Can you say rip off. Just because the title has the word executive in it, this establishment feels it can charge outrageous prices for sub-standard work. I came here because I needed 4 shirts and a jacket drycleaned and was looking for something within walking distance of my dowtown loft. I decided on this place over Ralphs because I figure it specialized in cleaning so it'd be better. WRONG. I drop off my clothes and specifically tell the lady working there that my coat has a stain and a weird odor from the food that was spilled on it. She says no problem all of your stuff will be done tomorrow so come back any time. I come by 3 days later and she says actually your clothing is not done yet, come back in 2 hours. THANKS. I come back 2 hours later, pay the $20 and come to find that the stain hasn't been removed and the jacket still smells. Thanks I could have done a better job at home with some Febreeze. Maybe this was just one bad experience seeing as the other 2 reviews before me were positive, but I'll definitely be going to the Ralphs dry cleaning right across the street from now on. read more

They've been our cleaners for two years now. We've used their pickup service and never venture into the shop. In addition to our clothes, I send along our couch covers and on occasion - leather purses for cleaning. They have been very good for us. Right before Christmas I missed a pick up. I called the store, and they sent someone right over to pick up my laundry. I have no intention of trying out another service. They fit the bill. read more

This is the best place to go for rude service and high prices. The man with the beard that works here does not know a thing about customer service. I dropped off a few shirts here to be dry cleaned and when I picked them up there was a black stain one of my shirts. When I asked the man about it he said that it was there when I brought it in and there is nothing they can do about it. Ruin the 2 pair of pants and told me pretty much that my business is not appreciated here because they have too much business cause of their prime location. Very rude owner. I needed next-day service (which they do not offer, FYI), and was turned down-- which is fine. But the woman who worked here was extremely rude about it. She abruptly said "No" when I politely asked, and she refused to engage me further when I was just asking if she knew of any other places to try since I was from out of town. Worst place ever. The first time I came here someone else was upset in the line ahead of me. Should paid attention to that red flag. They didn't finish my alteration on time, in fact it was a week after promised and it wasn't even pressed. Took 15 min to find my jumper and when I finally checked out, it was $40 to hem the pants and take in the waist a little. It was the same price I paid for the jumper! I'm so so angry. read more

The cleaners itself is probably pretty solid- great location in Downtown, but the customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. The lady working the front was unaccommodating, rude, rolled her eyes multiple times and treated me, the customer, as the last priority, claiming "she was too busy." I get that she can't give an exact pricing but she could give me a range which she then snapped and said I told you I am not going to release pricing over the phone - you have to come in. I am a loyal customer of Executive Cleaners. I live off of Hope and Olympic and although the cleaners at Ralphs are closer, my experience with them was lackluster. Ralphs overall was decent, but they lacked the customer service. Juliana and her son, are not only extremely pleasant but true professionals. I have come in multiple times requesting to get a shirt dry cleaned, only for them to inform me that it was not necessary for the type of fabric/stain of the shirt- they could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but rather took care of me- the customer. I normally do not write yelp reviews, but today when they asked me to rate them on yelp due to abusive ratings from competitors, I jumped on and created this account; I did this because they are the best and they deserve to be recognized as the best. read more

My husband and I have been getting our dry cleaning done here for 3 1/2 years and have been very pleased with the quality of the service. Juliana has always gone out of her way to make sure our clothes are ready in time, especially if we need them back right away. She has also been meticulous in making sure stains are removed from our clothes (even stains we figured would never come out) and that our alterations are done exactly as we specified. In additional to being very professional, we have found Juliana to be both pleasant and courteous. I broke the zipper on a new sports jacket that had removable sleeves. I looked this place up on yelp and tried it out due to its location. They took great effort to find a zipper that matched the color of the jacket. When I picked the jacket up it was laundered, pressed and the zipper looked great! They charged me so little for the repair that I can't post it here! You have to try this place out if you live in downtown LA! read more

Great cleaners in a great location - I can park at Ralph's and walk right over. I only take cotton dress shirts, so I can't say whether I'd entrust them with high-end clothing or not, but they do a nice job with my shirts. This lady who does alterations needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment! she is a serious b****! I came in and presented a garment and showed her the two places I needed altered- the straps shortened and the bust lifted. When I got to the bust part She immediately threw her hands up and started Saying " NO! NO! I cannot do it!" In an aggressive manner. I was kind of shocked at her angry tone and mannerisms in a professional setting. When I asked why not the guy at the register chimed in and said yea it can't be done (about the Bust part). So I'm like okayyyy.... and waited for them to at least offer to shorten the straps since the bust cldnt be done. She didn't even offer to do the straps! she just threw her hands up like as if to say "f*ck your romper" and stormed back into her back room and left me standing at the counter so I just left. LMAO! who treats a new customer like that! I walked down the street to another place where the guy actually had me try it on and observed what the problem was and is able to fix the bust by adding some darts and is fixing the straps as well. Have never had such a terrible, draining experience with the dry cleaners. I dropped off a large amount of dry cleaning and alterations a few weeks ago. The guy helping me seemed nice and I was relieved to find my go to dry cleaner so close to home. But unfortunately when I went in to pick up my items It was a nightmare. First off the lady helping me was extremely rude and basically yelled at me for not having my ticket. Then after arguing back and forth she found my order. When I went to pay, prices were much higher than I was quoted but I just paid and left. When I got home and started to look at everything I realized some items were not cleaned, hemming was not done how I asked and I was missing two shirts! When I went back they said it was my fault I was missing items because I didn't bring my ticket in. I would rather drive an hour to a professional cleaner than deal with those people again. read more

This place has great prices and even better employees. It's run by a mother and her son and they are both always very friendly. They have done alterations for me that turned out perfectly. They might not have a computer system, but their ticket system has never failed. They have always gotten my clothes ready when they said they would. I am new to DTLA so I called to receive information on pricing and servicing because I had a large quantity of items I needed dry-cleaned. Every other company I called in DTLA and Pasadena were happy to discuss their services, pricing, and timelines with me. But, on the phone with a male representative for Executive Image Cleaners, I was told they wouldn't release pricing over the phone (not even estimates/averages) and that I would have to come in simply to get my apparel priced individually. He told me that if I didn't want to make a trip to their store for pricing I could go somewhere else.
