Needed a refurhybrid battery for my 2012 Lexus CT200h. This car is not my first hybrid ... and I knew how important it was to do my homework and to find a good warranty when purchasing a refurbished battery. Most places offered warranties that didn't exceed six months or 20,000 miles (cost being between 1200 and 1500) For a few bucks more, I got an incredible warranty! I've now had my battery for a couple of months and my car is running great! It holds its charge. I can run my air conditioner, and the warranty conditions are reasonable ... they expect you to keep your battery coolant system clean and to drive a minimum of 1000 miles a month (which you should be doing anyways if you own a hybrid) On top of that, the staff was really friendly and they got me in and out super quick. They don't do any appointments - it's a first come first serve basis, but I tend to come early in the morning as soon as they open and I'm helped right away. I drop off my car at 8am and depending on what I'm getting done, my car is finished by 1pm the latest. It's really simple to get serviced. I already know what my car needs and Scott + team gets on it right away. Often times I know it's difficult to find a place that's trustworthy and honest, but I've been here twice and so far I've not been let down. I have never had such an incredible experience at an automotive shop than I had with this team. What a breath of fresh air! If you're looking for integrity and experience, I highly recommend them. My 2009 Prius had been having issues with the Multi-function Display malfunctioning intermittently for months. Took it to two Toyota Dealers who wanted to charge between $2200 and $2500 to "fix it", though they couldn't explain what the problem was. I found Warner Hybrid Shop online and called. Scott instantly put my mind at ease, letting me know this is a common issue. I brought her in the next day and within 10 minutes they were able to diagnose her, and had her ready to drive away in 40 minutes total (Toyota had kept her all day at one, and for two days at another). They did have to replace the unit but at $745 (including tax and labor) vs. $2200. I will always take my hybrids to them, even though I have to drive over an hour (from Ojai) to get to them. read more

I have to say, this repair shop is legit!! Scott is great and is a straight shooter. He was the only one that would give me a quote over the phone prior to bringing in. All other shops I called wanted to charge $100+ for a diagnostic check prior to giving me a quote. Also, we experienced a small delay in receiving the part needed for my repair (not Scott's fault, delay was from a 3rd party), and Scott took care of 2 days of my rental car for the delay! Warner Auto is a class act all the way! On top of this, Scott charged me slightly less than the estimate he initially quoted me! Update 9/17/19: Noticed the same problem with one of the battery pack fans that I had last year that ended up with one being replaced. Called up Scott and he told me to come by whenever convenient and they would run another quick diagnostic. Showed up 20min later and he had a tech check it out. Sure enough, another fan was out again. Meanwhile, Jerry went back to check out which fan wasn't working. It was the used one they put in last October. Without me saying a word, Jerry came back out and said they're replacing the fan right now... for free! Unbelievable generosity, integrity and character. Next level customer service. I was speechless. I'm not going to sugar coat it, Scott and Jerry will restore your faith in humanity. They didn't know it at the time but I'm currently unemployed and this repair was not something I could even afford, which makes Jerry's customer service and generosity even more impactful. So, this is my second review, this time for a repair to another Prius. I had a dead 12v battery and an electrical issue that included a fried main fuse and other related parts.
