I am baffled by some of the reviews here. I have been using Executive Image Cleaners for years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I came to them after Ralph's screwed up my order 3 (three!!) times in a row. Once is human error, twice is an odd coincidence, but after the third time -- I walked across the street to Executive Image. I have not had a single problem with Executive Image in about 5 years of steady use. They do good work. If Julianna sees anything comes back with a stain still in it, she sends it back to try to remove it again. (Not every stain CAN be removed, but they give it their best effort, which is all one can really ask.) If a button is missing she will often find a replacement and solve the problem before I even realize there is one. If I ask for half my shirts to be folded and the other half on hangers that's what I get. (I am amazed what a challenge this is for some cleaners.) Clothes are done when they say they will be. They charge a bit more than Ralph's, but not that much more, and this seems to me to be one of those instances where you get what you pay for. Sometimes the cheap route is false economy. Having invested in my clothing, I trust Julianna to take care of it. Speaking only for myself, I do not, after my experiences, trust the place across the street. Julianna made a point of remembering my name when I started using them -- a small thing, but in this impersonal world it is nice when the businesses you use actually know who you are. And it says something that many of the reviews here know the owners names. I can't say that about most businesses I use. But I can about this one. Reviews that call these folks "shysters" and "unpleasant" and describe the work as sub-par leave me wondering, are we talking about the same place? I can't imagine it. read more

This Cleaners is maintained by the owner, which is one person, she is there 16 hours a day sometimes. I know her because I live close by and she is the hardest working lady I have seen. All of the negative ratings by Jessica M and others are completely false. This store has been in business for 16 years. Theymust be doing something right. I mean what do you expect from a owner who drives all the way from Encino which is about 1 hour away from downtown , everyone is late sometimes, Los Angeles freeways are a mess, I do not blame her. she is not rude, but a fantastic lady. who always helps charities as much as she can. so pay no attention to the negative reviews. just because 2 people had a bad experiece does not mean that it should ruin it for all of us. I have tried Ralphs by the way it is not owned by Ralphs they destryoed my clothing, bleached one of my shirts and refused topay for it, and the worst thing is that they were the rudest people I have ever encountered at a so called dry cleaners. Executive image is the best. They take their time, even if there is lint left over I have witnessed Juliana who is the owner use a machine to take off all lint withher bare hands, see if Ralphs would do that for you. hint.. hint... if there is no parking infront of Executive Image cleaners, I park my car at ralphs and walk over to Executive Image cleaners. overall, I think we should support those like Juliana at this storebecause she isnot only themost friendly person, but she getsthe job done, no mater what. Wondering why this response from the cleaner's is posted after an year. Anyways, before running a business, first learn how to use a credit card machine. In your comment (in the reply) you had mentioned that I didn't have a pin. That's an absolute lie. I had my PIN and you told that the machine does not give an option to enter the PIN. You had the machine well inside the store and did not even allow me to have a look.Your and your mother's response was absolutely rude.Secondly the credit card company does not send me a PIN. It asks the card holder to enter the PIN (which is predefined) in the card machine. Yes, it's your fault, as you first need to learn how a credit card PIN works and secondly there is not point in being rude to a customer just because you lack that knowledge. FYI, I am an IT professional and this is a corporate card. This is my primary source of payment for my expenses and I have been using it 100's of times with lot of stores, using the same PIN, So don't bull s#*t me with your blatant lies. Is this how you have been running your business for the last 32 years??!!! When I posted my first review, I had a slight doubt that you may be scamming. Now I am 100% sure about that.. Also , in the public response, the owner posts that I did not not have a PIN trying to put the blame on me. In a private message (attached screen shot) his message is slightly twisted. Customer service is very good, owner is operating store always, this is one reason I trust to take my clothes here. I took my suits here and they did excellent job. I was not expecting such great performance work. Also there was stain on shirt, Owner Juliana took care for me this problm vey fast an she is very hard working woman. I try before Ralph cleaner, they ruin my costom suit, i pay $800 for that suit but Ralphs dry cleaner damage it and i cannot wear these suit no more. For past 6 month I go to executive image cleaner, they make perfect clothing like new. After a thorough revue of all of the Downtown area cleaners, This Cleaners, Executive Image Cleaners really hit the spot. The owner runs the store, she works from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm which is really unheard these days, she really is a very hard working woman. Never the less, we secretly took our clothes there and had many stains on them, the trick was that we actually stains them, to see how well the stains could be cleaned. We returned 2 days later and to our surprise , all of our stains were gone, infact, the owner had also filled our clothing suits with special inserts so that they will not get wrinkled. overall the store got an A+ rating from us, based on other stores which either ruined our clothing or the stains were not cleaned. If you expect the best. Executive Image Cleaners is your ideal Cleaners. The Owners name is Juliana and she is very nice, caring and everyone from who we have interviewed love her. She also is an advocate animal lover, she always donates to charity. I have never taken anything to the cleaners before, but I had a bright, neon orange dress that somehow got a black smudge in the middle of it on the front (very obvious!). I tried getting it out myself and it just didn't work. I left it in my closet for months and never wore the dress. Finally, I decided to give a dry cleaning company a shot to see if they could get it out because I really wanted to wear it again. I was afraid that it would not come out because of how l tried to fix it first, which didn't work...and then it sat with the smudge on it in my closet for months. I brought my dress to Executive Image Cleaners and asked the lady if she thought she could remove the smudge and she, at first gave me a slap on the wrist for trying to do it myself, and then said she would try her best. When I went to pick up my dress, the smudge was gone! I definitely had a positive experience with this place, and although I don't go to the dry cleaners often... Just moved to the area and was looking for a new Dry Cleaners, found it, they are a family owned and operated establishment and offer everything from Dry Cleaning to alterations, they are super nice and always greet you with a smile, Juliana the owner is a very respectful individual, hard working and most importantly gets the job done on time, and at great prices also. I recommend them to anyone moving to the Downtown L.A area, this is the only place that people should be using, great service, great location, and they actually care about your clothing, and take extra steps and precautions when working on expensive clothing, most of my clothes and suits are high end and very expensive, my wife's clothes are also very expensive, and this is the only place in Downtown L.A that I trust with my clothes. They are conveniently located right next door to Starbucks, and they are a block from L.A live, staples center and the convention center. The only cleaners in downtown L.A that I trust with my clothes is Executive Image Cleaners and Julie. I never have to question their work or worry about my clothes being lost or damaged, I can stay rest assured that my expensive clothes are in good hands and safe. The store looks like a boutique, well maintained, clean and beautiful. We are originally from Sacramento but we also own a place here in Downtown southpark L.A, My husband and I live in a loft right across the street , we love the area, it is safe and clean, it is super convenient for us to drop our clothing off and pick them up at Executive Image Cleaners, sometimes when we need pick up delivery, all I need to do is to call the store and within minutes our stuff is picked up. The service and high quality work definitely exceed their prices. They are hard working, put extra effort in what they do and overall are very good people. We are happy to support them. Anytime I am in the Southern California area, whether it be for the vehicle auctions or Lakers games, I will always visit Executive Image Cleaners to have my clothes handled by professionals. Juliana and her son are true masters of their craft and I don't trust any other dry cleaning service at all. At the Auctions I always have to inspect vehicles which results in looking underneath cars which gets all my clothes greasy and wrinkled. I have no worries at all as I know when I drop off my clothing at EIC to get dry cleaned and receive prompt and highly professional service. Out of all the cleaners I have been to this is by far the best one!! Juliana and Ilber run a professional and honest business here. One of the best customer service experience I've ever had. Brought my work shirts In for service and got them back on the day I requested looking better then when I first got them. They even offered to deliver them to me if I didn't have time to pick then up. I didn't even have to ask, they offered. If that's not great customer service I don't know what is. I ended up staying inside the shop for like 20 minutes just talking to them and getting to know them, Really made me feel like I was talking to friends! I've worked in the area for four years and lived right next door to this place for three of those four years. I started going to this cleaners because my roommate recommended it, and it was right next door so it was strictly a convenient thing for me. But one day a few years ago, I was in a really tough bind, and the owner saved my ass. I needed to get an outfit for the wedding I was going to over the weekend cleaned last minute. I don't know how she did it but she made it happen quicker than I've ever had a dry cleaner do after I explained my situation. After that in was theirs for life. I moved to hollywood recently but still use her because I work downtown. I tried Ralph's and they were terrible. My clothes came back smelling like food. I am a great believer of using YouTube to learn about cleaning tricks and applying them, but I had a blazer which I didn't want to experiment with. I am glad the first service I decided to go to was Executive Cleaners. The person there was really helpful. I almost lost my temper when he told me how much it would cost, but he calmly explained the process he needed to perform to get rid of the stain, without messing up the blazer. Juliana treats my clothes as if they were her own precious heirlooms. Its not everyday where you can find a family operated which has been in the same location for decades. The owner is very professional and takes good care of me and my family. They provide a great service and their prices are very affordable. The owner is very pleasant, experienced, and knowledgeable about alterations and dry cleaning.
