Owner Tim is a skunk rip-off 'mechanic'. He does not perform the work you ask him to do, but expands the scope, argues, then bristles with attitude. He gouged me like a thief. To change 2 rubber fuel lines he charged $500, double or triple what it was worth, hung up on me, and threatened to impound my car. I paid with total resentment just to get my car away from this bad actor. I should have known better. His office is a disgusting pig-sty, with a half-eaten jar of peanut butter, no lid, on his desk that was there 6 months ago. Euro-Tech was recommended by a friend I trust, but I should have looked at his office and known he's no good. I'm buried with work but if I can make time I will file a complaint with the state Bureau of Automotive Repair. YOU, however, now have been warned. NEVER use this eh-whole under any circumstances. NEVER.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Tim at Euro Tech is a liar and a thief. 1. He charged me $495.26 for "OEM" rotors which he then said was oem equivalent after I caught him lying. OEM equivalent should not be equally priced as OEM Audi parts. 2. He charged me $11 a quart for oil at 8.5 quarts. My Audi takes 7.2 quarts for an oil change. EDIT* I just received a low oil light warning, so he charged me for 8 quarts but I'm a quart low?? 3. LABOR only to resurface the rear rotors and change front and rear pads (I supplied pads) was $490! Apparently it takes him an average of 1 hour per corner to replace pads. There's more to add, but those are the major points. DO NOT COME HERE!

Tim is a great guy. Real expert on German cars.. and a nice vibe too. Gave me tons of advice above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks again!

Went in to clear a dashboard light and Tim didn't charge me for it even though I took up his time.

They took advantage of my young-adult daughter and I'm just not OK with the way they sold her a completely unnecessary procedure. "I recommended your shop to my daughter based off of a large number of positive Yelp reviews. She came in for routine service on her 2015 Prius with ~75,000 miles. See Invoice #xxxxx. I am very disappointed with how this went. Setting aside your ludicrous prices for replacing her filters (a common tactic), you sprung a brake fluid flush on her when that was not something she requested for her service. Toyota's own maintenance guide indicates that the brake fluid for the 2015 Prius does not need maintenance - it is designed to last for the lifetime of the car. It feels like you took advantage of my daughter's youth and lack of car knowledge and robbed her of $250, but before I take to social media or anything, I thought I'd give you all a chance to make this right. To clarify, she had no issues with her brakes going into this, and nothing in the documentation says there was a leak or other problem. You simply did an expensive and unnecessary procedure."
