They've been our cleaners for two years now. We've used their pickup service and never venture into the shop. In addition to our clothes, I send along our couch covers and on occasion - leather purses for cleaning. They have been very good for us. Right before Christmas I missed a pick up. I called the store, and they sent someone right over to pick up my laundry. I have no intention of trying out another service. They fit the bill. read more

Kind of expensive and the older woman who seems to be the owner is a bit fussy and tempermental. The prices to clean a suit are $15. For that price i might as well get a new suit. Ruin the 2 pair of pants and told me pretty much that my business is not appreciated here because they have too much business cause of their prime location. Very rude owner. I needed next-day service (which they do not offer, FYI), and was turned down-- which is fine. But the woman who worked here was extremely rude about it. She abruptly said "No" when I politely asked, and she refused to engage me further when I was just asking if she knew of any other places to try since I was from out of town. Worst place ever. The first time I came here someone else was upset in the line ahead of me. Should paid attention to that red flag. They didn't finish my alteration on time, in fact it was a week after promised and it wasn't even pressed. The cleaners itself is probably pretty solid- great location in Downtown, but the customer service is some of the worst I have ever seen. The lady working the front was unaccommodating, rude, rolled her eyes multiple times and treated me, the customer, as the last priority, claiming "she was too busy." There's apparently just one person that works there (the owner "Juliana Shammon") who seems to work whenever she feels like it which would be FINE if I didn't need my clothes to go to work! I am a loyal customer of Executive Cleaners. I live off of Hope and Olympic and although the cleaners at Ralphs are closer, my experience with them was lackluster. Ralphs overall was decent, but they lacked the customer service. Juliana and her son, are not only extremely pleasant but true professionals. I have come in multiple times requesting to get a shirt dry cleaned, only for them to inform me that it was not necessary for the type of fabric/stain of the shirt- they could have taken advantage of my ignorance, but rather took care of me- the customer. I normally do not write yelp reviews, but today when they asked me to rate them on yelp due to abusive ratings from competitors, I jumped on and created this account; I did this because they are the best and they deserve to be recognized as the best. read more

My husband and I have been getting our dry cleaning done here for 3 1/2 years and have been very pleased with the quality of the service. Juliana has always gone out of her way to make sure our clothes are ready in time, especially if we need them back right away. She has also been meticulous in making sure stains are removed from our clothes (even stains we figured would never come out) and that our alterations are done exactly as we specified. In additional to being very professional, we have found Juliana to be both pleasant and courteous. I broke the zipper on a new sports jacket that had removable sleeves. I looked this place up on yelp and tried it out due to its location. They took great effort to find a zipper that matched the color of the jacket. When I picked the jacket up it was laundered, pressed and the zipper looked great! They charged me so little for the repair that I can't post it here! You have to try this place out if you live in downtown LA! read more

Great cleaners in a great location - I can park at Ralph's and walk right over. I only take cotton dress shirts, so I can't say whether I'd entrust them with high-end clothing or not, but they do a nice job with my shirts. This lady who does alterations needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment! she is a serious b****! I came in and presented a garment and showed her the two places I needed altered- the straps shortened and the bust lifted. When I got to the bust part She immediately threw her hands up and started Saying " NO! NO! I cannot do it!" In an aggressive manner. I was kind of shocked at her angry tone and mannerisms in a professional setting. When I asked why not the guy at the register chimed in and said yea it can't be done (about the Bust part). So I'm like okayyyy.... and waited for them to at least offer to shorten the straps since the bust cldnt be done. She didn't even offer to do the straps! she just threw her hands up like as if to say "f*ck your romper" and stormed back into her back room and left me standing at the counter so I just left. LMAO! who treats a new customer like that! I walked down the street to another place where the guy actually had me try it on and observed what the problem was and is able to fix the bust by adding some darts and is fixing the straps as well. Have never had such a terrible, draining experience with the dry cleaners. I dropped off a large amount of dry cleaning and alterations a few weeks ago. The guy helping me seemed nice and I was relieved to find my go to dry cleaner so close to home. But unfortunately when I went in to pick up my items It was a nightmare. First off the lady helping me was extremely rude and basically yelled at me for not having my ticket. Then after arguing back and forth she found my order. When I went to pay, prices were much higher than I was quoted but I just paid and left. When I got home and started to look at everything I realized some items were not cleaned, hemming was not done how I asked and I was missing two shirts! When I went back they said it was my fault I was missing items because I didn't bring my ticket in. I would rather drive an hour to a professional cleaner than deal with those people again. read more

This place has great prices and even better employees. It's run by a mother and her son and they are both always very friendly. They have done alterations for me that turned out perfectly. They might not have a computer system, but their ticket system has never failed. They have always gotten my clothes ready when they said they would. Be wary of this company. It receives a zero for customer service and transparency. I am new to DTLA so I called to receive information on pricing and servicing because I had a large quantity of items I needed dry-cleaned. Every other company I called in DTLA and Pasadena were happy to discuss their services, pricing, and timelines with me. But, on the phone with a male representative for Executive Image Cleaners, I was told they wouldn't release pricing over the phone (not even estimates/averages) and that I would have to come in simply to get my apparel priced individually. He told me that if I didn't want to make a trip to their store for pricing I could go somewhere else. I've been taking my dry cleaning needs to them weekly for a couple years now. They have never made a mistake or lost my shirts and have always delivered on time as agreed upon. They are also very friendly and greet me with a smile. Too many places I've been to over the years are not friendly and tell you when it will be ready compared to this place asking you when you would like it. Worst Customer Service EVER! I brought in 12 pieces of clothing and spent over $100 in dry cleaning to this place because it had decent reviews on yelp. They completely damaged my husband's two very expensive polo shirts (both over $130 retail price) by stretching out the shirt sleeves and one of the shirts didn't even have the deodorant stains removed. My husband's button-up shirts all had this weird sheen on them which apparently is "starch" when I specifically told them no starch. However, even if they did apply the starch it was applied all unevenly so you can see this weird sheen splotchy texture all over the shirts. Horrible job! Mind you, a couple of my sweaters they did a decent job. So I take my husband's damaged stuff into the store for them to see the damage, I had called ahead and the son told me to bring them in. Mother and son duo were ready for me as soon as I walked in. The mother starts in on "No, we do not damage shirts" blanket statement. Shaking her head profusely, "no, no, no". Already denying their responsibility before I was in the second sentence of my explanation... obviously she's well-practiced in her denying of responsibility. Quite pro actually. Uuuuuummmm, OKAY, so did some fairies come in and stretch out the sleeves and ruin the fabric for all of these expensive shirts miraculously on the car-ride home from YOUR dry cleaners?!!! Her son just kept saying ok bring in your receipt.. couldn't you tell me that on the phone when I asked?!! Not just bring the shirts in. I said ok, I will bring in the receipt, I have it at home, but if I have to make a whole extra trip from Studio City, what can you do for me? He said on the back of their ticket states the conditions, which is some ambiguous mumbo-jumbo legal jargon about how they're not liable for damaging clothing. I ask him, are you going to refund me if I bring in the receipt and the shirts again... he keeps saying that he will do as it states according to the "conditions". OK then, can you give a copy of your said "Conditions"... no, this is my ticket, just bring in your receipt and I will do for you according to "our conditions". He's looking at me all accusatory like I am some lawyer that's going to sue him according to his conditions and squash his business. OK so can I have a copy of your conditions. "NO", okay... going no where.. whole time the mom is screaming "no" in the background... until another customer comes in and then she's all fake smiles and the son lowers his voice... trying to get me to leave the store. SO RIDICULOUS and FAKE! At which point, I state "Really?, Really?". The mother ushers the other customer into their back office and then the son starts to accuse me of working for yelp to write bad testimonies about their operation. OMG "Really?" I cannot handle this anymore. Absolutely rude, worst customer service, and they're accusing me of working for yelp?! I do not even follow their logic. They are trying everything in their power to give me the runaround.. they are trying to weasel out of responsibility of damaging my husband's expensive clothes.. just the worst.
