Excellent Fumigation just tented our house. We had several quotes and theirs came in around the 'ball park'. The deciding factor was them being a local and family owned business, and Jenifer didn't try to 'up sale' me on other services. She discussed the options, but once I explained my exact situation, she stayed on task and gave us what we wanted. The technician who did that actual tenting went through a considerable effort to spare damage some some of my wife's plants. He also bagged up a lot of the items we thought didn't need to be bagged. And he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why when it was time to put in the gas. When they were done, the only indication they had been there were the dead bugs. And Jenifer gave us an excellent recommendation for dog sitters while the house was tented and we were out of town. Chances are, it will be a long time before I need to tent my house again, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone. You get what you pay for. read more

I found Excellent Fumingation on Yelp. They did an excellent job with fumigating my house. The inspector, Luis was very pleasant and professional. I have a tile roof. I was so concerned that the roof would be severely damaged when their crews walked on it. I expressed my concern to Luis. He sent Ramon (he is such a nice guy, pleasant and patient) and his crew Javier to my house before the fumigation to test the sturdiness of the tiles. Ramon assured that they would do the best they could to minimize the damage to the roof. In reality it is hard not to crack any tiles when you walk on the roof and put a heavy tent on it. When the fumigation was completed, Javier took a video of my roof and told me that there were 16 broken tiles including the three that were already broken before the fumigation. Those pesky bugs are literally destroying your biggest investment. I don't have rats, luckily (that I know of....except some neighbors, but I digress). After finding them on YELP, the process was easy as pie. Jennifer Miranda and her team took something that is so scary and cumbersome and they examined the property (for free!) and whole process was very simple after that. We called Excellent Fumigation exterminators when we needed an inspection for a home purchase. The man who came out did a very thorough job and even went far beyond the call of duty to crawl through a very narrow crawl space to check a lower part of the first floor, which is not normally covered in the inspection. We had such a wonderful service. Our house gets an UNBELIEVABLE amount if ants on the exterior of our property. It looked like a horror film. Last year we did multiple things ourself to try and rectify it. Nothing really worked. We tried natural and chemical..no luck. This year we decided to get help.
