He has been taking care of my daughters Infiniti G 35, sons Nissan Sentra and wife's Audi A4 and he has done a terrific job on all those cars for many years now. I went somewhere for 20 years because I was actually able to stand in the shop under the rack, hands-on and I still had problems. The reason I'm the last one on board is I have a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. I thought since it's a certified used car,dealer is the only way to go, boy was I wrong. Since I bought it from them as a one owner, low mileage trade-in on a brand new Corvette and they did give me a short warranty, When I felt a few minor things going on after the oil change and putting less than 6000 miles on it they said I need $5000 worth of work. They didn't care as long as they had my money they just wanted more. Very reliable shop, I've taken my car in for oil changes, tire rotations, and had a few problems with my timing belt and radiator throughout this year and each time they've quickly helped me and repaired the car. The staff is extremely friendly and answered any questions I had! I ended up taking my father's Prius to have the batteries recharged for the fraction of the price the dealer was offering. They also offered a 3 year or 100,000 mile warranty! I've done my research; finding a mechanic shop like this is hard to come by. read more

I have a 2010 Ford Fusion. It suddenly dropped in the MPG it was getting. It acted like the hybrid battery was no longer working... even though it showed the battery fully charged. I looked online and found out that Ford has a computer program that turns off the battery in 9 years (just as the warranty runs out)! I called up the guys at Warner Auto Hybrid, and they told me they would diagnose it for free. I then showed them the online instructions, and they easily made the change on the spot. It took only a couple of minutes, and it saved me a lot of cash. Now my car works again! I'll be back if I eventually do need a new battery, since they they quoted me a price for a new battery that was WAY less then the dealership. read more

I have to commend Scott at the front desk for superior customer service. Mind you, it is hard to find a decent shop that services all electric vehicles. This shop was able to help diagnose the issue with my car. I was worried how much it would take to fix as the the entire braking system warning lights were going bonkers. Regenerative braking systems are expensive as they are new technology. Scott helped me schedule an appointment and was prompt in replying back to me with the situation regarding my car. It was a minor fix and I am super grateful for keeping things easy for me during the holidays. A good ol' fashioned honest mechanic is rare indeed. Highly recommended!! read more

The owner "Jerry" not only is the most honest person I have encounter in the auto business, but also he is a true gentleman. He is well educated in the business he runs. his shop is one place for any problem a car may have. he is well trained for German's car. There are 10 bays auto repair at the above location. If I can give this place zero stars I would. So I bought a 2009 BMW 335i from a dealership that works with this place on warranties. I took my car in 2 times and both times and I do not like how they straight lied to my face. So the first time I took my car in was to check some codes and for an oil leak and possible gas leak sure they fixed it. I ended up taking my car to wash it and come to find out my $1500 rim had a good chunk missing on the edge. I went back to speak to Scott about this and he has the balls to say it couldn't have happened there because there are no curbs as he pointed at the parking lot. Given the fact they had my car for a week he said someone else could have done it. Um no how could someone else do it when I'm the only one that drives my car and never park close to any curb to touch my rims. Besides they have a back lot and a bunch of heavy machinery back there. So I said fuck it whatever. Now i took it again a week or so later for some more codes. They had it for another week, and since the fucked up my rims once I thought check them for any more damage. Now what do I find? a fresh hit to the same fucking rim. Again I go talk to Scott and he says the same exact thing there are no curbs to hit it. Thats twice he had the audacity to lie that they didnt do it when the car was in their possession for a week. Only reason I took it to this place was because my warranty can only be used here. I wouldn't recommend this place they will damage your car and not take responsibility. I'm a car enthusiast I work and upgrade my car I take care of my shit. And for some business to mess up what you work for yeah fuck this place I'm very disappointed that they would lie when you're supposed to trust them to fix it. read more

I have gone to Warner Auto for many years because it is walking distance from my home. They are OK for Brakes and small stuff and if it's something small like a fuse, sometimes they don't even charge you. If it's not broken, they don't fix it. But don't let them do head gaskets. The first time they did the head gaskets, the engine light went on and it was never the same car again. Despite taking it back to them multiple times and the engine light going on, they kept saying it was some other problem. Finally I took it to another garage and had to pay another $85 to find out it was head gaskets by which time it was partially out of warranty. They agreed to do the head gaskets again at half price. I gave it to them January 2nd to fix. While they had it, the mechanic messed up the head gaskets AGAIN so they had to do it twice. Somehow, while they had it, the power steering pump blew up and sprayed oil all over the engine. More than two weeks later, they gave me back my car for $750 and told me the power steering was making a noise, but that would "go away". It didn't go away. The battery went out and after a jump it promptly died again. They key won't come out, the gears won't shift. There's no point in taking it back because they are incapable of fixing it. A couple of months ago, they did the AC and now it has a mind of it's own and blows the wrong temperature of air. THEY DO EVERYTHING HALF-WAY. Nothing is completely fixed. They are incompetent and it doesn't matter how many times you take it back, they still can't fix it. They will ruin your car. read more

i brought my 2007 S 550 Benz in for a oil change, 2 days after my car overheated. found out my coolant tank was broken off at the hose connection point. later i brought my son's BMW 325i in for a smog and the same issue happend to his car. They will sabotage your car to bring back for other repairs. read more
