We talked through the pricing and everything was beating what I was quoted from the dealership. First thing I noticed when I walked into their business was all his family photos. It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change. I will be bringing my car back to Nick moving forward.

"I recommended your shop to my daughter based off of a large number of positive Yelp reviews. She came in for routine service on her 2015 Prius with ~75,000 miles. See Invoice #xxxxx. I am very disappointed with how this went. Setting aside your ludicrous prices for replacing her filters (a common tactic), you sprung a brake fluid flush on her when that was not something she requested for her service. Toyota's own maintenance guide indicates that the brake fluid for the 2015 Prius does not need maintenance - it is designed to last for the lifetime of the car. It feels like you took advantage of my daughter's youth and lack of car knowledge and robbed her of $250, but before I take to social media or anything, I thought I'd give you all a chance to make this right. To clarify, she had no issues with her brakes going into this, and nothing in the documentation says there was a leak or other problem. You simply did an expensive and unnecessary procedure."

Appointment was easy to make online. Car was in the next day and diagnostics ($180 fee) finished…read morewithin an hour. I ended up having to pay $2,000 for the fixes my car needed. The dashboard had to come off for the work, so I understand some things had to be moved. However, when I picked my car up they hadn't bothered putting the passenger floor mat back down. Instead it was on top of the seat. They also didn't bother plugging my phone charger back in. I found it tossed in the back seat. The next day I noticed grease stains all over the interior ceiling. The shop let me bring it back in and cleaned them, but now there are just parts of the fabric with a different texture (and still slightly discolored...) from being scrubbed. When I'm spending $2,000 at a shop, I expect my property to be cared for and not returned to me in a worse condition. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
