The friendly and accommodating staff here really saved us in a crunch. The backdoor of our van was stuck requiring at least 15 minutes of laborious effort to open it once! I pulled out of a parking place this morning and I realized that my bumper had caught on the railroad tie that marked off the parking place. When I looked, the bumper was half off and plastic parts were dragging on the ground. We jury-rigged it with bungie cords and, because the body shop I was thinking of turned out to be closed (it's Saturday), I ended up at Express Auto Body, which is also close to my house. The gentleman (didn't get his name) stopped what he was doing and helped me right away. It took about 15 minutes and he had the bumper and other various and sundry plastic parts back in place. He also re-plugged in the fog light that had come loose, after checking that the bulb was not broken. On top of such great and quick service, he refused to charge me. So the price was free - who does that anymore? What a great experience. If I ever need auto body work done, no question but that I will end up at Express Auto Body again. read more
