euro for them to replace. Euro DOES NOT WANT TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR FAULTY WORK. They told me the noise is coming from the opposite axle which Lexus told me it was from the passenger side. Euro is also trying to charge me additional to fix it when it was clearly their mistake for not fixing my car correctly the first fuckn time. And the only reason why I found out my factory spare tools were missing was because I got a flat on the highway an hour away from my house and my husband, my now 1 year old, and I were stranded in the middle of the highway for 3 HOURS without being able to change into my spare tire and without tow trucks working in the area that could accommodate my child's car seat. This shit is not one bit fuckn fair to me and my family to go through a shitty situation like that. My husband confronted Euro for keeping my spare tools and Euro told him THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME EVEN GOING BACK TO PICK UP MY SPARE which means they "never kept my spare or my tools." THE PLACE IS FUCKN REDICULOUS!! Sure they do great body work but their MECHANICAL WORK IS SHIT!! And on top of that, THEY'RE FUCKN LIARS!! read more

I recently took my Mercedes in for auto body repair at Euro Collision and was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service and professionalism of the staff. In addition to fixing collision damage to my passenger door, my customer service rep was able to identify the source of a ongoing mechanical issue. While restoring my door, Euro Collision also took care of a few other dings and scrapes my car had accumulated over the last nine years. I was reffered to Euro by the normal car wash I go to. I checked it out and was impressed! Being a woman you hate to go into any place related to gettting a car service and god forbid you have to use the restroom. By my surprise Euro was more than clean it was shiny and clean the bathroom was great and since I had to wait for the rental car and drink their lovely free refreshments I was relieved to use the restroom and not feel like ehhhwwwie when I came out. There service was great a job that other places quoted me might take two weeks took 3 or 4 days cant remember. But I was pleased they also took the initiative to buff out a few of my little parking boo boos. On a scale of one to ten, these guys are plus 2000. The facility is clean and well organized. The professional staff takes care of you from the minute you arrive with coffee and an easy auto inspection. They said they could get the body work done in four days and they did. The repair is perfect. Other estimators said it would take two weeks. The rental car was ready to go when I arrived, and the woman showed me how everything worked in the car. When I picked up my Volvo, it took only 10 minutes. They had washed and cleaned the car beautifully inside and out. This facility speaks well of Geico too, which is the best insurance carrier I have ever had. read more
